Sephiroth walked through the Desert on his way to the city of Cascadia. He had just recovered from a fight with a girl named Aeri, she was a skilled warrior. As he walked he thought about Their last fight. She was all he seemed to think about lately, no matter where he went she would somehow find him and ruin his plan's. He wanted her dead but that was the hard part.

Suddenly in front of him hundreds if not thousand's of undead came out of the ground around him. Sephiroth immediately drew his sword and stood still waiting to see if they ment him any harm. The undead stood still for a moment not making any movements when suddenly they all rushed forword at once. Sephiroth charged at them and swung his huge sword then spun around and hit more from behind. Then he formed a fireball in his hand and threw it into the undead crowded around him.

As he continued to fight he realized that his sword and the fireballs would not be enough so he summoned meteors from the sky wich fell down and killed hundereds of the undead. But that wasn't even enough and they still kept coming. He would need help but no matter what he would not run.

A few miles from the battle field a man cloaked in black was walking down the road. He had a demon on his back and a small bag slung over his shoulder. He heard the fighting and thought of all the souls he could capture. He ran as fast as he could to the fighting and when he got there he was dissapointed to see that they where all undead. He began to turn around and leave until he saw someone out of the corner of his eye. "I can gain his trust then take his sould when the time is right." He thought to himself. He ran down to the fighting and cast darkness claws then started killing the undead with his claws. Meanwhile the demon on his back had jumped off and was killing the undead as well.

sephiroth kept slashing at the undead with his sword but he was getting tired their were just to many. He turned and watched the man fight the undead "Get out of here I didn't ask for your help!" He charged another fire ball in his hand and threw at more of the undead "and I dont need it either!" He yelled out as he continued slashing at the undead around him. He tried to use his control undead spell but it had no effect and the undead kept attacking. Sephiroth needed help but he didn't want it.

Ansem formed a whip of fire in his hand and then cast summon demonic being and a black ceature rose from the ground and ran off to help the demon that had been on Ansem's back which was now out of sight. Ansem cut down the creatures with ease using his whip and shot them with a few fire ball's then looked to the man and said in a deep voice and siad "I am not helping you. I am helping myself. There is something here I need." He off coarse meant the man's soul however he made it sound as if he meant an item that was somewhere nearby.

It was then taht Sephiroth realized that this man was a human. He hated humans he wanted to kill them all. Suddenly he got an idea he would let the undead kill him that would get them off his back and he would be rid of another human. Sephiroth flew into the air and watched as the undead all moved toward the man on the ground. "He will die now" Sephiroth thought to himself as he looked down on the battle field. Sephiroth formed two fireballs in his hands and looked down at the man.

"Coward" He thought. "I guess i'll just have to beet them on my own." As soon as Seperoth flew into the air, the two demon's protecting him appeared beside him and started protecting him. A few minutes into the battle an archer came out and fired an arrow. Unprepared, Ansem tried to dodge the arrow. It missed his chest but dug into his left arm. He foremed a fireball in his hand then threw it at the undead archer. As the demons killed the undead Ansem was using a hip of fire to cut down the soldiers. They did not seem to be fighting very hard. It was as if they where waiting for something to happen.
