Welcome to Imythess, the border between dreams and reality. We hope you enjoy your visit.

Imythess is a creative writing board where you narrate the story of a character in the medieval land of Imythess, on the planet Chaon. Each topic is an opportunity for your character to interact with the world and its peoples by cooperatively writing pieces of a story with other members, one post at a time. We call this role-playing, because you assume the identity of your character as if it were your own.

In order to play, you must register an account for each character you would like to write about, and begin their tale by filling out their basic profile information: Race (human, elf, demon, etc.), class (warrior, mage, etc.), physical appearance, and any other personal details you would like to describe. You are also encouraged to come up with some background history information for what your character's life has been like up to the point at which their story in Imythess begins.

There is no approval process or application required to join, so long as you follow the rules then you are free to write whatever character details you choose. Registration is simple, fast, and completely free.

Grumbling to herself about men these days her curses were interrupted as she flt herself moving. Why was she moving? Before she had a chance to stop herself there was a flurry of sand, her vision was blinded for a moment. When at last she stopped and the sand finished falling through the air she found herself face to face with ... him. "Gah!" Wrenching herself free she scrambled to her feet. But not before releasing a hand and popping him across the face. "Who do you think you are?" Try to help a guy and this was the thanks she gt? Ridiculous.

That was as straight smack to the face. "Ow! Hey, I didn't mean to do that!" He placed a hand on his cheek and winced a bit. This girl can pack a punch! Just then, he heard a snicker...and it spelled trouble for him. 'Not having fun, Chrono?' Zodiac...she was awake. 'Let's make things interesting, shall we?' Chrono immediately found that he was in no control of his body. This mischievous demoness was up to no good it seems. His left eye also turned gold...and catlike. And a small fang appeared on the left side of his mouth. "My, my, Chrono is so bad with the ladies," she spoke, the voice obviously different, "Come here, gorgeous." Doing so, the body in her control, Chrono rolled onto a crouch before pouncing the girl. She was aiming to pin her down and force Chrono's lips on the girl as he watched helplessly.

But she hoped his face hurt more than her fist because he deserved it. This was totally not her fault and she was not one to lack in modesty THAT much. Just because she chose to dress with a little more freedom didn't mean she was supposed to just play along with games like these. "Whatever serves you right you -" She stopped, staring as the guy seemed to ... change? "I should have left you to drown." Even in her adventures looking for the best stuff she had never seen someone as weird as this guy. Because now he sounded like a ... woman. "What? Gah!" She raised her hands in alarm as the guy ... girl ... whatever ! pounced. Before she could aim another punch she was slammed to the sands. "What do you think you are doing get off me gah." Her words flying out quicker and quicker she raised her hands onto the guy's chest pushing him up, trying to keep him away from her. It was a struggle...

This was less of an attempt with chaos and discord and more of Zodiac's way of pestering Chrono. While he gets strength from her, she was telling him that she prefers to be left alone and that being bound to him was more of a distaste in her mouth. "Pucker up, woman!" She hissed and laughed and placed Chrono's hands on her head to keep her still hopefully before attempting to kiss, smooch and snog her. This was already rape in a way but to Zodiac...that was mere play. And Chrono was too weak to do anything about it.

She refused to let some crazy guy get the better of her, she was too good for that! Her own sense of pride would not let her go down without a fight and fight she was going to do. "What the hell is wrong with you." She cursed, shoving the guy's fae away from her by pushing a palm against his chin. "I said get off!" As soon as the words left her lips she cocked back her free hand, and gave a great punch at his face. She had never hit anyone that hard before and she did not know that her strength was as good as it was, being only half human and all. [ Anime style super punch! ]

Thanks to their bound souls, they were not hurt that much but it set them literally flying off of her. That girl can pack a punch! "Gah!" Back in control, Chrono landed on the waters, hitting something hard. Zodiac seemed to have succumb to the force of the girl's punch. Getting up, he tried to see where she was and called, "I'm really sorry. It wasn't me that was doing it. I was being possessed! I mean, why else would I kiss you? I mean, not like I don't want to kiss you but...erm, I don't want to force you." 'Please, not another punch.'

Shaking her bruised knuckles in pain she didn't give the guy another look. All she knew was she heard the satisfying splash of him hitting the water. "Ow ow ow ow ow." She whined, rubbing her sore fist with the other hand. "Yeah I can see that! Crazy freak ... grumble grumble grr." She cursed to herself, before turning her back on the guy. He could just stay in the ocean for all she cared, him and the girlfriend inside his head both.

Then a glimmer over her shoulder had her heading right straight back again. Something shiny! He had it! The trader swiftly ran back to him, crouching in the water and grabbing the shiny large item. "Its amazing! Its shiny! Its gotta be worth a whole lot of- ...um nothing! It isn't worth anything. Why don't you just let me take that piece of junk off your hands." She said, smiling pleasantly.

She seemed to be excited for a bit before she started to get a bit calm, contradicting what she had said earlier. "I found it though, why would I give it to you?" He asked her. That mischievous look in her eye only seemed to grow as she suddenly hopped back from the guy. As if out of nowhere she procured a blanket (it was only behind the next dune, but her speed was such that it seemed as if magic). With a flourish she unfurled it upon the drier sand of the beach, all manners of shiny objects and old relics being spread upon it. "Take a look at my wares!"
