Title: A Rest Before New Endeavors
Description: continuing an RP from a *long* time ago

(continuted from Decisions Made and Paths Worn... a year ago )

The night air was damp from the dew that came with sunset. She and Ace had been walking for some time now and talking along the way. Soon a speck on the horizon became a large edifice that could only be the academy that Master Ace had spoken of. If this was to be her temporary home and training grounds, she would be glad to have it. Her mind began to skip over thoughts; what the rooms inside were like, the dormitories, the food, the people... She grew excited and began to smile brightly and becames less aware of the boy next to her. She felt the cool breeze on her face and the ground beneath her feet; it was very calming. There had not been stable serenity in her life of late, and she hoped that this visit would be pleasant. Softly chewing on her lip, thoughts carried her further than her feet had carried her this night. And what a distance it had been, she thought, realizing that she was very tired. She looked again to the boy that accompanied her. "Will I be able to stay in the dormitories tonight, and are they pleasant?" she asked cheerily.

( Well, At least I'm still in the same season lol. Let's go ahead and ignore the delightable draconic twins that mysteriously vanished ;) )
Ace had noticed the silence that had befallen Edainme. It was not an akward silence though, more so paceful contemplation as would easily be ushered forth by such a placid night. Prehaps her thoughts had again turned to things passed as when he had met or maybe now they were upon the future. When she did speak she unraveled the mystery of where her thoughts had been. "Yes, of course you are free to stay in the dormitories. I fear they have not been getting as much use of late anyways. As for their quality, I would not compare them to the rooms at the Elfsong tavern and inn, but they are indeed pleasant. They've done well enough for me for the few months I was here," Ace smiled.
