I was wondering if I would be able to play an NPC directly related to Ivory and who's RP would directly effect her but not have her there.

Ajan is the one she shares her (actually his) curse with and I would like to RP him hiring Slazhar Rex to keep an eye on Ivory. Ivory will be completely unaware and most likely won't ever show in the thread. Can I play him on this account or do I need to make another one for him to RP as him?

I don't think I would play him much and the gold would end up as Ivory's anyways. I would just like to know before I start. Thank you!

I'd say go for it. No real problem with it that I can see.

I wouldn't see an issue with it, long as its not in every thread and every post for the matter. Because at that point it would become much like a PC and then you would need to make a new account for it. But if it's just to add to storyline and help flesh out your character a bit, I wouldn't see an issue with it.

Wait, go over this again, I'm confused. A new and seperate account? Or playing this guy with your own account, like, making posts where the main person isn't there?

If it's a one time deal, why not? You might want to seperate the two characters' parts somehow (~~~ , --- , image maybe...). I share Alaina's 'not in every thread' feeling on this.

I'd just say specify at the start of the thread in OOC that it is ONLY going to be an NPC character if Ivory is not going to be present. Since it IS only going to be a single thread, I wouldn't see a point to making an account for that. One, it'll be a waste of time, two...It just seems silly really. Long as you specify and state it and make sure the person involved in the thread knows it should be fine. -Shrugs.-

As long as its just for one thread it should be alright. As long as your not using the character to a point where a new account would be more reasonable. If he shows up everyone once in awhile for a short amount of time in other threads then it should be alright if you use use Ivory for this one thread.
