Alright to start off I do like the ideas.

However they don't sound much like feats. They should more like spells to me. Also I don't think feats should have a requirement

Hmm. True. They might be better off as new spells. But what store would they go in?

I think they would be good for a Perform PrC

but if they became spells I would say they'd go in General
