Zero had planned to travel the mountains of Gwilikith and didnt know he would eventualy run into a conflict between man vs. nature. The sun seemed to remain there but as time passed it would eventualy go down. But time didnt seem right. The sun had left the sky and vanished as it went down. It was unusual to see such a thing, time just didnt seem to be the right time for the sun to go down. Zero sat there watching the sky closley and studied it. He couldnt say anything about it as if there was no one to tell and conversate this with. The place was silent and had been a little windy. His hair began to wave back some, just a little but not quite.

Wow!! Whats going on, why has the sun gone down at such an awkward time. And the winds they seem a little heavy. Very strange. Zero thought to himself. He got up and began to wander around the place hoping to find somebody out there, but there still seemed no explanation towards this situation here. A flock of birds began to fly the opposite way he was heading, but they flew rapidly in big huge flocks. This was getting odd. He then began to see that a deer and a few of squirls run off as it seemed if they had sensed somthing about to happen. Usually this happens when a bad wheather is about to strike. Zero made a bad impression by arriving at Gwilikith at this certain time.

He kept walking and walking as he began to approach a rocky area and as he began to walk on this part of the area his footsteps could be heard as they rubbed off against the concrete ground. He wasnt quite sure if he saw clearly but it seemed to him that some sort of being had been nearby, somthing almost powerful but showed some fear towards his own actions as he did not know what to do when the sun went down and the winds randomly came at such an unnormal speed. "Is anyone there? Come out." he shouted out but with no tone to his voice. He would then expect to see an approching figure to appear. Zero kept alert but didnt expect to find anyone in these areas at such awkward timing.

" What do you want leave me in peace!" Fayt had shouted at the voice behind him with a very agressive tone in his voice. Fayt had ended up in the mountains when he was trying to find a city to sleep in, Fayt was out hunting for food one day because he was broke but when he got back to his house it had burnt down because of a candel Fayt had left on. Fayt could do nothing but fall to his nees and look at his home burnt into the ground, Fayt lost every thing except what he had took with him on his hunt.

So Fayt started out to find a city to get supplies and sleep at, but he ended up wonderd around for days with not sleep at all and the food that he killed as he went. Fayt had stoped at a spring to get some water when a pack of wolfs attacked him he only maneged to kill two of them and there was still 4 left so Fayt started running untill he came to a cliff, he stared at it for a moment and made the decision to jump.

Fayt had landed inbetween some rocks and broke his anckle, " God why does this have to happen to me, what did I ever do." Fayt thought to himself as he lied there, He wraped his anckle up with some bandage he had. He had enough food to last him a few days, he sat in the same spot for six days and that is when the man yelled to him.

Fayt stood up slowly and painfuly to get a look at the man, when Fayt saw Zero his eyes oped very wide because he was happy that it was his guild member. "Hello Zero it's good to see you, do you happen to have any food on you I have not eaten in two days because my anckle is broken."

Zero stood there waiting for an answer, but he still wasnt sure who was lurking around in the shadows of the rocky area he had approached. He then jumped up surprisingly to hear that a manly voice came from behind a gigantic peice of rock.
Zero then replied to the answer, "I have come to see if anyone is out here, because of nature is seemingly awkward today. I'm sorry if I am being rude interupting your peace of silence." The winds began to blow stronger and stronger as Zero's hair blew to the left, it began to also get a little chilly outside and Zero began to shiver just a little but not quite.

"I was just wondering if you knew what is going on right now, the winds are getting stronger and stronger by every passing second. Please reveal yourself." He wanted a direct picture of how this person looked like. If he didnt come out then he would have to drag him out to see exactly who it was. He then heard rocks crackling on the ground and the person hiding revealed himself and it came to that it had been a very familiar face. Fayt. He would greet himself to Fayt and ask what in the world he had been doing at such an awkward night.

"Fayt, wha-" he was then interupted by him and found him greeting himself to Zero. Zero was a little anxious to see a fellow guild member in these parts of Imythess. As for his question to Zero, it seemed as if Zero only had the last loaf of bread with him. "Yes Fayt, as a matter of fact I do have some food I would like to share with you." Zero then reached into his things and pulled out the loave and broke it into a medium sized peice, he then handed it over to Fayt and put the rest of the bread back where he got it.

Zero then finished what he wanted to say earlier but was then interupted by Fayt's greetings towards him. "Fayt, I would like to know what you are doing in such a place right now. Dont you notice the changing pattern of this weather, its as if nature is changing its ways." Zero then sighed deeply, he wondered if the change of nature meant somthing bad or if it just occured as a first time thing. It was odd though. "I think and I have this slight feeling that we are not safe here and I suggest finding some shelter." He waited for his reply but there seemed to be no shelter nor anything that they could protect themselves with. Though maybe this was just a misunderstanding in all of this.

"I have no idea why the weather is like this, but it is probably just a bad storm." Fayt had told Zero. Fayt then took a seat making sure that he did not let his anckle tuch anything, he held his anckle up in the air and slowly planted his butt on the ground next to a fire he had started with some of his supplyes he had. Fayt then took the bread from Zeros hand and started eating it like an animal because he had not eaten in days, Fayt then started to tell Zero the short version of why he was here.

" I am in the cursed valley because my house was burned down and I way trying to find a village Fayt started with hatred in his eyes "I got lost so I just wondered around for days and eventualy got attacked by a pac of wolfs, I managed to kill two of the wolfs but I was too weak at the time to kill anymore, so I jumped down a small cliff and landed here branking my anckle. I would have healed it wiht my heal spell but I could not get it to work for some reason." Fayt had explained to Zero, then the winds started to pick up so bad that Fayt was nearly lifted off of the ground and thrown into a wall behind him. " Ok now I am starting to think that this storm is not just a normal storm because thre is no way that a storm could be this rapid. There has got to be somebody or something controling the winds, I think that we sould investigat this immediatly."

Fayt then tried to heal his anckle onemore time, but this time it worked, Fayt then stood up and started hopping on his anckel with delight that it was finley healed. "Hell yea dude it's healed now we can go and find out what the hell is going on." Just then the wind stoped and it started to rain very lightley, but it was burinig Fayt skin. " Ouch that hurt like hell, ok this is defenetly now your average storm because the wind just stoped with out warning and now the rain is burning my freakning skin, like acid." Fayt then ran into a small cave close to were him and Zero were before. " Dude quick get over here before the acid rain melts through your skin." Fayt had yelled to Zero.

It seemed as if Fayt didnt know the explanation for this weahter. Though it began to get mild and mild for every second passing. The skys were dark and cold as heavy winds kept getting faster and faster. It was untill then he felt a burn on his hand. Zero yelped out loud as it began to pour more and more on him. He heard Fayt tell him to follow him into this cave. He did so as he put his cloak over his body. This didnt seem to work as the heavy drops of rain seemed to burn holes straight into the cloak. But it was the only protection Zero had with him for now. Though he didnt think about using magic to prevent him from burning, he had forgotten that he had a spell that would cast a sheild around him to protect him. Still didnt remember and wasnt planning on trying to remember as well.

Before the burning rain came dropping down on them, he noticed that Fayt had said somthing to him, like an explanation. But then he was cut off as the rains came slowly but then a moments later they came rapidly dropping on them. Zero didnt like to be in negative places and would always come up with a solution to find a way out of situations he would always be in.

Zero then began to notice that Fayt's heel had been out of place or sprained. Zero would offer some help but by then it was too late to offer as Fayt had already healed himself. As Zero followed Fayt into the cave, he noticed several visible objects soaring in the sky's, as if they were all behind this. Though Zero didnt want to think this. But he did have a shocking expression on his face and his eyes wide opened. He tried ignoring this but it was too difficult and ran into the cave immediatly as the rains burned him and then had a chance thtat it could have burned his skin off.

"So what do we do now, here in this cave. Oh and to let you know Fayt, I noticed a several amount of flying objects, though they looked like gryphons to me." Zero then put his things on the ground and left them there as he lay down on his back. This would have been terrible if it was the animals that started such things. He could then hear the things approach nearby. He waited patiently to see if Fayt would respond and how.

Fayt had always wanted to kill a gryphon, since the day he first heard about how terible of a creature they were. Fayt still in the cave looked around the sky tring to notice anything, after about thirty seconds he noticed four large objects in the sky. Although Fayt did not know what a gryphon looked like he had a feeling that these were them. " Zero look is that what a gryphon looks like?" Fayt had asked Zero, wtih his eyes open as far as they could gazzing at the, what he thought to be gryphons.


Fayt then said to Zero " If that is a gryphon then I will slay at least one, it has been a dream of mine since I first heard of gryphons." Fayt then drew his blade and held it out side the cave to see if the rain was acid like still, it was not acid anymore it was normal so Fayt steped out of the cave and looked into the sky, but there was nothing in the sky anymore, he ponderd abuot were they went. just then a large bird like thing came down right by Fayts face. Fayt fell on his butt and slamed into a larger bolder behind him, his blade of air flew behind the gryphon, so Fayt pulled out his Jackal and stood on his feet.


" This is a gryphon is it not Zero, I will slay it if it's not a gryphon becasue it's trying to kill me." Faty then started running at the gryphon and slid under the huge beast cutting it's front left anckle, the gryphon showed no sign of it being hurt it just got it's back right anckle and stomped on Fayt right arm, braking it. Faty let out a loud scream and slid into the other wall behind the gryphon, he put up his Jackal up and grabed his blade of air with his left hand, he had not time to heal his arm, so he got up and ran up the gryphons tail onto it's back, grabed his sword and fliped it to were he could stab it into the gryphons back.

Fayt then stabed it into the gryphons back, this time the gryphon let out a very loud roar and tossed Fayt high into the air making Fayt land were he had jumped off of a cuple of days ago. Fayt then yelled to Zero " I think I hurt it but still you need to watch out for it, I will find a way to get back down there and help you!" Fayt then used his heal spell to heal his anckle, stood up and sheathed his blade of air and looked around for a way to get back down there to help Zero. Just then another gryphon came up behind Fayt and grabed him by his shirt and took him into the air, the gryphon let Fayt go just low enough to not get hurt from the fall. Fayt had landed on some cliff about fifty feet away from were the other grypon was. Fayt then thought to himself " How the hell am I going to get down from here it's way to high to jump, damn I have to find a way to get back over there."
