First of this is a link to my first big project which was put up but then blown away by the server crash. Musical Instrument Enchantments The only thing I have changed so far was adding the perform level to take advantage of the new skill system. If the addition is too much then all reference to skill level can be removed.
Provided this system is I'd like to also add an enchantment to both weapon and armor enchantments because I think they would be a very interesting development for both:
Weapon:
Singing
Whenever the weapon strikes an object, swings through the air, or is struck it emitts sound chosen by the user. Some warriors make their swords make their swords sing with angelic voices, some enchant theirs with hellish screams, and some use other sounds. Once enchanted the sound never changes and once activated the sound last for up to ten minutes but can be stopped by the wielder at any time. The weapon may additonally be enchanted with a musical enchantment as if it were an instrument and the player's perform level was two levels higher, though there is no level higher than master.
Price for Enchantment: 100
Armor:
Singing
Whenever the armor is struck it emits sound chosen by the user. The armor may additionally be enchanted with a musical enchantment as if it were an instrument and the player's perform level was two levels higher, though there is no level higher than master.

I also thought of a nice new Skill, though it only applies to a select amount of individuals. It seemed a little better than making Aerial feats.
Flight
Dictates how well you can fly and in later levels can help you manage complicated maneuvers whether you take to the sky on your own wings or through magical spells.
I have a few Flaws that could help flesh things out. I like Bane and Bane, Deadly the most as they fit most characters leaning too much to one element and the decent population of undead.
Physical
Short: You are 3 feet tall or shorter whether because you are a child, of short race, or have your growth hindered by natural or magical means. You often find it harder to reach things, find accommodations for your size, and to be treated seriously.
Misc
Bane: You hold a supernatural or natural weakness to certain types of spells, weapon types or materials.
Misc
Bane, Deadly: You hold a dire supernatural or natural weakness to certain types of spells, weapon types or materials. This dire weakness quickly proves fatal such as a Vampire's weakness to Sunlight.
Misc
Racism: You may not be racist yourself, but you are of an uncommon race who's natural form is considered hideous and monstrous to others. Others don't trust, dislike you and make hunt you because of the way you look.
The Felines shop is quite deficient and certainty not on the par with the Canine shop. To balance it out better I have a few feline suggestion.

Description: A curious intelligent fairy cat gifted with wings and the power to create minor illusions at will. These are often used to pull pranks and jokes.

Name: Fraidy Cat
Description: A large black panther-like cat with long hairs. This predatory cat can send out waves of fear by making it's hair stand on end.

Summoner vs. Pet shops-
While these are a part of the PrC abilities also pay in mind that they can be purchased for as low as 50 gold with the class as an additional purchase, that the Phoenix can also be summoned by the summon fire elemental spell, and that unicorns are the same as in the shop.
Phoenix- The pic in the bestiary should replace one in the shops and the descriptions should complement each other. Also, Ressurect (OR perhaps even Raise Dead) is a much more fitting for the bird. This of course would make the phoenix more powerful and cost more. The phoenix currently in the shops can be renamed as a Fire Bird and the Phoenix could be introduced at a higher price, most likely with limited stock.
Dark Phoenix- Globe of darkness isn't a very in teresting spell for the summon. Animate undead would be a more fitting spell paticularly if suggested changes will be made to the Phoenix, otherwise Claws of Darkess may be better. Additionally this can be added to the bird shop simmilarly to the phoenix.
Unicorn- The desription in the beastiary is a little more descriptive and should replace the description in the Stables, but there would still be no big change.
Black Unicorn- This could be placed in the shops similar to the Unicorn. There are after all more good steads than evil when you consider that Hellstead are more so the alginment of their master despite the name (Imythess has seen some good necromancers).

I like the flight skill, it would go great with the winged races. However, rather than the complicated maneuvers... maybe the actual skill you can control yourself in the air, or the speed you travel at could be an effect as well. When Rothardan started flying, it was an awkward experience for him as he was not used to having two extra additions to his body (his wings... for those who couldn't guess).
