I have two questions if anybody would be kind enough to answer

One, can the spell Telepathic Bond be used on familiars?

And two, can you enchant wands with spell storing?

Yes, but unless you have the familiar feat or the awaken spell it won't be very intelligent and will use emotions more so than thoughts.

And yes. Wands are included in the options for starting weapons, thus you can enchant them as weapons, though that's the only useful enchantment aside from spell storing would be ghost touch. Anywho, I'm going to have to get some work done on that latter.
