The otherwise stillness and silence of tonight was suddenly broken by the sound of hooves pounding along the cobblestone streets. Out of nowhere it seemed, a rather large horse rushed down the streets, nearly knocking over anyone in it's path. The horse was black, with white mane and tail, and 'socks' upon his feet. Though few noticed this as they dodged out of the appearantly frightened animal's path. Turning the corner, Zeria had nearly crashed into a elderly couple walking hand-in-hand down the street. Stumbling back to her feet, it took Zeria some time to catch up to the 'escapee'. All of a sudden there was some commotion at the opposite end of the street. As a large canine had crossed the horse's path. The horse reared up, startled, however the wolf stood his ground. In a matter of seconds Zeria came across the scene, and managed to get a hand on the horse's reigns. The wolf backed off, and sat by the roadside, watching the young woman calm the frightened mare. It only took a few moments, and before long Zeria was leading the horse back to the stables. The wolf tread beside her.
I wonder who could've let a horse escape? Amtyo wondered irritably. I bet if I were there, nothing would have happened, he thought in his usual cross way of thinking. Suddenly, Amtyo saw another horse fly out of the stables. And another. Someone will have a busy night tonight…
And there come the wolves. A young-looking human, seeming magical, warded off all of the wolves and quickly led the horses back to the stable. Darn, Amtyo grumbled.
