Miyakos stay at Taras proved to be a pleasant one. The Song of Elves Tavern and Inn was what read on the sign outside the door. A few people walked out, and a few walked in. Staring at them, she would study each and every single one them. They all were so different, and seemed so happy. Although, some seemed rather upset. She looked down unsure if she should go inside or not. After a few moments of wagering weather to go in or not, her mind was finally set. She started to walk towards the door and she put her hood down. Walking inside she bumped into a few drunken dwarves. "Watch it lady!" They said at her in a rude voice. She could smell the alcohol in their breathes and she looked away trying not to let it get to her. They walked away shouting at each other.

She regained her composure and sat on an empty chair and table. She smiled as she relaxed and looked around at the beautiful tavern. She wasn't sure if she was going to stay today or just have a few drinks and leave. The maid came over to her and smiled. "Would you like anything miss?" She asked happily. Miyako looked at her and smiled back. "Just a glass of some wine would be nice, Miss" It had been a long time since she had actually tasted something. The maid nodded her head and walked away to go and get what she had ordered.

Miyako looked at the fireplace, waiting.

Kyrus entered the Tavern with a happy smile on his face, this Tavern was one of his favourite places in Taras and he often came here for some good food and a glass of wine. With a grin he saw his friend Miyako sitting at a table alone, he walked over and sat down beside her and with a smile he spoke "It is not good to be drinking alone," he said kindly "would you mind if I joined you?" He then looked at her, she had the most amazing purple eyes. He had never seen someone with eyes that colour before and she continued to interest him and make him smile with her warm friendliness.

She heard a familiar voice, and that removed her from looking at the fireplace. She looked up to see Kyrus, and a smile formed on her face. "Kyrus!" She said happily, and glad that she would not be alone today. She looked at the chair across from her and pointed to it. "Please sit down and join me Mister Kyrus!" The maid came back then and set the glass of wine on the table. Miyako smiled and gave her the money. "What are you going to have?" She said as she looked at him.

The maid smiled still, looking at Kyrus awaiting an answer.

Kyrus smiled at the maid as he took his seat next to Miyako "I would like an ale please," he said warmly before turning his attention back to Miyako "thank you for your invitation Miyako," he said and blushed softly. He grinned as he waited for his drink to arrive and he studied Miyako before looking at her purple eyes with a grin "I know we haven't known each other all that long but I feel at ease around you Miyako," he said. He blushed again before shaking it off and looking up at her "I know it is early but I kinda like you Miyako," he said

She looked at him, not saying anything, not sure what to say. After a few moments, she looked away and blushed slightly. "Im flattered, but..." She didn't want to be mean to him, but she found it awkward. "I...don't feel the same with you.."

Kyrus nodded and smiled to her "We shall be friends though shan't we?" he asked and smiled across at her and took a sip of his ale when the maid brought it to the table. His eyes sparkled and he was handling the situation well "Well at least I know this now so that I don't go off mooning after you," he laughed and he became much more at ease "Pheww I am glad, truth be told I was a little nervous. I mean, I do like you, but I realise as just a friend. I like someone else. I mean she is an elf like me, I met her at the Docks not long ago. Miyako, what should I do? We seem to get on well, connect more as we are of the same race."
