Title: The Azure Forest
Description: {p} For Veronna

Kyrus the High Elf sat among the trees singing softly as he looked about him. He had always loved this forest, it was his sanctuary his place to come and be at home. Although he had lost much at a young age, both his parents and any chance of a normal life, he had found peace and happiness among the trees of this forest. He smiled and continued to sing his voice drifting upon the wind to resonate throughout the forest.

(This isn't quite a forest. I mean, I'm sure there are trees and all, but not quite a forest.)
The day was young, the sun not quite midday, the few grey clouds that floated by the sun held the possibility of snow. A cool breeze blew across Richimon lake and around the waterfall, catching the mist created by the falls and making it go through the air, getting whoever was down wind wet.
Veronna had trekked out to Memphian falls early that morning, unsure as to why or where she was actually going, but as of late she had had the urge to get out and explore, have adventures, though her adventures were limited since she had several responsibilities in Taras and could never be gone for very long.
As she walked her scimitars clicked at her hips lightly, the sound barely audible over the roaring of the waterfall. Imythess had many wonders, and Memphian falls was just one of them.
Under the heavy wool cloak Veronna wore, she had on her leather armor and black pants, all form fitting and supportive, giving her fast and easy movement while in combat. Her face was nearly hidden by her cloak's hood, her white hair hanging over her shoulders and visible from under the cloak.
Veronna drew closer to the waterfall and as she drew closer it grew louder, but through the roar she heard a voice softly singing a song she did not know. It was a males voice, of what species she did not know. She lowered her hood as she stood at the edge of the lake, one hand resting on her right scimitar, just in case the voice she heard was someone unpleasant. She could not spot where the voice was coming from, so she kept her sense up and aware, in case the voice she heard wished to be seen.

(Well we can make it a forest if you'd like :) )
Kyrus continued his singing, hoping that someone would see him, he was hoping for some company. He sat on his tree stump and smiled, the birds in the trees seemed to be singing along to his tune and this only made his smile bigger. He loved this forest, it was one of his most favourite places in Imythess. He looked up as he sensed someone nearby and he smiled again, ah he had an audience for his singing. A gentle breeze ruffled his golden blond hair as he sat and waited to see if his unseen observer would come forth and speak with him, he was again in the mood for some company.

(I would prefer not, since I'm sick of forests, like I said in the C-box.)
Veronna stood at the edge of the lake, looking down in to the clear depths for only a second. The reflection that looked up from the lake looked tired, her eyes not holding the fire the use to. She showed no sign of age, and would not ever unless she were mortal or human.
Her ears continued to hear the voice singing, the voice sounding about average, and chances were it was not a bard singing. She pulled her eyes away from the water, and looked in the direction of the singing, having figured the approximate area where it was coming from.
She turned and headed to the right, her hand still resting on one of her scimitars. She walked by a couple trees, and as the voice grew louder she knew she was getting closer, and so she unsheathed the sword her hand was resting on, but she drew it silently so whoever was singing would not hear.
She pressed forward a bit, passing a few more trees, she stopped behind a large one and looked around and saw a man sitting on a stump singing to himself. He was an elf, of what breed she could not tell, for his back was to her. But he was definitely not a dark elf.
She sheathed her weapon, after studying this elf and deciding he was no immediate threat. As she sheathed it she walked out from behind the tree, and towards the man. "Good day." She said as she drew closer, her eyes watching him and her right hand, again, resting on the hilt of one of her scimitars, just in case this elf turned out to be more of a threat then what her first estimation of him was.

Kyrus sat up as he heard a voice from behind and he turned to see a sleek female figure looking at him "A good day indeed friend," he replied and got to his feet and approached her "I am Kyrus Lynin," he said introducing himself. Samson clambered up onto his shoulder and looked at the woman before them he mewed softly and swished his tail. Kyrus laughed "And this little fellow is Samson," he said with a warm smile and looked to the figure before him "Who might you be?"
