Hail, friend, and welcome to Tater Tot's Cheap Banner shop!
I will make any of the following:
Avatars (aka: ava)
Signatures (aka: banner; sig; siggy)
Ad Banners (aka: banner)
Title Banners (aka: banner)
A V A T A R
An avatar is something that shows up on forums, usually above your screen name, somewhere on your post. The largest avatar I'll make is 120x120, and the smallest will be 60x60
These will cost you five gold, plus animation cost (optional).
S I G N A T U R E
A signature is something that users are able to put into their "signature" area on forums, however this term refers to a picture that can be placed there instead of text. The largest signature I'll make is 500x200, and the smallest will be 150x70
These will cost you from five gold to twenty gold, plus animation cost (optional).
A D B A N N E R
An ad banner is something you use to advertise. I will only make these in the following sizes:
88x31 -- five gold
468x60 -- fifteen gold
728x60 -- twenty gold
300x250 -- fifteen gold
120x600 -- twenty gold
All of these are excluding the animation cost (optional).
T I T L E B A N N E R
A title banner is something that is used to display a site's name at the top of the screen, such as the one at the top of the Imythess forum. I will make these in almost any size, within reason, and price will vary by size.
These will cost you from ten gold to twenty-five gold, plus animation cost (optional).
H O W ?
To get any of the above, just reply to this thread saying which you want, and what you want on it, along with size. (in pixels, widthxheight) If you want an animation, which will add cost to your purchase slightly (anywhere from five to ten gold). I may reply and ask for more information if what you provide is not enough.

+A+ Well, how good is good? Look at some of my examples, and you decide (yes, I made ALL of these!):

+A+ No. I own all pictures I make, as you can see that I copyright most of my art in one way or another. However, when I make you a picture, I am giving you full rights to use it when you please, where you please, how you please, as long as it does not break any rules of where you use it. I am not to be held responsible if you are breaking a rule with images I make for you.
-Q- Can you do flash?
+A+ No. GIFs, JPGs, and maybe PNGs and BMPs, if I must.
-Q- Can I have other pictures in the one you make for me, like people?
+A+ Yes, but more than one will cost you extra. And, I will not find these pictures for you, that's your job. Furthermore, please understand that in the case that you're found of using illegally obtained pictures in the image I produce for you (such as copyrighted images, or images not allowed for use) then I will not be held responsible whatsoever, as I had no knowledge of such.

Might I get one the same size as your first example, but with black/white/gray flames, and my name, above the words Hatred is a Desire, in the same font that you used?
