Title: Gods temples removed
Rothardan - August 2, 2008 06:55 AM (GMT)
As you may have noticed, I have removed the gods temples (save the Temples of Swords and Temple of Unity, as they are both being used for the plot) due to inactivity. I will also be removing the gods from their positions as well for the same reason.
Please note that we are unfortunately not accepting any applications for the gods until we update everything. If you have already applied for a god position then I do apologize.
Also, I have a large surprise planned for 5 lucky and random members of Imythess. What is it? Not telling. What does it do? Not telling.
More details shall come tomorrow.

Sounds interesting! I'm really supportive of the whole no gods thing. It *has* always turned good members into inactive ones, because it gives a sense of having "won the game" if any such thing could exist here.

Aww I hate to see the Gods go, I always wanted to be the God of Air myself. Is this a permanent thing? I do agree with Loth though, the gods normally seem to be the least active ones. Also, can you tell us if the surprise smells shiny? <_<

8D a surprise? As in more trinkets?
But honestly, i hate to see the gods go as well. hopefully they come back to us >.>
*raises stick*

Well, in my time here, I've never actually seen a god do something.
In fact, I've never seen one, or the account of one.
I've just had the vague idea that somewhere in a dark, smelly pit of Imythess, there were players with characters labeled GOD.

You're taking all the fun out of it Fefnir. The gods of Imythess are still around if you know where to look. *points up at lomen* ;)
