Zero had been out in the ruins on a night that would be slow to come. So far the sun had been out of vision and the sky was only pink and purplish. He saw nothing but torn down buildings and structures. Nothing but rubble, is what he saw. What was visible from Zero's distance was an ancient cathedral and it had been brought down to destruction. Only chaos and mayhem could have done this to a city so ancient. Zero walked a little more and saw a giant stone, that was once a pillar.
It was at a level to where he could take a seat. He sat down and and stared at the scene in front of him.

It was nearly night as Lancid gazed upon the ancient ruins trying to figure out why this destructive scene felt so familiar to him. Lancid did not know much about his past, but had a uncanny feeling that it wasn't the best. He stared unpon the old pillar that once stood tall and had a strange dream that could have been from his past. He dreamed that he saw a beautiful woman standing by the pillar as if she was in distress like a bad calamity was about to happen. Lancid awoked from the dream and wondered what this meant. He looked around the old ruin some more to see if anything else would bring back a memory, but nothing prevailed. Lancid knew there was something special about him, but is unable to put his life together. What he did know is that he is drawn to the ruins that have been destroyed and wondered if he is the cause of it.

Zero had seen a man looking at the sky like he was. He wondered what the man did here at this time. But of course it wasnt really odd to see someone here at this time of dawn. People usually did scatter about and just did what they usually did. Enjoy. Zero got off the pillar and went up to the man to speak with him. Hopefully he was nice about it like Zero would have usually been. May I help you sir? Zero asked calmly and in soft tone, he waited for the mans response patiently and stood there silently waiting for him to be heard.

Lancid was in gazed a when young man approached him. At first Lancid did not know rather to flee or fight cause he was a stranger in a strange place and thought he was the only person there. When the guy approached Lancid felt no danger from him. "May I help you?" was the question the stanger asked Lancid. Lancid replied "yes" and introduced himself as Lancid the wonderer. Lancid said he was drawn to this place and could not explain and why. Lancid asked the stranger who he was and if he had any ideal what could have caused a terrible misfortune to happen to the old ruins.

Zero listened to him and watched him carefully. He had introduced himself and Zero felt that he needed to do so as well. My name is Zero, its nice to meet you Lancid. Zero smiled and looked back at the pink sky answering his question. Im really not sure what caused this place so much damage, Im guessing this corruption was from a madness of some sort of chaos. Im not sure though. He looked back at Lancid and was wanting more information on him. But then he also wanted talk more since no one else was around.

Lancid stared past the ruins and asked Zero, "do you know how to get to the nearest town?" As Lancid waited for Zero's reply he wondered if he would ever find the other half of his medalion he wore around his neck. It has been weeks since Lancid has been to a town, because he got lost on long journey. Only if Lancid is directed to right town by Zero he would be on his way to discover his past.

No, Im not sure but if you wanted we could go out and search. Zero wondered why he would want to find a town in the first place. What ever it was, it seemed important. Zero waited for a direction from Lancid, it was up to him where he wanted to go and search first. Which way would you decide to go to first? He waited for his direction and would follow.
