There was a gargoyle, but it appeared just to be a statue, a dark grey hidden in the tall dark grasses of the garden of the park. The sun seemed to run out out of the sky with dawn, it went out of sight. The blanket of night then covered Imythess. The shell of the grey stone shattered off The Gargoyle. Hopefully the magisters are still here and help me learn this. The gargoyle then kneeled to his feet and started to crawl out off.
I should start practioning this spell Angoles then walked onto a marble platform and then tried to do "summon Lightning" , he stretched his arms above his head as if he was trying to touch the heavens with his arms, "Jagathue Zuenaus Stalthu."said Angoles in a quiet tone to the sky, he then twitched.
Suddenly the bright flash appeared above him, Angoles looked above and saw it and quickly jumped out of the way. "Hot!?!?!"yelled out Angoles, his feet were fried like bacon after it was cook. Usually a normal human would have his feet evaporated, but with Gargoyles, They are just in extreme pain. After an hour, Angoles was okay, "Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!"laughed out Angoles in a silly tone, "My feet got burned because I twitched, I insulted myself and amused myself at the same time." Angoles then sat down and believe it or not, started twiddling his thumbs.
Ace was inside the Tower of Arcana, pouring over a few ancient books. He was searching for something specific. Something effective enough to break the curse placed upon his mother. It was rather hopeless. He couldn't find anything, no matter how much sleep he lost in the attempt. The enchantment was a powerful one and could not easily be broken. He wondered if divine intervention would help. Lomen might have been able to help, but she was no longer goddess of magic. Sargoth was out of the question and probably would make it difficult to ask help from the other goddesses. He could ask for Veronna's help maybe, but it was probably too much outside of her realm.
Ace's thoughts were dispelled as he heard the roaring of thunder. Wasn't the night sky clear? Most likely the cause was some mage, perhaps one who needed assistance. There was no other person at the academy capable of giving assistance so Ace figured he might as well check the situation out. After a few minutes, Ace had came out the Tower of Arcana and quickly spotted a figure sitting out in the moonlight. Ace murmured a spell and his hand began to shine with light. "Do you need some help?" Ace asked as he walked towards he figure.
When Angoles saw the light appear with a voice, He reached for his dagger, and immediantly stopped in any movement, He better not be human, He will kill me if he was, and I would have to kill it before it killed me. Angoles observed the figure, It has a human shape, but it also has a tail, it could be dragon, and it has wings, most likely dragon. It must be Half Dragon, I may not know its alignment, but I'll have to take a chance. Angoles stepped toward Ace, "Help would be appreciated, I just burned my feet." said Angoles to Ace with a giggle to his voice, and had a small smile on his face
"I just learned about a spell called 'Summon Lightning' and I'm trying to do it," said Angoles to Ace, "by any chance are you a Magister, it would help if you were one and would help." He then watched the stars sewn into the blanket of night that covered Imythess as he waited for the reply from Ace.
"By your good fortune I am the only I am the only magister who is willing to help some one nowadays," Ace smiled as he walked towards the figure. As he got closer he could see Angoles' features. A gargoyle wasn't a common sight, but not to the point that it was big ordeal. This atleast explained why he could giggle after zapping his foot.
"I am Master Ace and it would be my pleasure to help you. What exactly do you need help with?" Ace said stopping when there was a fair enough distance betwen them.
