Title: Weapon Mixing

Sirus - April 21, 2008 10:53 PM (GMT)
Hey, are we allowed to purchase two weapons and mix them together like the reforgery on arda? because i was wondering if i could mix two swords to get one sword with both effects...

You can, but the weapon's abilites are treated as one enchantment, meaning that the new weapon would only have one enchantment. You could make a double weapon with each end holding the properties of it's particular weapon, which would allow for a total of four enchantments, though the enchantments would only apply to their given side.

It's two enchantments Ace. I'm surprised with you, you should know that! :P

To purchase these powers, you must first have a base weapon, such as a sword. You must state which weapon you own is getting the upgrade when you purchase it. You may have up to two enchantments per weapon.

But, he wants to put two weapons together. If he makes one weapon, the abilities will act like one enchantment and since every weapon gets two enchantments, the resulting weapon would only have one enchantment left.

If he had a double weapon, each side could be still treated as it's own weapon, much like the Fire and Ice sword in my inventory and in the museum. And two plus two is four.
