Lynx prowled. Her body moving lithely through the long strands of grass. She was stalking nothing in particular. She had heard sounds of movement and crouched low, moving cat like through the grasses to find it. She loved the practice and to let herself let go to her more primitive side.

Lynx was a cat, per say. She was half-cat. It showed every obviously as well. She had two cat-like ears that sprouted from her head. They moved constantly checking the sounds that went on around her and closed in on the one she wanted. Her body was shaped like a human, only strange in the way she moved. She crouched low; her shoulders moved much like a feline’s. Dipping low and moving slowly towards her target. Lynx also had a tail that swished from side to side or provided balance when she was running.

She also had cat-eyes. However they were covered with a cloth because she was blind. She stalked her prey using her other senses.

Fara're moved through the brush with ease on her four cat legs. Her tiger ears twitched about as she listened to the sounds around her. Something was near. Perhaps something that could be dinner.

She slowly made her way towards the sounds. A rabbit. She licked her lips, her tounge rolling over her sharp cat teeth. Rabbit would make a wonderful meal. With the stealth of any cat she crept forward.

The rabbit never knew what hit is as she sprang forward and caught the small creature between her claws. It was a nice fat rabbit, she could easily make two or three meals out of it.

Meal in tow she walked through the plains upright. No need to be on all fours now. Her long tail swished back and forth in an easy manner. THen something caught her eye.

Another one like her....she sniffed the air taking in the scent that the wind brought to her. No..not a were creature. But another feline being like her. Another feline creature!!

Fare're quicked her pace to meet this new person. She smiled as she drew closer. "Hello there," she called. "Who might you be my fellow cat!"

Lysanne pounced on her target catching the thing between her hands. To her it felt much like a rabbit. She ran her hands over it find the long ears and smiled. Her teeth showed through her lips.

She twisted the rabbit’s head with a jerk and broke its neck. A quick death. She placed the rabbit on the ground next to her. She figured it would make a great meal for later in the day. Then...

Lynx nearly jumped out of her skin at the sound of another person. She twirled up and faced the ... person. It was at times like these than Lynx wished she could see. She had nothing to go on but the person’s voice. However that was enough to find out that she wasn’t a threat.

Lynx straightened herself and faced the woman. “Hello.” Then Lynx paused, she looked thoughtful for a moment. “Did you just say you’re a fellow cat?” The news almost excited Lynx and her tail swished happily behind her. “I’m Lysanne but people usually call me Lynx. Who are you?”
