There was a warping sound, like a great wind through a tunnel, but the green grass that grew around the lake and ponds of the Memphian falls did not stir in the slightest. The moon shone down, a silver orb in the sky and all was still.

The sound continued until the great crescendo and a great black light appeared at the edge of one of the ponds that the falls fell into. The light grew until it was ten feet tall. It was like a circular gateway into a new world and indeed you could see mountains and dark craggy land beyond.

A form could be seen on the other side of the portal as well. The form reached forward and stepped through, into this world known as Imythess. She had a shadowy figure, covered in a dark cloak that hid most of her face. The only feature that could be her face, which was smiling.

She took a few steps to the waters edge and removed her hood with gloved hands. Her icy gray eyes had dark paint beneath them, giving her a haunting, dark appearance, hiding her beauty. Red fire burned in her eyes as she grinned. This world was weak and she would lead the demon, Drelican's armies to victory and chaos.

Varila had been looking on and finally stepped forward, the hood of her dark green cloak hiding her face. A few locks of firey hair fell forward from within the depths of her hood. Unseen, her eyes studied this volatile creature. "Welcome to Imythess," she said serenely, drawing out an amulet from her pocket. The slightly lighter green skirt that she wore was slitted up to her knee for a little more mobility, but was loose anyway. "I see you are another demon. If you wish to congregate with others of your kind, there is another that I have met called Lance." Her face was blank with every word, but in her mind, she knew that this thing couldn't possibly be here for any decent purposes. Thus, she would have to see what happened.
