The evening was coming near, the sun nearly down, the sky, was most beautiful, red, orange, yellow, and some purple here and there, it was amazing, the dragon saw nothing like it ever before. There was a brisk breeze in the air, making her dark scales shudder, making a clinking noise, as scales hit upon scale. as she walked on the soft ground, her clawed feet dug into the ground. Her head rose high in the air, breathing in the fresh air of the wide opened land except for a few trees that were losing their leaves. Not far ahead was a village, lights were turning on and in some places, Jack-o-Lanterns burned, but Sava went no where near there, instead she went east of the place, away from it. She needed time to wander, to be alone, though, wasn't she always alone in her travels, yeah, every now and then she met someone, but didn't go on her exploring trips with them, but that did not include Blackquill, the fly dragon was always with her.

On a horn that was on her head, the small fly dragon curled against it. Blackquill. One of Sava's best friend, one that was always with her on travels, helping her to stay sane. Every now and then, Sava seems to lose it, when fighting. She would sometimes snap, get angry and want something dead more then anything, and fight violently, just like her mother, but Blackquill was always there to help Sava.

The medium size dragon walked into a wide ring of trees, they were quite thick, except at one spot, where it opened up, just barely enough room for her. She walked to the middle of the place, and laid down, front claws upon one another. She laid her head down on the ground, as she thought, thought about what has happen in the past year or two she has been here. A long time, she knew that, a long time she has been here in Imythess. She loved this place, she loved all of it, thats way she made a home here. She has friends here, and now, a newfound home. Sighing, she closed her eyes. She felt as if she was falling in her thoughts, the bad and good that has come out of it.

Muna - October 26, 2007 04:36 AM (GMT)
It was all rather foggy… The past few days were a bit clearer, but she was still not sure if this was another dream or if it was real. Muna had been forced to retreat back to her desert home long ago, how long she really didn’t know, but she remembers hurting, her wing torn and she had hurt all over. It had sapped the last of her strength to heal before she had slipped into a deep sleep. When she woke, the world seemed fuzzy, foggy… or perhaps dusty. She didn’t know, wasn’t sure. So she had started to walk. Some humanoid creatures had caught her attention and she found herself change into one of them. She had lingered with them, they kept telling her it was because she had been out in the desert too long. That was what they said. Then they left the desert, so she decided to leave them. She walked easily through the long grass, liking the feel of it against her palms as she went along.

A scent on the wind caught her attention, was familiar for some reason. Why? She hadn’t a clue. Curiosity turned her toward it though. Far ahead there was a forest of some type. Muna puzzled over the scent, sure she should know it. It wasn’t like the two-legers smells. It was different… She should know it, just like she should know her own name, but she was unable to give the two-legers any name. She remembered the injury, perhaps time wasn’t the problem… perhaps she hit her head somehow. If she had received a head injury that might explain the problem. Perhaps the familiar scent would know her name. That was if it wasn’t a plant or animal… or food. Food smelled familiar to, but for a different reason. She paused at the edge of the group of trees as the wind whipped around her, messing up her direction. Well, if she kept in a straight line she should be close, but a straight line through trees would be a challenge. Shaking her head, she pressed forward anyways.

Sava, still minding her own thoughts and such, stared at the trees ahead of her, not taking notice of anything or any noise. She was surprised once she heard a noise coming from the trees behind her, and wondering what it was. She quickly scramble to her feet, scales making quiets slinks against other scales like usual. She turned around, staring where another dragon seemed to be coming from. She stared, baring her sharp teeth a moment, a growl coming from her throat, though, once she noticed what dragon it was, she knew it was familiar and wouldn't attack or anything, it was one she meet a long time ago. Muna. She stared at the brown dragon, well, desert dragon.

"Muna?" She whispered in draconic. She remember the last time she met the dragon, it was the first time Sava had ever entered the desert, with Blackquill. Then, they talked about their dragons species, though, Sava hardly knew of her own two races, of being half-green, and half-black, she didn't know of her races really, never bothering to know them, she hated evil dragon,s in some ways, even if thats what she was supposed to be, evil. She never took to those way, only in a little way, sometimes, she liked to be cruel, but most of the time, good.

"What are you doing here?" She called to the other dragon in their tongue.

((OOC: Eep... short...))

Muna - November 13, 2007 05:33 PM (GMT)
((OOC: Sorry for taking so long to post!))

Muna? She looked at the creature that had called her that and saw a dragon… Muna…

‘Am I Muna then, or was it some sort of greeting? No, I didn’t think so. It has to be a name. Who is this though? How does she know me? What am I supposed to say to her? Muna… more should come up if it’s my real name, shouldn’t it? Perhaps because I am also draconic it will take longer to remember… Dragons are long lived after all.’

She paused at the question, and then continued moving forward. Yes, this was a familiar scent, a dragon scent, but who? The name seemed to be there in her mind, just out of reach. It was as if there was fogged glass between her and the answer she was looking for. She shook her head, rather violently, and sighed. The fog still clung to her mind, blurring everything but not handicapping her as much as it could. Its hold had to be loosened somehow. Sitting down not far from the other dragon she finally thought of something to say.

“Actually, I’m looking for answers to questions I don’t seem to know but need to. I think you may have some of those answers though, if you don’t mind me asking.” She replied in draconic. Her knowledge of languages was not harmed, though it felt both far away and right against that fogged glass, so more often then anything else words meant something.

Sava continued to watch Muna, very confused at the moment. She knew something was wrong with the desert dragon, but she could not place it. She cocked her head slightly, wondering what it may be, but nothing came to mind. She would have to ask Muna sometime. She liked their last meeting, in the desert it was nice, and friendly. And Sava had never heard of desert dragons until meeting this one, it was nice to learn of a different dragon race, since she hardly knew of any, she didn't really know her own, because she always seemed to hide from it. She shook her head, out of her thoughts, as they often captivated her.

“Actually, I’m looking for answers to questions I don’t seem to know but need to. I think you may have some of those answers though, if you don’t mind me asking.”

Sava smiled slightly, it was a bit odd looking though, like usual, not many see dragons smile. "I will help in any way I can." She said, her black and green flecked eyes watched Muna carefully, then decided she wouldn't ask yet, she settled down in a half laying down, and half sitting position. She waited for the other dragon to say something, and she was very patient about it. There would be times she would get very impatient, but never with people she met, and considered a friend, unless they got drunk or did something very stupid, then she would get impatient and annoyed.

Muna - December 20, 2007 04:38 PM (GMT)
Muna was relived by the other’s response. She had to have met this dragon somewhere… She sat down also, sweeping her tail around so that it curled around her forelegs. She noticed that the other dragon had different scales then hers. While her own were polished smooth by the sand and were fit together close enough that even grains of sand could no fit between to hurt her, this other had rougher scales with more of a shape and… color. They were wonderfully colored while her own looked more like tarnished brass or the color… the color of sand. Green and black… what did she know about other dragon colors? Did colors mean anything? They should, they had to, but she wasn’t sure what they meant.

“It seems… I was in some sort of conflict and… I think my head got hit somehow. It had to be quite a blow but I don’t remember it. I remember my wing was hurting, and casting a spell to heal it, and falling asleep, but beyond that… I don’t remember a lot of things. Like… like who I am.” Muna felt strange saying this. It was like she was giving away some sort of weakness. She really couldn’t remember though. Remembering was more important right now, wasn’t it? It had to be. She needed to find a way past that fog that was clinging to her mind.

Sava had never met anyone who had no idea who they were, so this was her first experience with one, but at least she knew who this dragon was. She wondered how a dragon could lose their memory, but it could happen if you were in human form and it happened, she just couldn't see how it could work in dragon shape, because of the hard scales all dragons had, but Sava didn't know a whole ton of dragons, as she has been trying to live among humans for a long time, but not doing so well about it. She watched the other for a long moment, thinking of how to reply to that. She hadn't known this dragon long, sure she hadn't seen Muna in a long time, but they hadn't talked about much when they met. She remembered going hunting with the dragon in the desert, and talking about the color races of dragons, but now that the other lost her memory, she doubted she would remember.

Sava wrapped her long tail around her front legs. She wanted to help Muna out, and tell her all she knew about her, but Sava didn't know really. She looked up into the sky a moment, before looking at the other dragon again.

"Well, first off, I'm Sava. As I am bet you forgot my name along with your other memories. And I don't know a whole lot about you. I met you in the Istan Desert, We went hunting together that day. We also had talked about your dragon race a little, like how your a desert dragon, a brown dragon, as you said. But as I said, I will help as much as I can." She said. She wanted to help Muna, and really hoped she could.

Muna - January 31, 2008 02:49 PM (GMT)
((OOC: a bit shorter then I would like... <_< ))

Muna waited patiently as Sava introduced herself and told her what she could. It seemed then that they had just met in passing. Surly someone else would know who she was… but how was she supposed to find this person? She shifted her feet slightly and let her eyes close some to think. “I’m sorry that I don’t remember you. That is more then I had known before though. At least I was home then when what ever happed did, or perhaps I made it home… It’s frustrating. Words I can understand, things seem familiar and I feel like I should be able to remember, but it’s like trying to see through a sand storm or a thick gray fog. You wouldn’t happen to know my full name, do you? I was wondering if that would help me any.”

She hadn’t understood the humans at all, but she had understood the elves and it wasn’t hard to figure out that they were called elves. She could also turn into an elf herself, but those ones had not recognized her as an elf, though they had taken her in for the night and asked many questions. She had left them though, not wanting to be there with humans who thought they could speak but didn’t seem to know any real words. She was glad to have found Sava though. She knew more now. At least she knew what she was now, even if she had yet to figure out who she was.
