Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own. In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins. There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. ”Ah Captain as you can see I’ve lost my wits.” She smiled. She didn’t want to... stop per say, just not go much farther. She hated not being in control and right now she didn’t feel as though she were in the controlling position. She pushed her hips against his and slowly let the rest of her body follow, until her chest pressed against his, and their lips were only an inch away from each others. ”I know it’s my choice.” She liked it that way. Lilith crossed the distance between them and kiss him, biting his bottom lip as she pulled away. [/color=gold]”Besides, I never said stop.”[/color] With that she kissed him again, deeper this time, running her tongue just along the outside of his lips. She moved one hand up behind his head and buried it within his hair. She broke their kiss and then rolled off of Theron. As she rolled away she kept one arm wrapped about his waist, the other behind his head, and she pulled him with her. Suddenly she didn’t care too much about the dirt on the ground, his cloak still left her back protected from most of the awful things that liked to call the dirt and muck their home. Her blond hair spilled out around her and she caught her hand at the base of his spine and pulled him down hard. |

Theron reached up when she pressed herself against him and held her by the back of her neck. When she spoke and their lips grazed across each other, it sent chills down Theron's spine. When she confirmed she had never said stop, Theron joined in the kiss and his tongue danced with hers before she pulled away. His finger nails ran down the back of her neck when she slid off of him, but in that one fluid motion, he had switched places with her as one hand held him aloft while the other explored her body. She pulled him into her and he made sure to add his own force into it. He leaned forward kissing down her jawline to her ear where he whispered shakingly, "Just you wait till you're sober, love. You'll have the fun of a lifetime." And with that, he pressed the two of them together even harder. He nibbled her ear, whispering other sweet nothings before taking his role as the one in control. Tonight was going to be a fun night. [And this is probably where things should, you know, fade to black. Any last actions in response to that paragraph are completely welcome, Lilith.] Dawn broke, birds had been sounding for the few hours before daylight, and the sunlight shone over the top of the falls already, though the sun itself was still hiding. Theron lay on his back beside Lilith (assuming she hasn't awoken already... leaving it up to you), his cloak wrapped around her, and he sleeping on the dirt. One of Theron's eyes opened to the light, followed by a harsh squint and the regret of anything bright. His eyes flattened out in that dull haze before his mind woke up and before they were ready to be opened and used. he sat up and leaned forward, head hunched over with his hair falling down over his face. He ran a hand over his eyes and mouth, followed by a yawn. As he slowly woke up, he remembered one thing: Last night really was a fun night... |

"Just you wait till you're sober, love. You'll have the fun of a lifetime." Lilith merely let out a tinkling laugh, the alcohol still very much apparent on her breath, yet to her it wasn’t even noticeable and barely worth the mention anymore. She had established her limits and Theron would respect them. With that say she pulled him back down into her kiss and into her embrace. [Fade to Black] Lilith’s eyelids fluttered open once she felt Theron move. She pulled the cloak tighter around her and yawned. Most women would probably have rested their heads on a man’s chest after, and although tempting she wouldn’t yield to ideas such as those, it wasn’t her. Lilith slowly sat up and stretched, feline-like in her grace. She let her eyes wander over Theron. She had sobered up quite a bit yet her head pounded every now and then to remind her of the amount she had actually had. She closed her eyes tight and took a moment to compose herself before she rose, stretching out one leg at a time. ”Hm Captain... What do you say to a swim this morning... you look awfully dirty...” Lilith gave him a sly smile and added. ”Unless you want to stop me?” Lilith raised an eyebrow at him, remembering how he had pulled her back down last night. She walked closer to him and bent over, resting her hands on her knees and golden hair falling in cascades around her shoulders. ”Don’t be too long ‘kay,” She patted his cheek with her hand and then moved down towards the water of the lake. She looked forward to the shock of the cold water against her skin to wake her up. She shuddered at ... well the anticipation for the water and the riches. Assuming Theron wouldn’t go back on his word... that could turn out very badly indeed. |

Theron eyed Lilith, turning his head toward her just enough to see her from the corner of his eye. He grinned wide when she mentioned him looking dirty, but it quickly faded with the next comment and Theron had to still his arm from smacking her, even playfully, as she passed; otherwise, his hand would have landed on her butt, for good or worse. As she walked away, he watched her with a smile, gauging both of her reactions and eventually liking both. He slowly stood up, taking his dear sweet time with this morning. Why he wasn't in a rush after this supposed treasure, he didn't know. Maybe it had something to do with his new partner in crime, or maybe last night just tired him out. Or it could have been both. His smiled widened at the thought, his eyes on the ground and his hands pocketed casually. He stepped up to the edge of the pond and grinned at Lilith as he gripped a string on the front of his pants. Giving it a yank, his pants dropped to the floor and he was left in a pair of shorts, winking at his companion. With that, he leaned forward and let himself fall face-first into the chilling water that still hadn't warmed for the day... which Theron had forgot. He scrambled to the surface, arms flailing in shock, lungs shattering to bits of ice. When his dripping head surfaced, he didn't gasp for air, but was wide-eyed with a look of semi-panic. "... 's cold, love..." His pale features were already starting to turn a light shade of blue. "...Very cold..." |

Lilith was standing by the lake, trying to judge how cold the water actually was before she waded in. It looked fine, the sunlight glimmering off the surface, but it was still early and the sun hadn’t been on the water for very long now. Lilith settled with slowly dipping in her toes, then wading up to her ankles in the water. It was freezing, but at the same time she enjoyed the shock of it, letting her body slowly get used to the temperature before wading in father. Just as she had reached ankle level Theron was down by the edge, she turned in the water so she could watch him, she was really only a few inches in front of him and if she chose to reach out she could grab him and pull him in, but as it were he needed no prompting. Lilith smiled at he dropped his pants and fell face first into the water. Most of the splash was located by Theron’s head but she still moved back from his falling body, her legs getting droplets on them. When he surfaced Lilith bit back a laugh, but the amusement was more than apparent in her eyes. ”I could of told you that, hun.” Lilith waded over to him again and put a hand of his damp mod of hair. ”See this is why you shouldn’t rush into things. Hmm?” Lilith moved back to the shore and removed her own dress, a white undergarment still keeping her decent. She waded back into the water again and back to Theron’s side. ”I don’t think you’re clean just yet,” Lilith pushed him back into the water. |

Theron let himself float vertical in the water, his nose above the water level and his mouth blowing irritated bubbles under it. His gaze was flat and unamused. He lifted his mouth out long enough to comment, "But if I didn't rush into things, we wouldn't be having so much fun, now would we?" This was followed by a quirked eyebrow and only a hint of a smirk. He watched her walk off and undress, leaving on a simple slip. When she joined him in the water, he let her bob him under, but as soon as she did, that smirk grew into a dangerous grin. He pulled her under the water with him, slowly, but with a lot of power. She wasn't going to toy with him and not suffer any revenge as long as he had something to say about it. When ("if" rather, assuming she actually sinks with him) the two submerge, Theron still has his eyes open and on Lilith. The water made her white slip very transparent and Theron couldn't resist the sight. He pulled her close to him, letting their bodies settle together and he gave her a long kiss, then nibbling on her lip before giving it a tug and letting them both resurface. He grinned to himself, and made a comment mostly to himself, but said it aloud for Lilith, "If that's what you always look like underwater, I'd be happy to carry you with me on my ship for free. Granted, we'll have to make many a stop to uh... remind me." He gave a wink and dunked himself again. |

”No I suppose we wouldn’t... but then again if I hadn’t told you wait it wouldn’t be so delicious when I finally agree,” When Theron pulled her under she barely expected it but had enough time to take a breath before she sunk beneath the surface. Lilith returned the underwater affections until her lungs told her to stop. She surfaced with a small gasp for air and felt her undergarment cling to her body where it was above the surface, and float around her otherwise. Lilith laughed at Theron’s comment. ”Well that’s not really ‘free’ is it? But if I get a cut of your piracy I’d be glad to remind you of a few other things as well.” She ran her fingers through her blond curls, dishevelled from being pulled underwater. ”Ah look what you did to my hair,” She worked out most of the knots so that her hair was finally in some working order before she splashed Theron. She walked out to a shallower part of the water and sat down with her knees up. Slowly she worked over her body, scrubbing at it with her hands until she was satisfied. Even Theron wasn’t allowed to see her with her looking as best she could. ”So Theron, tell me more about this jewel... and about the travels we may go on.” |

All Theron could do after seeing Lilith get so fussy over her looks was grin quietly and watch with a very humored gaze. When she moved over to the shallow end, he followed her and slid in behind her with his hands on his shoulders. He worked his fingers into the shoulder muscle behind her neck, gently pulling it and rolling it between his index and thumb fingers. "About this "jewel"? I havn't the foggiest. The locals call it a huge crystal, but I have my doubts. I'd assume in a structure like this, it'd be a bunch of tiny ones joined together..." He shrugged with and exhasperated expression, "Needless to say... disapointing. I was just here to look around a little, not expecting to find much." He moved from the back of her neck to the front of her shoulders, just above her bossom. "As for the adventures, well..." He grinned slyly behind Lilith's back as he leaned forward and put his chin on her shoulder and whispered in her ear, "I can think of some wonderfully exciting places to explore." His hands dropped very slightly, but enough to hint at his implication. His smile was audible. "And maybe after we explore and solve each other's mysteries, we can start solving mysteries of the land... sea... and other people's wealth." He kissed her neck and sat back up. "Sound like a good idea?" |

Lilith leaned into his hands, relaxing against his massage. Her body seemed to sigh at the same time one passed her lips. “Hm.. ‘Huge Crystal’. It sounds like enough to look into, even if it is small ones put together all we have to do is grab a couple. The traders in Taras will buy anything as long as it shines.” Lilith grew quiet once Theron started talking again, waiting a moment before he finished before she reacted. Lilith turned in Theron’s arms and wrapped her own around his neck, kissing him lightly. “I believe you are a real... man of mystery Theron. Perhaps you’d like to share some of your secrets with me... maybe I’ll match you... secret for secret.” She unwrapped her arms from around his neck and let her hands run down his shoulders and chest, stopping at his hips. “But... I’m not completely sure if that’s what I want,” Lilith dropped her hands completely and backed away from him a little. Now that they weren’t touching Lilith leaned in, careful that even her hair didn’t touch him. “Maybe I need a little convincing.” |

As Lilith backed up, Theron's expression was one of playful exhasperation. He planted his hands on his hips with a raised eyebrow, "You go ahead and play that game, love, but I'll remember this when time comes to split the bounty." And with that, Theron turned and walked toward the waterfall without even a glance back to see if Lilith would follow him; however, he did stop to grab his pants along the way. She would follow, he knew, because he was on to something and she didn't want left out if Theron had anything of value. Women... The thought was followed by a mental sigh. He hopped into his lucky pants and continued towards the wall of stone. The water crashed down to Theron's left as he inched his way along the rocks. One slip and he was a dead man. They may be beautiful, but that water had a lot of force behind it. Keeping one eye on his feet and one on his prize behind the falls, he shimmied his way along until he slipped into the wide cavern entrance. He poked a head out to finally see if Lilith was following. He wondered how she was going to fair in her current outfit. If he was lucky, she'd just leave the entire thing off... The grin plastered on his face spoke everything while he eyed her from the opening. |

Lilith hiked up her skirts and waded deeper into the water, following behind Theron. Her mouth watered in the anticipation of gold and jewels. Despite what Theron said about not sharing she knew he would, and if not she would convince him too. She knew enough to be wary around Theron because he was probably a pirate first. When it came time to climb up the rocks Lilith tied her dress up around her mid-thigh and started up after Theron. It took a lot of effort but Lilith looked graceful climbing the rocks up the waterfall. She was breathing heavy but hiding it as well. She wouldn’t be looking clumsy even here. Once up she saw Theron’s head poke out a survey her. She forced a smiled before she managed to get beside him. She stood at the entrance looking in. “Well... what are we waiting for?” Lilith walked by Theron, letting her fingers slip down his back before she did. |
