Title: Red Liquid.
Lilith Vie LeMonte - February 25, 2008 04:54 AM (GMT)
Lilith snapped open a little mirror and gazed at her reflection. She turned her head side to side, following her own beauty with her green eyes. She gave herself a look of disgust before she applied a bit more kohl under her eyes. She pinched her cheeks to bring a little more color into them. Again she turned her head side to side and gazed at herself. Happy with her appearance she snapped the mirror shut again and pushed it towards the center of the table.
It had happened a week ago. She had been enjoying the day underneath a cherry tree, reading a book she had forgotten in that very spot. He, Theron, Captain, had come to her. Ah the worshipper she so deserved. It made her smile to think on him. However that smile often turned to something more. Curiosity and interest were something Lilith tried to avoid showing... at least genuine curiosity and interest. Genuine usually didn’t follow her overall self... if you would. Lilith was vain, beautiful, and the most fake person one might meet in their lifetime. She was predictable by choice, beautiful by obsession, and a user because it suit her needs. Theron had seen through her. It surprised her a little, but did nothing to throw off her plans of having him hers. That was also the day she met Iolanthe. An odd woman to be sure. An odd and interesting woman. She interested Lilith, enough for Lilith to send her a summons and invite her here... to the tavern. A pirate would feel most at home here.
A rosy cheeked woman walked by Lilith’s table and picked up the mirror Lilith had borrowed. She nodded at the woman but did nothing more. She wondered if Iolanthe had gotten her message to meet her here. It was about the time Lilith had stated in her letter, but who knew if pirates followed given times. She was lost in thought, something that didn’t happen very often with her. Suddenly she felt a pressure on her shoulder and she turned to see who it was. Lilith rolled her eyes.
“What?”
“If only a beauty like you, knew what it was like to feel something.” The man looked down at Lilith with disdain and she returned with a look of disgust and annoyance. He looked away from her then and stared into the distance. “Be careful of the red liquid that you use to lure your victims to your bed.” The man then removed his hand from her shoulder and wandered away into the crowd. Lilith let her eyes roam the tavern and smiled, noticing how most of the eyes were on her. It settled her, knowing she was still beautiful.
Beware the red liquid. Lilith smiled and gave a man a coy look. He blushed and tried to return the gesture when his mate caught him gazing in Lilith’s direction. The man was immediately pulled back into his seat by the woman who lowered her voice to him and cast Lilith a few glances. Lilith smiled smugly and ordered a drink. She would wait for Iolanthe to show up. Hopefully the woman had enough sense to come.
Brahms - February 26, 2008 01:37 AM (GMT)
As Brahms entered, the place a cold breeze gave chill to the people around him. He grinned thinking that this chill was nothing into the goosebumps he could give them when they would meet his, like he love to say, wild side.
The bard started to play of his harp, while going into a corner of the tavern. He ordered a drink while playing. He placed his feet crossed on the table and keep his face under the shadows of his hair. At the end of his first song, he received his rhum and payed up with the body of his last meal, he meant the stranger he met.
Now, he wanted to have a good night, maybe a woman to pass it with, or a drunk man that he would devour. Not that he would not eat the woman too, he was a gentleman treating everybody as equal.
When he saw a queen of beauty alone at her table, the half-elf drank one int shot his bottle, and then walked to her playing the most romantic song he knew. He kneeled beside her and kept playing, everbody's attention turned at them. Brahms did not care, after all, he had the attention of everyguard he could encounter, what could be the threat from civilian?
As he finished the song, he took the hand of Lilith and softly kissed it."You don't know how it's make me feel to meet a pearl outside the ocean." He stoood up and gallantly bowed."How rude of me, i forgot to introduce myself. I am known as 'wildheart' wanderer bard, i've seen a lot of beauties, but none of them could match how beautiful you are."
He could not tell his name, it would sell him away. Already one of the guys in twon was a bit suspicious when he looked at Brahms. If he had placed the guards on his tail, he would have to fight his way througth. Well, he would have plenty flesh to eat.

((OoC: Hope its okay))
Lilith drummed her fingers against the wooden table, glancing around the tavern every once in awhile. The barmaid, a slender woman with her brown tied back in a ponytail, brought her a mug full to the brim with beer. Lilith smiled at the woman and tipped her with a few gold pieces. Once the woman was gone she grimaced at her mug, she didn’t like beer overly much but she’d drink it since it was the cheapest on the menu. It could be said that subconsciously she was avoiding drinks of a red color. But she’d never admit it.
A harp began to play, it seemed very distant to her, even though she knew it was in the tavern somewhere. She didn’t bother to look around and find the player, instead she sipped her beer and listened. It was slow and beautiful. She closed her eyes for a moment and breathed in the tavern air. The music seemed to be getting closer to her. She opened her eyes in time to see a half-elf kneel beside her. She cast a glance around the tavern and noticed that every eye was on them now. She smiled down at the man as charmingly as she could. She was quite beautiful when she smiled, and a sparkle came into her eye.
Lilith smiled at his words and let her hand rest in his as he spoke. “Wildheart, you speak with the words of a poet.” She lowered her dark lashes and laughed lightly. “You play beautifully, but I believe you came for more than a song.” She gave him a coy look before lowering her eyes to one of the chairs. She might as well have some company before or if Iolanthe showed up. Lilith didn’t know if she was right about the man or not, but either way it wouldn’t be proper for him to remain on the ground like he was, despite the attention it brought the two of them.
“Do you drink much Wildheart? Or are there other reasons you visit the tavern?”
Brahms - March 3, 2008 05:40 AM (GMT)
Wildheart, you speak with the words of a poet.
The half-elf smiled and bowed."On that, i am sorry to say that you are wrong Because i speak with my heart. It's true that the ady was beautiful. Appetite gained him as he imagined her screaming in pain by the teeth of his wolf form.
You play beautifully, but I believe you came for more than a song.
Laughing softly, since Brahms did not want to scare Lilith yet with his regular laugh, he nodded."It is true, i can't deny. Since i entered i saw no man with you. I was expecting him to be back with drinks for his sweet love but it seems i was mistaken. That is why i wondering why you were alone." He sat in front of the half-celestial.
Do you drink much Wildheart? Or are there other reasons you visit the tavern?
"Yes, i drink Lots of blood! And yours later...Thougth the werewolf."But most of the time i come to the taver to meet interesting...and presently magnificent people. And what about you...mylady?"He realized that he did not know her name. Well, the half-elf could not care less anyway. Later, she would be her meal.

((OoC: Dun dun duuuuun.))
“With your heart. . . Your heart already knows me dear Wildheart?” She reached out and brushed his skin with her hand and tilted her head to the side as she gazed into his eyes. She dropped her hand as he spoke next and she cast a quick glance around the tavern. Iolanthe didn’t seem to be showing up and so she was rather alone tonight, well not anymore. “It would seem as though I was... stood-up,” She waved the words off but put a hint of sadness into them as well.
“Lilith, please,” She said and smiled at the man. “I come here to drink, or follow the same path as you and meet new people.” She rolled her head around and caught a barmaid by the arm and pulled her in close. Lilith let her lips brush against the woman’s ear as she whispered into it. The barmaid nodded and hurried away. Lilith smiled at the man again. “I hope you like wine,”
The barmaid didn’t hurry back and Lilith took the moment to drink in the companion who had found her Wildheart she rolled the name around in her head. Wildheart... It was different than any other name yet, worked for a bard. Lilith lowered her lashes at the man and regarded him. She wasn’t sure just what to think of him yet.
“I hope you don’t have plans for the night,” Lilith made the comment off-hand.
Brahms - March 7, 2008 10:54 PM (GMT)
((OoC: What was the 'Dun dun dun' For?))
With your heart. . . Your heart already knows me dear Wildheart?
Brahms smiled sweetly at the woman. "No, but he wish he did." He said as he gazed back with his brown eyes into her greens. It was an intense gaze, the kind to give good feelings shivers. Perhaps he could two type of pleasure during this night.
It would seem as though I was... stood-up.
The half-elf took her hand and placed it in his own."Don't worry. Tonight i will be there with you. For as long as you want me.But then you will find me too much present." He nodded as she said her name."Lilith. This name is sweet to my ears, that you are beautiful to my eyes."
I come here to drink, or follow the same path as you and meet new people.
The bard laughed smoothly. If she knew. If she knew his dark path of blood and cruelty. She could not be of that type. He did not wanted her to ask why he was laughing."I knew we had some things in common but i did not thought that it would be that. I'm only surprised..." He seriously look in her eyes once more. "I feel like the gods have bless that night..."
I hope you like wine
The half-elf nodded as she command the drink, he had released her hand when she command the wine. " I love wine, but i prefer the red one." He laughed inside of himself. He had no idea why...certainly not because it looked like his favorite drink. BLOOD.
I hope you don’t have plans for the night
"Well... He placed his hair to play the comedy better and was making a face of looking uncomfortable. "I was planning to have a magic night with a beatiful woman..."It was only to tease, Lilith. And true he was not lying. Perhaps at the fact that it would be magic, and then turned into a nightmare.
