| Welcome to Imythess, the border between dreams and reality. We hope you enjoy your visit. Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own. In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins. There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. Lynx nearly floated over the ground. Her hair trailed out behind her as she moved. Her body shifted and it almost seemed as if she were dancing. The summer sun beat down on her and warmed her face, the wind caressed her skin. And they were rich. Beyond belief. “I can’t believe we pulled that off.” She laughed and twirled. Finally she stopped and looked at Tom. She was way too happy to tease him about her catness at the moment. She flung her arms around his and planted a kiss on his cheek before she moved away and laughed again. “Savarkael’s palace!” She laughed again and did a little jump. “You realize she’s one of the most powerful women in Imythess.” Lysanne moved closer to Tom and leaned her head on his shoulder. “We could retire.” But she slowly shook her head. “But you just love the job too much to do that don’t you.” |

That had been wonderful, they had found so much loot, and stealing into a palace that was owned by a powerful lady, and a dragon he had heard. He has seen many dragons in his long years, but very few live among humans. Tom looked at Lynx as she moved through the sun, and felt himself smiling. Despite her cat looks, she was very beautiful. He stepped out into the sun, averting his eyes from the brightness. “I can’t believe we pulled that off.” "Its what you get when your with the greatest thief in all of Imythess." Tom grinned as she flung her arms about him, he held her close, but let her go when she moved away. He was used to seeing her in the dark, but seeing her in the light made her look so much more prettier. “We could retire. But you just love the job too much to do that don’t you.” He laughed. "Who could after that. The rush of breaking into homes and stealing last a while." He ran his thin fingers through Lynx's hair when she leaned her head against his shoulder. "Sides, I like seeing you in the sun." |
