Munwithurix - December 10, 2004 04:20 AM (GMT)
Munwithurix walked into the crowded Purple Lantern Tavern, she glowred at anyone who looked at her making sure they didn't glance her way again, there were no tables for her to sit and no place to even stand. She really didn't like this new town that came here a few weeks ago, even though it drew in a few more people to the swamp but it took all the attention off her. And I will show this town to fear me, she thought as she got pushed and shoved, glaring even more she started to walk towards the bar, but it was nearly impossible, so considering what she should do, maybe walk back and leave or force her way through, she liked the second choice.

She gave herself a silent grin as she made her way to a table that was crowded with people, she then pushed one of them off their chairs making him shout out with surprise, with a smirk on her face she picked the table up a few inches off the ground and threw it making evreything on go in all diractions and the men who were sitting at it. They all started shouting at her but she ignored them until one of them tried to punch her, she turned in time and hit the man for she was faster then he was and she was stronger. She heard some more complains from people and heard some growling from others. Probably plotting to kill me, she thought.

Now when she started to walk up to the bar most people moved for her but others stayed where they were, making her wanting to kill them, but she held herself from doing it. Then there was a table in the way, so she flipped it to make room for herself. She grinned at herself on the inside proud of what she was doing, she then finally made it up to the bar and sat down a vacant stool. She ordered some ale and waited what seemed to be forever until it came. Well there's one handy thing about having a town near by, you can have a drink whenever you wanted, she smiled as she looked around the purple lighted tavern.

Verling - January 5, 2005 10:15 PM (GMT)
While all this was going on Verling had been sitting alone at a nearby table. He wached as the tables where over turned but said nothing. He simply minded his own buisness. It was not long before a few people had come up to him asking if he would try and make her leave. He replied to them saying "This store does not belong to me. If you want her to leave so badly you mite as well ask the bar tender.

However even after saying this the people remained just as persistant. More and more people walked up to him some willing to pay until he finally got so annoyed he said "Fine I will ask but that is all. I want no money but if she say's no then you will leave it at that and leave the both of us alone understood?" The people of coarse. Agreed to this. A few of them grumbled becouse of the method he was using but none the less they agreed.

Verling rose to his feet and walked over to the woman before saying "Hello, my name is Verling. The people here seem to have a problem with you. I don't mean to be rude but I think it would be in your best intrest to leave until these people have gone."

*Wandering around this city which was unknown to him, he stumbled into the bar, only to see the person he defeated in the finals of the tournament. He smirked and saw how he was so easily pressured by the persistant patrons. He intercepted Verling as he was talking to whoever he was asked to remove. Bumping his chest into Verling's, he tilted his head to the side* My, my, my, you'll never have a chance to win my title if you can be pushed around by mere civilians tell you what to do..

*He turned to the people who prodded and persisted. With a grunt his eyes turned black and the room dimmed, quieting the crowd. He held out his hand, energy crackling from his fingers as he addressed the people in the tavern* You all know what this is and what I can do with this, right? Well, the next person I hear asking to get anyone out of here will know just how painful something like this can feel. If you must say something, why not tell her already and be done with it. If she kills you because she doesn't like what she hears, that's your own damn fault for not watching what you say.

*He closed his hand and snapped his fingers, the lights returning to their natural blaze and his eyes fading to silver. Looking over at Verling, he sighed and shook his head* I thought a finalist like yourself could do better than helping drunkards ridding themselves of someone. *He turned to the lady, winking and cracking a smile* You seem to be causing quite a rucus. It seems you have something to prove from the look on your face. If it is something you must do, do it and be done, just be careful what you do and who you do it to is all I'll say.
