Title: A Combined Hatred<p>

Mia Rivka - June 10, 2008 09:52 PM (GMT)
The enchanting priestess walked down the streets of Norwood village, if they could even be called streets. She walked along the upper streets which were more so bridges than anything. As she passed the Elves who lived in the treetop houses she tilted her head and smiled at them. They accepted her in their midst since she had healed a few of their brethren in the village. She was a recognized face that constantly smiled and bespoke only happy things. However inside Mia laughed. She loved putting up the facade of a priestess instead of the enchantress she was. Sorceress, whatever they choose to call her. But watching her elven brothers and sisters she was disgraced by them, she was the only fit elf in this place.

The wood elves were a lower breed than she own moon elf breeding, but she needed food and shelter and they gave both willingly, and free of cost, to Rivka. They would probably shun Mia, but she wasn’t Mia around them anyway. She was looking for something here, and she had finally found it. She was making her way to the place she needed to be, smiling and waving to the citizens. She had heard of a girl named Lilith who lived in this village. Other places had said no such lady lived in their towns, as well in this village they called her as beautiful as a Lilly, which sounded just right to Mia. She moved towards the house they said she lived in.

A few ducks through the side streets and she came to it. It was well kept and built around a small tree. Rivka took one look around before she disappeared inside. The hut was much like any other elven structure, but she wasn’t interested in the look of the place. Immediately she began opened drawers and shifting through their contents.

Feirste - June 11, 2008 02:02 AM (GMT)
Feirste, or rather, "Lord Shile Frost" walked down the high tree roads also, his boots hitting lightly on the wood, barely making a sound. Feirste was finally in the mood to do something, to kill, or rather, feast, on someone he has been hating for days, for weeks, but now, he finally learned where Lilith was, and he would get his revenge, after all, she was supposed to be his snack a few months ago or less, then he ran into her at the docks in Taras, where she stole his diamond, and the only people who did that were fools, and should know not to mess with a white dragon, who holds grudges til the day they die... Feirste supposed it wasn't the greatest thing about his race, it would suck to die over a little grudge.

Feirste, I mean, Shile Frost looked his normal self in a strange looking human form, some people gave him odd looks but he's been around here for a day and no trouble with the guards or anything, so they figured he wasn't all that bad, and sides, he's been here in the past, so what harm could he do now?

Even though his human form still seemed to reek dragon! No one seemed to notice that. Feirste had a bony look to him, but tall. He had long, pure shining white silky hair pulled into a ponytail, and his eyes were a milky, but icy blue, and cold. His skin was also a near white, but had a little color to it, and it was near freezing to touch. He wore light colors, mostly white.

He neared the house, and his gaze grew darker, and colder with every step he took towards the house, in seconds, he was in front of the door, and opening it. When it was open, he stepped through, not bothering to glance around, it would have been suspicious, though, he didn't knock either. He walked to a room, and stopped right when he saw someone. Not Lilith.

"Who the hell are you?" He snapped.

Mia Rivka - June 11, 2008 02:15 AM (GMT)
Rivka dug through the drawers finding nothing helpful. The damn woman wasn’t home but there must be something she could do to her while she was away. But first she needed proof that she had the right Lilith. She had moved from the front entrance to what appeared to be the kitchen. She dug through drawers unsure just what she would find in here. Pots and pans mostly. She looked everywhere but only found common kitchen items. She wasn’t even sure what she was looking for. Throwing her hands up in frustration she threw a pot across the room. She walked over to it and kicked it, sending it flying across the room once more. Leaving the pot she moved back into the main entrance, flopping herself down on what appeared to be a sofa of sorts.

She sighed and breathed in the earthy smells of the house. It smelled like a home and Rivka hated that. Lilith did not deserve to have a “home”, she deserved to rot. Her eyes wandered around the room, wishing that there had been a photo on one of these many dresser-like things. In front of her, on a table, sat a bowl of nuts. She leaned forward and helped herself to a fist full before noticing another box full of old things. Rivka pulled it up beside her on the sofa, leafing through items and throwing them away when they appeared to be nothing.

Suddenly a man flung open the door and a small toy horse Rivka had thrown nearly hit him. She jumped up from the sofa, spilling nuts, toys, papers, and other random objects across the floor. ”Who am I? I’m...” She paused... surely she couldn’t say who she really was otherwise he’d know she’d broken in. She felt the pause stretch on and felt as though he’d know something was up just by how long she didn’t speak. Composing herself she answered.

”I’m Lilith! Who are you and why are you here?”

Feirste - June 11, 2008 03:08 AM (GMT)
He flinched slightly when the toy hit the wall near him, and he looked at the woman with cold eyes.

”Who am I? I’m...”

He stared at her, slowly getting confused, but it didn't show on his face. He stared at her, his gaze that regarded her got colder and colder. One hand resting on the hilt of his freezing cold longsword. The silence was stretching and it was annoying him, when she did answer, he cocked his head in slight confusion.

”I’m Lilith! Who are you and why are you here?”

This was all suddenly confusing for the white dragon. Lilith? No. This wasn't her. Was it? He shook his head lightly. No. Either it was someone else named Lilith, or not her at all.

"No. You aren't. I know what Lilith looks like, and you are not her." He said coldly. He released his sword, and crossed his arms, not looking to pleased. "Where is she?" He demanded. He walked a little closer, but a bit cautiously, as he did not know what this person could do, he just knew she wasn't Lilith.

This was going to be harder then he thought. He was just hoping to come here, eat Lilith finally, tear the place apart, then leave, but it seemed the wench was't here, which was highly frustrating for him. Feirste just wanted to come, then go. It would have been easy. He glanced around the place, then at the door, before returning his gaze to the odd woman.

Mia Rivka - June 11, 2008 04:02 AM (GMT)
"No. You aren't. I know what Lilith looks like, and you are not her."

Rivka sighed and threw out her hands in a you-got-me sort of expression. To his next question she had no answer. ”Why do you know her?... No ... You obviously don’t know her, otherwise you would’ve said I know Lilith... not I know what Lilith looks like.” Rivka shot him a sly smile as though she had figured him out. It made her proud to know that he had just broken into Lilith’s house as well... but then again that made her wonder why. Rivka reached down and retrived her bowl of nuts, some still alright and in the bowl. She popped one into her mouth and regarded the name.

”I have no idea where she is. Why do you think I’m here?” For some reason just the look of the man and the way he had entered told her a lot about him. He didn’t know Lilith as a friend and e was easily annoyed. She smiled at him.

”Why are you here anyway?” Rivka slowly worked her way around the table picking up the scattered items and discarding the ones that were no use. Her search had still been fruitless but this man had made her drop everything when he burst through the door. She couldn’t risk losing all her hard work to find this house on some stupid man. She could always just leave the village and switch her appearance so no one could catch her if it came to that.

Feirste - June 13, 2008 06:01 PM (GMT)
”Why do you know her?... No ... You obviously don’t know her, otherwise you would’ve said I know Lilith... not I know what Lilith looks like.”

Shile couldn't help but just roll his eyes as he saw her smile. Oh so clever, he thought sarcastically. She was right though, he didn't know Lilith, she was supposed to be his dinner, his snack so he could have a better hunt and not on a empty stomach, but she escaped. The next time, she stole his rightful property. She would pay for her foolishness. He watched the priestess looking woman pick the things up. He found no need to answer that, seeing as he already hated talking, especially the humanoid races, it was disgusting enough to be in one form, but then again, he was fond of his human form.

”I have no idea where she is. Why do you think I’m here?”

He stared at her. Why was she here? Who was she even? He glanced behind him to the open door, and walked towards it and closed the door, it wouldn't do good for people to grow curious as to why the door was wide open. When it was shut, he looked back at the woman, not looking any cheerier. He wondered a long time why she was, and why she lied, and stuck with the fact that she was either a very odd friend, or enemy.

”Why are you here anyway?”

He considered not answering, but before he could think about it more, he just spoke.

"I have something to settle with her." Was his plan, dull answer, but his voice was filled with ice. "Who are you?" He asked again, since when he asked in his angrier voice before, she had lied, hopefully this time she would tell the truth.

Mia Rivka - June 16, 2008 06:48 PM (GMT)
Mia nodded her head when the man closed the door, her dark hair bobbing with the action. She thought it was a good idea to close themselves off from peeping eyes and unwanted witnesses. She tossed everything into the box and placed it back on the table. Once she’d done that she placed her hands on her hips and surveyed the room. She had picked up everything on the floor and gave a happy nod.

”How interesting...” Mia purred and moved closer to Shile. She stood on her tiptoes and whispered into his ear. ”I have a little settling to do myself.” She dropped back to her original height and let out a small lighthearted giggle. She had taken a risk by saying anything at all to this man and so far it had turned out to be the right one.

”I am Mia Rivka Sundarshana.” She gave a small curtsy. ”Now...” She ran a finger up his chest before she tapped his nose once. ”Who are you? And... this settlement you speak of, will it be one that will make us friends of foes?” She blue eyes looked deep into Shile’s own eyes, watching for his reaction to see the truth behind his next words. ”Because you see... I, well I want her dead.”

Mia had already seen the back entrance to the place and could easily bolt if he turned out to be a foe.

Feirste - June 16, 2008 09:32 PM (GMT)
”How interesting... I have a little settling to do myself.”

Feirste watched the priestess looking woman move towards him, and whisper in his ear, and interest sparked within him when she said she had some settling to do also with the pain Lilith, and a cruel smile slid over his pale face, eyes gleaming with a fire of cruelty. Maybe he could get a alley out of her, help would be wonderful, since the last two times Lilith got away, and oh how frustrating that was. He cocked his head slightly when she giggled, a light little noise it was, and sort of annoying to the dragon, but oh well, it was a little pointless thing to think of.

”I am Mia Rivka Sundarshana.”

He was sort of surprised when she actually said her real name, at least, he believed it was her real name, she didn't hesitant like before when she said her name was Lilith. He didn't know how to really react when she ran her finger up his chest then tapping his nose, he never allowed anyone close, but he merely stood where he was, not bothering to ponder on it.

”Who are you? And... this settlement you speak of, will it be one that will make us friends of foes? Because you see... I, well I want her dead.”

Once again, the cruel smile returned.

"I'm Feirste, but right now, I'd prefer to be called Shile Frost." He said, the cruel smile reaching into his icy eyes. "I believe we are both on the same track. I want her dead as much as you." So he would allow her to become a friend, foes were nice, but this was better, its rare to find one with tyhe same intentions on mind.

Mia Rivka - June 16, 2008 09:59 PM (GMT)
“Shile Frost.” She rolled the name around her mouth. “It sounds... dignified. I like it!” She smiled up at him before she turned back to survey the room. “Well... as you can see she’s not home right now.” Mia pouted. “But no matter. Want to rummage through her things with me?” Mia spirits were soaring now that she had an ally against Lilith. She smiled as she moved back into the bedroom.

“I met Lilith about three months ago when I came to Imythess. That Witch actually believed she was better than me. And when I went to my husbands... Ex husband’s house I found her there with him.” Mia let out a low growl as she tore into the dresser full of clothes, throwing them about the room haphazardly. “Anyway I tried to kill them both and only succeeded in killing him! She somehow got away from me. She just... went all...” Mia struggled for the word. “Insubstantial so anything I threw at her missed.”

Mia pulled out an ugly green top and snickered showing it to Shile so he could join her in the making-fun-of. “What’d she do to you?”

Feirste - June 18, 2008 02:02 AM (GMT)
He smiled slightly when she said his alias was "dignified". He then looked at Mia Rivka as she said Lilith wasn't here, and he figured that, but couldn't help but look a little disappointed. It didn't look like this was going to be a quick in and out killing, oh well, at least he didn't have to spend the time in utter silence. He smirked slightly when she asked if he wanted to rummage through Lilith's things. Might be a little fun, something to do while wanting. He followed as she moved into the bedroom, and watched her a moment as she went through the dresser, and spoke of what Lilith did to her.

His icy eyes seem to grow colder. Lilith was a woman who deserved to be killed, like most of the wenches out there. She was a thief, and a fool to make a enemy out of Feirste, even if it was his fault basically. He smiled slightly, then focused on what Mia Rivka was saying. He walked about the room as the woman spoke, but stopped at a small shelf that had books and a few little glass statues. He pulled books out, looked at the covers and let them fall to the floor when not interested.

He felt somewhat bad for Mia Rivka, and what Lilith did to her, ruining this womans life with her lover. Lilith deserved to burn in hell.

“What’d she do to you?”

He stopped his looking through books and all, and just stared at the book in his hand, eyes seeming to go dull. How could he explain how Lilith escaped from being his snack when this woman didn't even know he was a dragon, it would just seem a little... awkward, when he is supposed to be powerful and fearsome, and he somehow let little things bug him, he should just have let Lilith go, but she also mocked the dragon basically on the docks, with her friend "Theron", and stole his precious diamond when he already had hundreds.

"She..." There was just no way to explain things without looking like a idiot. "She stole something precious from me. And... stuff I'd rather not go over, it might make me look like a idiot." He said coldly.

Mia Rivka - June 21, 2008 07:06 PM (GMT)
Mia turned to look at Shile when she heard the hesitation in his voice. She stopped what she had been doing and regarded him with her blue eyes. When he finished Mia giggled again. “I wonder what could be so bad that it’d make you look like an idiot.” She shook her head slowly before she continued her search through the dresser. ”My story kind of makes me look like an idiot, I mean I didn’t even realize what was going on.” For a brief second Mia looked sad but then the feeling was gone and she was back to her normal self. ”Come on please tell me.” She had stopped digging and was looking at Shile trying her best to look cute.

Mia went back to digging through the dresser drawer pulling out piece of clothing after piece of clothing a look of dissatisfaction growing on her cool features. ”Y’know the more I dig through all this the less I think Lilith would wear it.” Mia let out an annoyed sigh and threw a fistful of clothing behind her. She was growing more and more annoyed with how fruitful this whole trip had been. Nothing seemed to be going right. Except he had shown up and Mia liked to have an ally.

Mia was just about to open a new drawer when she heard a click and the sliding of a door. ”Shile... Do you hear that?” Mia looked at Shile with a look between fright and happiness. If it was Lilith they were set, if it was the patrol they might be doomed.

Feirste - June 24, 2008 03:54 AM (GMT)
Feirste frowned when she giggled, and held back from snapping out at her. He spoke, then begged him to tell her. He looked over at her, just as she was trying her best to look sad and cute. She did a pretty good job at it too, but still, Feirste was quite reluctant to tell, but... He sighed annoyed, and pulled a strand of his long white hair away from his face, flicking it over his shoulder. He looked away, frowning a moment, and shook his head, wanting to protest, but oh well, if he wanted a ally, it would be best if she told her more about.

"I'm a dragon. A white dragon. I tried to eat her, she become a nuisance, and wasted my time." He said, voice cold with hatred. He dared not to mention how hungry he was then. He then threw the book to the floor then looked through a few more, not responding to what Mia Rivka said, but noticed that to be odd, then he heard the noise.

His head snapped up instantly from what he was doing, and he looked towards the entrance to the bedroom then walks slowly towards it, barely making a sound, and, instead of peeking around the door (like most would), he stepped out in the hall, just as Lilith was coming towards her bedroom, but she stopped, the elf staring shocked at seeing a intruder in her house.

Feirste returned the shocked look, though, his was colder. This wasn't Lilith.

"Your not Lilith."

Mia Rivka - June 24, 2008 04:23 AM (GMT)
Mia Rivka watched as Shile moved right into the hall. She admired the man already since he hadn’t hidden and had instead stepped right out to stand in front of that ... Lilith. Even in her head the word was a curse. Then he spoke those words:

“You’re not Lilith.”

Mia Shimmied out from behind him to see who was actually there. Instead of Lilith stood an elf. She was pretty, but not nearly as beautiful as Lilith was, her hair wasn’t even the right color. Mia pouted as she regarded the woman before her. She had large brown orbs that matched her hair, which were filled with terror. She had a large bag overfilled with food stuff in her hands which she dropped with a thud.

”Y-yes I am.” The elf stuttered looking between the pair. She looked as though she didn’t know whether to flee or scream for help. Her voice caught as she spoke. ”I live here.... I’m Lilith... Who...” Her voice seemed to get a little stronger and she stood up straighter. ”Who are you and why are you here?”

Mia let out a little growl next to Shile, She was positioned behind him so that her head peaked around the side of his body. She had both hands on his back as if she were peering around the side of a wall. She moved past Shile and stood facing the girl. She wasn’t sure what to do next so she walked up and grabbed the elf’s arm. The woman named Lilith struggled but Mia cast a small Inflict Minor Wounds spell at only half power, it was enough and Lilith followed her.

”Shile... I hope you’re not above questioning this one.” With that Mia dragged the woman into the bedroom and shoved her onto the bed. Lilith sat there looking utterly lost and scared, like a small child. It only made Mia hate her more. She tugged on Shile’s clothing and whispered in his ear. ”We’ll see if we can find out anything about the real Lilith and if not then she’s useless and we can have some more fun.”

Feirste - June 27, 2008 03:19 AM (GMT)
As the elf started to speak and stutter, a harsh wind blew through a crack in a window and ran down the hall and past the three people standing there, the wind seemed to go towards Feirste, swirling around him before dying down to a light breeze around the dragon in human form, making his pure white hair flutter. His icy eyes watched the elf, unmoving anger, and he seemed to have ignored the burst of wind completely, his main focus on the elf girl.

”Who are you and why are you here?”

A snarl twisted on his face, and heard Mia Rivka's light growl, then moved from behind Feirste to the woman. He watched Mia grab the girl, then cast the quick spell, and he followed close behind the sorceress into the bedroom again. He smirked, seeing the fear in the fake Lilith's eyes. Fear was good, especially in the eyes of those who wasted his precious time.

He looked at Mia Rivka when she whispered in his ear, and he nodded. He strode towards the bed, looking intimidating. He grabbed Lilith's arm in his freezing grasp and twisted it behind the fakes back. She squealed in pain, and tried to get away, but the more she moved, the harder Feirste twisted her arm behind her back and the colder his grip got.

"Where is the real Lilith, girl?" Feirste hissed.

Mia Rivka - June 28, 2008 02:20 AM (GMT)
“W-what real Lilith. I-I am Lilith. Please.”

The elf began to shake and cry, shivering in Shile’s grasp. She begged and pulled on her arm, trying to get free of his hand. Mia rolled her eyes as she watched the elf girl struggle and cry. It was weak and sickening. Mia moved past Shile and looked at the elf who called herself Lilith. She was not what Mia had expected to walk through the door.

Mia stood and watched Lilith squirm in Shile’s grasp and felt a feeling of greatness wash over her. ”Now Lilith How about you stop crying like a pathetic little girl and answer our questions. It would do you a world of good if you cooperate with us hmm? Now... What do you know of Lilith Vie LeMonte?”

”Nothing I swear!! Please let me go,”

Mia shook her head. ”Not good enough,” She snapped her fingers and cast Ignite on one of Lilith’s hand. It burst into flames and the smell of burning flesh started to fill the room. Lilith screamed and writhed. She only cried more. The flames didn’t move up her body they, instead, slowly faded away but the damage had already been done.

Mia cast a glance at Shile, wondering if the girl would actually give them anything useful at all.

Feirste - July 7, 2008 09:10 PM (GMT)
Feirste wasn't happy with this. He wanted to destroy this girl, he was believing it was this girls fault for not being the real Lilith. He wanted Lilith Vie LeMonte! He wanted to destroy her, teach her that she should never have messed with him. He watch Mia Rivka interrogate the poor elf girl, but Feirste took pleasure in seeing the elf girl squirm in his grasp, so weak and helpless, one day, it will be the true Lilith in his grasp, only, it would be a lot worse. He smiled slightly, a cruel smile a dragon of the chromatics would often have on their faces.

Mia casted a fire spell and burned Lilith. Feirste holding the girl tightly still, but he cringed slightly at the smell of burning flesh. He disliked burnt food, he liked it frozen. The screaming from the girl was also so annoying, he hoped no one outside would hear it, it would be annoying if guards ever came.

He sighed, twisting Lilith's arm more sharply, merely out of annoyance.

"She knows nothing. We should just kill her and be gone. I don't want to waste more time here if LeMonte truly does not live here." He said. "And stop that blasted crying!" He snapped at the elf girl in his grasp. He let her go, then waved a hand at her in a swift motion, and a burst of wind hit the girl, making her lift up and hit the wall, though, not that hard, just hard enough to knock the air out of her for a few seconds.
