What sort of cloak is the Gargoyle Cloak? Would I be able to say that it is a glorious cloak?

I could have sworn it was a mask. Because I was pondering what I could use it for, but I might be wrong as I have been before. It can appear however you wish it to be, but since it's an enchanted item it would have all the pros of the Glorious cloak since thats essentially the masterwork quality of cloaks.

I won a gargoyle cloak AND a gargoyle mask. The gargoyle cloak turns me into a statue for birds to rest on, the gargoyle mask turns me into a gargoyle itself.
