This bracer is lightweight, made of only soft leather, but if an attack comes near it, it will automatically place a magical shield between the wearer and the attacker, much like the shield spell.

Small Gargoyle
A small statue of a gargoyle which, upon command of the user, can come to life. The statue is about the size of a chess piece and can be commanded to do tasks such as 'get those keys' or 'follow that man'. The gargoyle itself is not intelligent and can not understand difficult or lengthy instructions. If it doesn't understand the instructions it will either repeat it's current task or do nothing.
