Title: A Visit...
Description: An alliance?

Gregory Faust - March 20, 2008 06:35 AM (GMT)
Surprisingly among the mass of twigs, lanterns odd doors and curious animals, Gregory had found a refuge for his kind in this confusion temple. Looking around at the tree and scattered rooms, he found it hard to call it a temple. As far as he'd seen, this was as far from a temple as he could imagine, but again, her choice was not his to judge. He walked through the doorway and into a stair-case that wove around a bend. To his right appeared to be the shaft of quite a large tree, and books were scattered on shelves all around.

""The Anatomy of a leaf", "Druidic Properties Vol. 1: Leaves"... "Tree-Skin Alchemical"" Gregory sighed loudly as he fingered through each book, squinting his way through his all-too mortal vision. "These are some odd books. It appears to be all herbology. "Druidic Properties Vol. 13: Flowers"? "The Light God's Blessing?" The god paused for a moment, staring at the book. His sullen stare quickly became a maniacal smile as his purple hand darted for the book, and clamped it in his left obsidian digit.

He strutted proudly down the remaining flight, his white cape gracefully drifting down the stairs, never touching the ground. He reached the bottom and glared around. For a place that had so many lanterns, they sure kept a dark library, and a dark library was never a healthy thing. He looked to his right and smiled, lucky enough to have found an alembic and burner. He strutted over to the table and pulled the seat from under it. Taking a handful of cutting boards, he raised the burner up to shine down, and immediately lit it and began reading. He was determined to make a comfortable situation out of this.

Rothardan - March 20, 2008 09:47 AM (GMT)
Rothardan and Enelya had been together for one year now, and many things had changed in that year. They had both grown closer together as a couple, both of them had learnt so much, and both of them could see the future together. Then things got interesting two months ago...
Rothardan was pronounced the Taras Guard Captain and Enelya was invited into the pantheon of gods, to become the Goddess of Nature. Both of them were extremely happy with their changes (though Rothardan was more happy for Enelya as she was now a part of the deities of Imythess) and both of them had set to work in making things the way they wanted them to work. Rothardan was sworn into the Taras Guard and began to work on city patrols and get things under way in fighting crime, Enelya created her temple in Norwood Forest, which Rothardan stayed at every night.

Today was the Paladin's day off from fighting crime and stopping lawbreakers. He wanted to spend it resting and recuperating from the hard week he had had and the hard week that was to come. Today he was not wearing any armour or swords, he was only wearing his blue shirt and black cotton trousers with simple shoes. Wrapped around him was his majestic gargoyle cloak, feeling soft against his skin as usual. He had returned from the city of Taras into the forest, his retreat where nothing would follow him from his job. He had left his lieutenant Tylan in charge for the next two days. Tylan was a good soldier and one of the more honest ones, he could be trusted.

As Rothardan walked into the library to see what sort of books Enelya kept down here, he saw a pleasant surprise. The God of Light had come to visit the temple and was reading a book on... something... Rothardan couldn't see what.

"Interesting book?" enquired Rothardan.

Erin Shander - March 20, 2008 10:26 PM (GMT)
Erin arrived out of thin air, just like that, she looked around and noticed that she was in some kind of library thing. "Father has to stop doing that" the young air genasis wispered to herself. "I said I was going here, but it did not have to go that fast" she sighed deeply. She did not see anyone since she was in a different part of the temple. "Okey, hmm....he said I should go here, but no ide why.....he really has to give me more information."

Erin began to walk down a shelf with books when she suddenly triped over a root, there was a quick loud girlish scream, then the sound of falling books towards the floor, Erin found herself covered in old books. "Help!" she shouted. "If anyone is out there...I need some assistance here!" She hoped that anyone would hear her from under all the books, well if they did not hear her they would have heard the sound of her scream and the falling books.

Enelya Norvayn - March 21, 2008 02:51 AM (GMT)
Hair tied back messily, dark brown trousers covered in dirt, and a green tunic with dirty smudges attired Enelya on this cool afternoon. She was busily working in her garden room, determined to get some vegetables planted before the sun went down. Sure, she could conjure them up in two seconds… But what fun was that? She sat back; admiring the little holes she’d made in the dirt, and pushed a pesky tress of her blue hair out of her face, making a dirty smudge across her cheek. Though, before Enelya could get back to work, a lady druid entered the gardening room with some exciting news: “Enelya, Gregory Faust is in the library!” Enelya smiled, and stood. “Is he now? Well, I suppose I should go say hello, hmm?” She stood, wiping her hands on her pants, and re-did her messy bun before heading out of the room. Waving to some of her students, she continued down the stairs, down into the trunk of the lovely tree she resided.

Though as she made her way down the stairs of the library, she heard a scream, and raised an eyebrow, quickening her pace. Soon, Enelya came upon a young girl who seemed to have buried herself within the literature of the Earth Temple’s library. “Oh dear!” Enelya kneeled, removing the books from on top of the young girl and smiled playfully. “Books are for reading, my dear… Not playing hide and seek with!” Enelya replaced the books upon the bookshelf, and offered a hand to the trampled girl. “Are you alright? If you’ve hurt yourself there are several young druids upstairs who are eager and willing to practice their healing arts.”

However, soon, the voice of Rothardan had floated into Enelya’s ears and a big grin spread across her face. Enelya was not about to leave this girl alone though, with the possibility of being injured. She called up the stairway for the lady druid, whom appeared rather quickly to Enelya’s side. “Would you please take this girl upstairs, and make sure she’s alright? Thank you, sweetie. Here, Katarine will take care of you, just go with her. I’ll be up later to see how you’re doing.” And with that, Enelya continued down the steps, while Katarine indicated the fallen girl up the stairs into the temple.

Enelya came upon the bottom of the stairs, and leaned against the trunk of the tree softly, feeling the life coursing under the bark. “Welcome to the Earth Temple, Gregory.” She said with a smile, and offered a tender wave at Rothardan. “And hello to you too, Rothardan.” Soon, she turned her attention back to Gregory, a bit curious as to what would cause such a visit from the God. “What brings you here? Do you plan on giving my plants a bit of extra sun?” Enelya smiled, with a little laugh, thinking that her seeds would appreciate the additional rays. She shook her head, tossing away her jest, “but in any case, welcome!”

Erin was relieved that someone noticed her under all the books, she accepted the strangers help to get up, she smiled a weak smile. "I know that" she said, she looked around on all the books and her face turned red. "I´m so sorry about this mess, I really am sorry, I can be so clumsy sometimes." She was ready that someone would be yelling at her. She was suprised when Enelya asked if she was hurt, and the part about the young druids. The blush that had started to go away appeared again in her face. "Well If they can cure my headache I would be happy."

“Would you please take this girl upstairs, and make sure she’s alright? Thank you, sweetie. Here, Katarine will take care of you, just go with her. I’ll be up later to see how you’re doing.”

Katarine smiled at Erin, and the young girl smiled back at her. "Let me help you dear" the druid said with a kind voice. Erin was still a little dizzy but with the help of Katarine she made it her way to the next floor. A young male druid came to them. "Hey Katarine what´s happening" he asked with a cheerful voice. "Nothing serious Dhan" Katarine said. "But now when your here, could you help this young lady to a comfortable place where she could rest, she had a slight accident donw in the library. I will go get some of my own home-made tea, that should help agains the dizziness"
Dhan nodded. "Of course" he then looked at Erin. "Hi there miss, nice to meet you." Erin just nodded, but then she placed a hand on her forehead. "Okey, you better not move your head to much" Dhan said, then he calmly took Erins arm and walked across the room to a large sofa that looked like it had grown right out of the wall, it was covered in soft pillows. Erin was happy to be able to sit down.

((By the way, Dhan is going to be my next char when I´m doing one. ^^ Just so you know that:P))
