Kli sighed, taking a small step into the classroom. She stared at the desks and windows. 'What have I gotten myself into.. I've never taught before....' Kli thought. She walked over to her desk and sat on it, feeling the polished wood. She wore her mud stained white dress, brown cloak, trousers, and brown boots. She always wore this now a days. She couldn't believe it. She never had a real job before, except for the stable hand job, but that was fun and didn't consider it as a job. She hummed a song that she always hummed. What subject would she teach? Master Ace suggested Alchemy, so she decided to read up on it again.


She started to read the book quietly when Jhin flew into the room. Jhin was a snow white hawk with menacing red eyes. Jhin squawked. "Oh, hello there Jhin.. Sorry I haven't been with you much.. I've been learning magic..." She said. "I've been deep into my studies and I think I'm getting to know just about all the general spells.. I don't know which type of magic I should learn though... If I have a real element... Then I wont be able to decide which one.." Jhin squawked. When are you going to show me how to turn into an elf again? I've been dying to be myself again.. Jhin said into her mind. "Be patient.. I must learn before I teach you.."

Zorgn walked into the classroom. He had visited the Academy a lot the last month or so, he was always up for learning a bit of magic. Zorgn calmly walked over to a desk and slid into it. He cleared his throat and said to the woman at the desk, "I heard you are the new magister. Is that true?"

"Yes..." Kli said, no expression on her face. Her eyes darted to Zorgn. "You must be the one who causes havoc... Is that true? If so.. Then you must be the Zorgn Master Ace warned me of..." She said. "I am Kli..." She said. Jhin looked him with menacing red eyes and squawked loudly. Jhin didn't ever like new people, even when he was an elf. He would just about chop everyone's head off that even came by, most people were afraid of him. He seemed evil, but he was nuetral, he is overprotective.

Zorgn grinned and laughed a bit to himself, "I see that word gets around. Yes, I am Zorgn, causer of havoc and one who stops in on all the magic classes. I don't think I've missed a single class yet..." Zorgn thought over the class schedule and decided that he hadn't missed a single class. "Anyway, what are you teaching? Dark arts? Elemental? Good spells?" Zorgn shuddered at the mention of good spells. They could really tear a vampire to pieces if the caster willed it.

"I'm not sure.. I will probably will be teaching alchemy.." Kli said. She sighed, looking at Jhin as he stared. Kli looked back at Zorgn. "Oh, yes, don't get too ahead of yourself there Zorgn... Just because I know your name doesn't mean your popular... I want it clear that you will cause no havoc or chaos in my class if you choose to attend.. I'm not one to permit it.. And I'm sure If you decide to start trouble.. I can find a good use for you.." She said. She was serious though, even though she smiled.

Zorgn leaned forward excitedly, "Alchemy, the science of blowing things up. I'm good with Alchemy, last time I tried it nobody died." Zorgn thought of the flames that shot upwards out of the glass flask that he had used last time. "I warn you now, I try not to mess up in Alchemy, but things have a way of blowing up in my face. Do you have a spell to put out fires? I'm afraid you might need one." Zorgn conjured three small, fist sized fireballs and began juggling them. He didn't intend to set anything on fire, yet.

"Not yet.. But I may just get one..." Kli said with a laugh. "If the classroom goes into flames it might not suit too well... It's too bad i'm not good, evil, or elemental.." She frowned. "It would be a lot easier to learn spells than learn what Alchemy is.." She said with a laugh. She held up a huge book all all about the subject. "Because now I have to learn quickly.." She said.

I was gone...

"Could be worse... Zorgn thought of when he had blown the alcemy lab apart. "At least you have someone here who knows what not to use in a potion. It would be a good idea to keep that book handy though..." Zorgn wondered how many ingredients there were that would explode that Zorgn didn't know of. There probably weren't that many.

"Well, that's good.." Kli smiled and nodded. She flipped through the book and started reading aloud a page about a plant called quiral and how it effects when you put it in different things. As she did this she got up and walked around. She wasn't really teaching, but was learning herself. She sighed and closed the book. "Alchemy... Herbs... Plants.. Potions... It can save your life if you know it.. Or someone elses.."

(I can tell..)

"Poisons are better." Zorgn didn't have much interest in saving lifes. He lived because he killed, not because he saved people. If someone is hurt badly... why not finish 'em and have a good meal? Saving people sucks. Zorgn looked around and noticed that there were no other students in the room. "Am I early or something? It's kinda empty for a class."

"I guess so... Either that or the students have lost there way to class.." She joked. She looked to Zorgn. "Your a vampire aren't you?" She asked as she walked over to her desk and sat in a chair. She went through the drawers to get aquainted with the room.

"Nope. I am a dragon in disguise and I plan to take over the world. Muahahahahaha!" Zorgn leaned back and wondered if she'd fall for that one. How could she? Zorgn was a bad liar, and unless she was completly brain-dead, she'd see through his lie. Zorgn wondered what it was like to be a dragon. All that fire must hurt them a bit.

Kli busts into laughter. "You know, Zorgn, you need to learn how to lie.. The first step is actually make up a good lie that people might actually believe.." Kli said, taking out parchment and a quill. "The second is, if your going to say your a dragon, don't make it obvious that your not.." She said, scribbling down notes.

Zorgn grinned and said, "You don't belive me? Is it that I don't look like a dragon?" Zorgn got up and walked over to a window, he opened it and went back to the desk. Minutes later, his two ravens flew in and perched on each of his sholders. Zorgn cast his Telepathy spell and read the birds' minds. "Not much happening today is there Hugin?"

Seymour was walking through the halls thinking "Late for class tring not to make a good inpression Seymour?" As the door approached he slowed down to a walk and entered the class room. He saw two people talking and said "Sorry I am late. Are you Kli the Magestier? I met a man on his way here his name was...oh what was it? Well it does'nt matter anyway he said take from Kli she is the best." He said looking at the girl. "My name is Seymour Guado what is yours?" Looking at the man.

Without looking up from his ravens, Zorgn said, "My name is Zorgn." Zorgn continued probing the minds of his ravens. A fire in Kellen. I wonder if Adsero had something to do with it? It's probably out by now, only a barn burned. If Adsero was there, the whole town would be in ruins. Anything else, my spys?

"I am Kli.." She said and started to laugh. "But I am certainly not the best.." She said. "This is my first teaching job.." She said and looked up at Seymour quietly before looking back to her parchment and scribbling down the last part of her notes. She looked up again. "Are you late? Or was I early?" She asked.

"Late unfortunately. What is your name?" he said to zorgn "The guy I talked to said you were the best. What was his name?"

Mithranduir was walking thinking "I wonder if he found her?" then he approached the door took a deep breath and walked in. "Hey Kli what's up?" then he looked a Seymour and said "I see you found her."Then he looked ar Zorgn and said "Hey Zorgn how are you not setting anything on fire I pray." he chuckeled and walked up to the group and said to Kli "I think we are all here I did not see anyone behind me." then he propped his satff aganist Kli's desk and leaned aganist it.

"Mith.." She said. "Did you tell this poor man the best?" She said to him. She got up. "Because you really shouldn't lie.." She said. "And I was waiting for any more new students before I start boring people to death..." She joked.

"So you two know each other?" he asked.

"The problem of that statement is that you are the best I think." then he shruges

"Yes... Mith has been a companion on a few quests and a friend..." She said, she looked around the room and then to Mith again. "Too bad he never tells anything right out.." She said and then looked at the class. "Shall I bore you now or later?" She asked jokingly.

"This is true and I do not regret it. So what are we learning about?" then he sat at his desk and waited for a reply.

"Alchemy..." She said, getting out of her chair. "Can someone tell me what key ingredient in a healing potion? What about a poison potion?" She said, picking up her book and flipping through the book before looking at the three.

"In a healing poition it was blood from a unicorn but when that was outlawed they made a subsitute. In a poison poitoin Arsenic for humans and Sellenium for everyone else but it can vary." then he let out a breath and was satisfied with his anwser.

"True..." Kli said. "Unicorns are the most purest creatures, that means if you drink their blood, even an inch from death, you will live... But.. In killing that creature.. You are cursed.. So.. They outlawed it and made a substitute.. It's not as powerful.. But it works.." Kli said.

"Do you know what the subsitue is Miss Kli." He said testing her knowledge.

"Yes.. Actually.. I learned that a long time ago... It's called khalae..." She said. "Does anyone know what it looks like?" She asked, holding the book and sitting on her desk slightly. She looked at them.

"It is some kind of poisoness fruit but you can exctrat the seed of it and make the poiton right?"

"Wow you guys seem to know alot about potions and stuff like that." he didn't know that there was so much stuff to know about pyro.

Kli looked to Seymour. "When you study for years and years or live in a very magic based place you pick it up..." She said. "In this class you will learn everything possible.. From plants and herbs to potions and everything to do with Alchemy..." She said, putting down the book.

"Well then lets get started." he said in a english accent.

Master Ace jumped onto the window ledge it the form of a skinny black cat and scared away the poor ravens. Master Ace Looked about the class. "There's a face I don't think I've seen before," he thought as he looked towards Seymour. He jumped to the floor and walked over to Kli's desk. "I told you I would help you out," he said as he leaped upon her desk. "Do you have an Idea of what you're going to do today?" He whispered. He looked back towards the rest of the class and streched out his back.

"Try to make a healing potion... Then try to do a poison potion.. We'll probably blow something up but.." Kli shrugged. She looked to Master Ace. "Care to bore them on whats in each potion?" She chuckled softly, finger holding the place in the book she was holding about Alchemy.

"I Think I'd bore myself to sleep before I could bore any of these guys, with the exception of Zorgn," Master Ace chuckled as he looked towards Kli. "Did you get all of the supplies form the Alchemsits lab?" he laid down on the desk and looked at his retractable claws. "I wonder how badly Zorgn will mess this one up," Master ace thought to himself.

"Actually I did.. It's over there.." She said, pointing to a corner with the supplies. She looked to him. She then looked to the class. "Before we start I want to know who will be making the healing potion, and who will be making the posion one.." She said. "We will split into two teams.." She said.

Zorgn knew he wanted to do the poison, so he stood up and said, "I'll do the poison if no one is against it." Zorgn looked at the cat and thought that he might try to kill the thing. It had scared his two ravens, that was something. Hugin and Munin were loyal servants and would do what Zorgn asked, even if it cost them thier lives. "Also, what kind of cat is that? Scaring off Hugin and Munin is quite a task for most creatures."

(Have no fear Ace, I shall do my best to make this as interesting as possible. Also, leave my ravens alone. I was planning to use them in this, now I have to coax them back inside.)

As quietly as she could, Selena entered the classroom. She scanned the room and spotted a nearby empty desk. Silently she got to her feet and sat down. I hope no one noticed my late arrival. I don't want to do extra homework or worse...the cleaning of the castle!

Jahesd snuck in right behind Selena. He hoped that no one had noticed the both of them being late. Hey..... do not worry, Jahesd whispered, you are not the only one who is late. I really hope they do not notice us. quick. let us make a new group and start these potions.
