Title: Moving in...

Zin - September 8, 2004 11:04 PM (GMT)
Zin eyed the trunk at the end of her bed thoughtfully, then shrugged, dumping her bag on the bed and sitting before the trunk. She slowly began to set items inside.

Her pegasus statuette. The bottle that held her wisp. Her Journal. Three Belts that she normally wore. Her Cloak and some old clothes, with a sleeping Sliver on top of them. The Silver Bow. Her Rose, which still hadn't wilted. Her Selkie's Armor, which she wore on the job. Bullets For her Masterwork Sling, which she placed beside the ammo. Her arrows. Her spellbook of course, and the dagger from her boots.

She eyed the pile of her belongings quietly. It wasn't that much. She sighed, running a hand through her hair.

She'd been buying spells for her spellbook, nothing truly material. It was crazy really...

She snarled, shutting her eyes tightly, and threw her bag into the box, spooking Sliver, who darted further down into the depths of the box.

She let out a snarl, and dropped onto the bed, burying her face into the pillow.

Wynde - September 12, 2004 03:51 AM (GMT)
Wynde had heard soft sounds coming from the wall at the head of his bed. Carefully, he edged forward towards the wall to examine it. His belongings, haphazardly balanced upon the bed swayed dangerously as he pressed a hand against the mattress. Here is the source of the noise, he thought. "A hole in the wall." Wynde thought it curious that the hole was barely big enough to be seen; you really had to look to find it. He, then, found that the noise seemed to be amplified near it. He leaned closer to the hole and placed his face near it, "Hello?"

Zin - September 12, 2004 09:33 AM (GMT)
Zin sat bolt upright, looking about warily. Was the voice back? No...it was someone else...Was there more than one in her head? No. It came from somewhere else. "Hello?" Her voice was suspicious, wary. "Who's there?" She looked about, setting into a sitting position, her fingertips resting lightly on the bedspread.

She paused, letting out a small hiss. "Where are you?"

Wynde - September 12, 2004 09:55 PM (GMT)
"If I am not mistaken, I am in the next room over. There is a very small hole in the wall that seems to amplify sound whenever near it. My name is Wynde. If I may ask, who might you be?"

A Wall - September 12, 2004 10:51 PM (GMT)
The wall stood in the hall, blending into the surroundings, and listening to the conversation of the two students of magic. It was silent, as it was quite often, and it listened, and it learned.

Zin - September 12, 2004 10:58 PM (GMT)
"My name is Zin." She paused, then shrugged, standing up, and looking for the hole. "Keep talking, I want to find out where it is."

Wynde - September 13, 2004 02:47 AM (GMT)
"Keep talking? I do not have too much to say. If it helps, the hole is near the head of my bed which is to the... left of the door, when entering. Let's see... I could tell you why I'm here, but that would probably bore you to tears... Found anything yet?"

Zin - September 14, 2004 03:16 AM (GMT)
Zin's hand tapped the wall by the hole. "Mh-hm." She scowled, then pulled out a strip of fabric, and pinned it to the wall. "Sure, go ahead."
