Title: Day after day

Lilith - September 17, 2004 07:09 PM (GMT)
Lilith walked the stables stopped occasionally to groom the horses. She was lonely out here all alone even though the horses should have been enough to keep her company. Lately though, she had been feeling this deep lonliness and she wasn't sure what the cause was. Maybe she just needed a break from working so much. She had been getting a new job each month and it didn't give her time to do the old things she loved so much. Like walk through the woods aimlessly and camp wherever she felt like it. She used to meet the most interesting people that way, but now she was stuck in a dead end job always doing to same thing day after day. She fed the horses and walked out of the barn. The sky was slowly darkening and she knew a storm was abrew. She sat outside until the rain drenched her and the cold seeped into her bones. Then she walked inside the stable house and fixed some hot chicken soup. It warmed her spirits a little. She drank hot green tea and watched the rain fall from the kitchen window. She had the feeling something was going to happen but she didn't want to get her hopes up. She refused to leave her seat for she felt if she did, she would miss whatever was going to happen. Lightning began to strike and she heard the horses make unsettling noises. They were scared. She knew she would have to go out and settle them , so she pulled on her cloak and got ready to go out into the storm.

Theyr-faa - September 18, 2004 10:01 PM (GMT)
Theyr-faa was walking through the rain, her clothes and her hair was soaked, and her eyes were sqeezed together to keep the rain out of her eyes. She knew out of her senses that there was a building ahead of her, and so she kept walking directly in front of her. Suddenly lightning began to strike around her, but she did not mind, as she was of light, water and air.

Suddenly she was below a roof, and the rain stopped drenching her. She looked up and could see that it was the Stables. But it was better than nothing of course.

Theyr-faa walked inside, the door creaking slightly as she entered. the horses saw the comforting light of her eyes and immediately calmed down, though they were still a little skittish.
