Title: Nervousness...

Layila - July 23, 2004 04:12 PM (GMT)
Layila walked up to the stables, ready to start her days work, ready, even though her nerves were through the roof. She opened the door to the stables, and stred in awe at all the horses, she smiled, and was happy that she had left her wolf to ram the nowood forest. She walked past each stall, and looked at each of the horses, and stuck her hand in to pet some of them, or rub their velvety noses. Compared to her these animals were huge, but she found that all the more majestic to see such a large animal, so proud, let some one on its back, to let one ride them, it was awe inspiring.

Jahesd - July 23, 2004 04:49 PM (GMT)
As layila walked along the stables, petting horses and just adoring them, Jahesd watched her. He loved people, and how they acted. He loved to watch what they would do next, or what they would do about a certain situation. He stood upright and said, Such beautiful creatures, are they not? He walked toward Sayila, petting some horsed on his way to her. He reached his hand out for a friendly hand shake whe he got to her. Hi. My name is Jahesd. I saw you walkin to this place a while back and I just wanted to meet you. Your wings are amazing, I must tell you. I assume that you are some sort of angel.

Layila - July 23, 2004 05:10 PM (GMT)
Layila looked at the man, and nodded. At least one of likes them. My name is Layila, and yes I am half angel, but I hate it and I don't normally have my wings out for public display, but they were getting crammped. She shook his hand, and flicked her wings and in a shower of glass-like pieces they dissapeared. They are magnificent creatures, it amazes me how such a proud, and noble animal would let some one on its back. She gave a smile, and reached into the stall of a whit mare, and gently patted its nose.

Jahesd - July 23, 2004 05:33 PM (GMT)
(* sorry it took me so long to reply*)

Jahesd was startled by the sudden shadder of her wings. Your wings!! They broke! Jahesd felt like a dumbfounded fool. He then figured out that she did it by will. His face blushed from embarrassment. He looked over to the horses. Such beautiful creatures they are. So noble and proud a creature would let unrespecting others ride their back. Do you ride them often?

Layila - July 23, 2004 05:37 PM (GMT)
Laylia looked at the ground. I've acctually never really even been on a horse before, I only know how to take care of them... She looked up at him and smiled, However I think I will learn in time, hopefully better then flying, I need a faster way to get around other then running, and I'm a horrible flyer. She sighed, it was frustrating havin gwings and not being able to use them.

((OOC: Its ok. I don't mind waiting))

Jahesd - July 23, 2004 05:52 PM (GMT)
Well if you have never ridden a horse before, why not try now? Ah, this looks like a good horse to ride. Jahesd walked toward one of the stables and rubbed its nose. He looked over to Layila. So what do you say?

Layila - July 23, 2004 05:56 PM (GMT)
Layila smiled thinking that it would maybe be a mistake not to. I could try it I guess, it doesn't look so hard... She went to the back of the stables and got out some of the tack, and sadled the hores. She was at a loss at what she should do next, the sturrups were a little to high for her, but she might as well try. She put her foot in one of them, and lost her blance and fell. I guess its not as easy as it looks... She said this from the floor of the stables.

Jahesd - July 23, 2004 06:12 PM (GMT)
Hahahahaha. I am sorry to laugh, but it is just somehting I find amuzing. You will find that I laugh alot about many things, so do no be offended. Here, let me help you up. Jahesd reached his hand out to help her off the ground. He smiled and looked at the horse. Now you work with her now, he said to the horse. He laughed once more. He kneeled down on one knee and extended his hand. Here.... place your foot apon my hand, and I will give you a boost up to the horse. If you fall, I am here to catch you. I used to ride the magnifisent creatures back in my younger days, befre i decided to go to the Acadamy of Magic. I will teach you what I remember.

Layila - July 23, 2004 06:18 PM (GMT)
Layila nodded her head and put her foot in his hands and then the sturup, and swung her other leg over to the other one. She hugged the neck of the horse, afraid of falling off, but slowly moved her hands to the rains, ,and sat up. She smiled, but didn't know how to get it to move.

Jahesd - July 23, 2004 06:33 PM (GMT)
Jahesd looked at Layila and smiled with glee. He then patted the horses neck and told Layila, Now all you have to do to get it trotting is to lightly kick its side. Now take hold of the rains and lead him to where you wish to go to. Let go of the horse and let Layila do it her self. The horse seemed calm and seemed to enjoy giving Layila a ride.

Layila - July 23, 2004 07:11 PM (GMT)
Layila gently nudged the horse's sides, and wobled a little when it moved, but stayed on and puled gently to one side of the rains, leading the horse in a cirle to the left. She smiled, she was always told she was a fast learner, except when it came to flying, but she forgot all about that now, for now she was as close to the clouds as she was going to get. This is fun, I've really been missing out. She smiled down to Jahesd.

Iinaa - August 3, 2004 06:47 PM (GMT)
Iinaa watched the two people while grooming her own horse. She agreed with the half angel. Horses were too wonderful, noble, and majestic to allow us to ride them. That is why she never rode Uruite-sul. He was her protector. She had only ridden him on one occasion, and that was to escape from horrible danger. Uruite-sul did not seem to mind her riding him, but she did not like to ruin the horse's pride by riding him and controllng him.

She slowly moved to the next stall grooming the horse in that stall, named Shadow. It was a beautiful black stallion, it's head was held high and it looked at her with a commanding air. Iinaa bowed her head slightly to show the horse she meant no harm, and would not ride him. Yet. It was an irresistable urge that told her to ride him. He was so beautiful, so wonderful, if this horse were only hers... Uruite-sul nipped her on the shoulder, stretching his head over the stall door. It was sometimes as if he could read her mind.

"Do not worry, I will not sell you. I will just buy another horse when I get enough money." She told him.

She returned to grooming Shadow. She used the curry comb and brushed the horse until it shone. She began to stroke it's muzzle, it was soft and felt wonderful underneath her fingers. Shadow did not move but watched her.

She finished grooming Shadow and walked outside of his stable. She read the sign that was on his door, "Wild Horse, do not enter." Iinaa almost fainted from shock. She stared at the horse that was inside the stall. It had not even tried to kick her, why was that? She decided to ask the manager about the horse.
