It was dark and cold outide with a blistering storm raging about. The weather was throwing a fit and brought on a deadly blizzard. The north seemed to always bring these storms. Eden always came here while there was a monster of nature unleashed. He liked it beause of low population, people always left here before the storm hit. It could not be seen from inside the inn, but the blanket of dakness hid the power storm cell. It stood miles high into the air, bringing destruction where ever it went.
Eden sat in a hard, wooden chair placed in the corner of the inn at a small round table. There he was hunched over the table with a quill in his hand, scratching against the parchment scroll. He was writing a letter to a close friend of his whome he could not wait to meet. It was a letter to Meera Skiers. She was a wonderful person whom Eden only had a few conversations with, but conversations that were very worthwhile. With a few torches set up on the wall, the quill scribbled on the paper, reading:
Dear Meera,
I am very eager to meet you in person. I apologize for not informing you my
whereabouts, but I had a goal I had to accomplish. In a few days after you recieve this letter, I will be headed for the Norwood Forest. I am in the far north right now, my goal accomplished. I now have a new friend
that I would like you to meet. 'till we meet again,
Yours Truly, Eden
Eden stood up and made his way the door. He grabbed the silver handle and twisted to open the inn to the bitter cold outside. Eden poked his head outside and a loud whistle came from his lips. Nearly two seconds later a man on a horse came by and snatched the scroll from Eden. It would be sent to Taras City. Eden grabbed his things and left the inn. Mounting his new friend, he kicked off and on they went to the Forest of Norwood.
