Lance stood out on the grounds of the Academy of Magic, having been here but once before, where he'd met Jhael after the whole mission to save him in the drow city of Menzoberranzan, and Palace DeVir, which fell that day due to the demise of SiNafay and all her children apart from Athiyk. He'd helped significantly by taking down Nyth, Athiyk's supposedly-dead older brother who had become a drider. He was here now in order to practice the star magic he'd obtained from becoming Laoura's second, almost only, Chosen. To start, he summoned a moon bridge across the area he was in, figuring that someone would see it and be curious about it, considering he and two others were the only ones who knew any star magic.
Kuya awoke from under a tree, seeing a flash of something that took the form of a bridge, fly over his head. "Time to wake up Anduril, nap's over." Kuya said to his valiant dragon. He got on ANduril, holding on to one of his necks and mounting on, and they took of to the place where the bridge came from.
Kuya hovered over the general place of where the origin was, and saw a figure standing below. He nudges Anduril down and saw that it was Lance. They had met once before. He was Kuya's first battle, and they had both changed alot since then. Kuya had become a God and rumor has it that Lance became one of Laoura's chosen, meaing that he too, could now use Star and Moon magic.
Kuya leaped down from Anduril. "Hello...Lance." Kuya said. "I see you are practicing Star Magic, would you like to give a little demonstration to me and Anduril, of what it can do?" Kuya said refering to a battle.
Lance blinked in surprise, noticing a dragon fly toward him, and riding on it seemed to be the first person he'd sparred against here in Imythess, Kuya as he recalled. He'd also heard that he'd somewhat recently been appointed god of Day, which was a rather unusual title in Lance's opinion...but then, that was probably because he'd never known what the Day was until he'd left his Underworld home, no more than a year ago. "Probably not now...just getting used to it, myself."
