Munwithurix walked along the plains, her wings were slightly opened incase she felt like flying. It wasn't a very intresting part of the land, because the only thing here was some snow and dead grass, there wasn't anything for her to burn with acid. Grumbling to herself she sat down thinking, she could go to Kellen and whatever town there was around here.
After some time the sun was why up in the air but it wasn't very warm. She then decided to go walk because she was getting bored thinking of how many people she had lured and ate in the swamp. Munwithurix contuined to grumble for a while, maybe something would happen today.
Rith slowly made his way out of a shoddy house. They were a rare sight and never seen with in a miles distance of each other, but there were houses built upon the snowy plains. Most were broken down and some abandoned. This house was abandoned. He used the house to sash a few less legal items and stuff of that sort, but soon would be selling it off to some poachers. The recent change in laws would mean that they could not handle griffins in the open. Dragging a carcass out of the plains without being seen by rangers and the like would be no easy task. A remote house in the plains would make things easier for their operations.
Rith stopped shortly after leaving the house. He was surprised to see a black dragon wandering about in the Debon Plains. It was the last place he thought he would find one. Rith wondered what it was that she was doing out here. He doubted she would be in the mood to tell him. He seemed little more than a six year old child. An easy target, but he doubted she had left the comfort of her swamp to look for a snack in a poor place to search. He stood waiting to see if she even saw him and how she would react if she did.
Munwithurix growled to herself, but then her head perked up, there was a boy walking through the plains. Grinning to herself she started to trot to him, if it ment free food here then she was going to take it. Filling up her acid glane she pinned her wings to her side making her running even faster. She then slowed down and stood infront of the boy.
"Hello," Munwithurix siad in a threatening tone, "Why are you out here all by yourself? Shouldn't you be with your parents or something? But if you don't have any then that makes things even better." she glanced the boy up and down something wasn't right about him. Shifting her weight from one foot to another her tail lashed back and fourth waiting for the pounce, even if something wasn't right with this boy she was still going to eat him.
Rith watched as she quickly made her way towards him. He stood their staring at her almost emotionlessly. It took neither genius nor psychic that she had not merely come over for a nice chit chat with a child. Rith would perhaps be fleeing from her if it was just him and Terror, but Torment was here and Torment would not miss the chance to cause pain. Terror was floating invisibly over Torment was hiding in the dead grass in the form of a cat. He was in that form for the purpose of keeping a look out. “I am here to feed my guardians. Are you tring to make yourself a meal? A dragon would be a tasty treat,” Rith smiled as a large shadow was cast over him. Though still invisible it was a the shadow of Terror’s new form as he stood over his master. Torment waited to alter his form he did not want to change and then not be able to attack at all. Rith would only allow him to attack if the dragon attacked first. Rith almost wished that she would attack as well. Though they were not particularly rare another black dragon soul would always make a nice addition to his collection.
