Title: Night Time Day Dreams
Description: :Open:
Nyla - July 9, 2007 05:56 PM (GMT)
Pulling the blind fold off as the folds next to her eyes became visible, Nyla blinked freely in the darkness of a new night. Sighing she wished the curse would be lifted, curiousity about the light was almost unbareable, but not so much so that she could forget the pain of the sun. Shuddering at that thought she pulled out her dagger and polished the blade absent mindedly. Looking at the trees in their dark greens, and almost black browns, made her imagine the bright greens and yellows, and browns of the world. However the fear of the light she held was much stronger than any curiousity about vision.
Sitting down she let herself relax, after being so strung out and stressed during the day she liked nothing more then to hum to herself and calm down. Taking a minute to do nothing but look around and try to figure out where she was, sighing she realized she no longer cared, but still looked at the forest, and found a flower that was still open, smiling she leaned over and smelled its sweet scent, and looked closly to see what color it was. Red, a pretty little red flower, and she was able to see it. "Well this must be my lucky night..." She said to the flower in a soft whisper, and a tear came to her eye, as she realized she would never see another flower in bloom again.
Footsteps broke her train of thought as she stood and looked around her, hand on dagger, she called out into the night. "Who's there, show your self!" Waiting to see the person her ears were flat against her head, and she was poised to defend.
StallionThunder - July 9, 2007 09:36 PM (GMT)
He had wandered the lake for some time now, he began on thoughts about resting or finding a bite to drink. As he thought this, he saw a gentle small figure in the woods examining something, which looked, as his eyes focused, like a flower. The creature turned and looked in his direction yelling. He walked towards her direction with his head tilted towards the ground.
"It is not wise to be so loud during the night when you dont what dangers could be lying around you." His eyes gazed at the bloomed flower. "Why is that still open?" He thought, quickly dismissing it and heading silently towards her. "Now why are you so loudly sitting here in this forest by yourself."
He stopped and waiting for her response, he leaned against a tree.
((OOC: Sorry for short post, if i get back before you reply; ill lengthen it, but i doubt i'll be back soon.))
Nyla - July 10, 2007 01:55 PM (GMT)
Nyla's eyes drifted up to the moon, it still wasn't even half way up, taking a step back she relaxed her stance for a conversation. "You think I should be careful then? A dainty lady needing to stay inside out of harm's way?" She said a smile on her face, mind rushing, trying to keep a calm air about herself. "But there are also those who can hear the silent, so what would being quiet do to help?" She asked her eyes drifting around a hand still hidden by her cloak on the dagger.
"To answer your question I'm here because I want to be, besides I've found something I've never seen before." She smiled and took another step back, she wanted to make sure she had quite enough room if she needed to act. With a free hand, her left, she tucked a loose strand of her brown hair behind her ear. There was definatly something that made her uneasy about the man, and she wasn't about to offer any information up.
StallionThunder - July 11, 2007 04:44 PM (GMT)
Using the tree as a rest he slid down to the ground with his feet sprawled out in front of him, he quickly situated himself to a Indian-style position. He didn't want to argue for he was not in the mood, to argue with some silly little girl. "So miss, would you mind some company for the night? For in the morrow i must hunt for my food for the next several days. In these woods it gets very lonely, and i would enjoy some company." He spoke swiftly as if he had planned on meeting her here tonight.
A squeak came from behind him. He smiled showing his mouth of teeth and fangs. He reached in his back pack and released Shadow from it, who quickly jumped out making as much noise as possible. Shadow smelt the grass and nibbled a piece before it noticed the stranger. It stared stary-eyed at her, as it wiggled its nose trying to catch her scent. Stallion looked at the stranger and spoke softly, "Are you hungry?"
Nyla - July 11, 2007 09:59 PM (GMT)
Nyla sighed and shrugged, though she did take her hand off of the dagger, she still remained alert and ready to run at the first sign that something was off. "So do all the girls fall for that one?" She asked laughing a little. "You may be lonely but I'm perfectly fine, in fact I don't much like company at night, I look forward to being able to relax on my own." She said looking down at the bunny, and reached to scratch its head smiling at it.
"However I do like the company of small animals, especially when they're cute!" She said bending down to the ground to pick up the black critter. "I'm not perticularly hungry, why do you ask?" She asked a little wary, remembering her aprihensions about the man. Putting the rabbit down she stood and looked at him inquisitivly.
StallionThunder - August 9, 2007 04:16 PM (GMT)
"I figured i would ask, for I dont know the hunger of other animals, well at least understand it. I only understand my own feeding needs no matter how unusual they are." Stallion stood up revealing his height as Shadow rubbed up next to his left foot. He looked down and grinned at his friend.
Looking back up at the stranger he tilted his head to the right and frowned. "I'm sorry for my words sounding like flirtations, I did not intend them to. For you see... I'm a little.... Old for you. My companions name is Shadow and she will be more then happy for a little company too, we don't get many chances of it."
At saying this he looked back down at Shadow and kneeled. While kneeling he pet Shadows black velvet fur. Shadow squeaked and cooed and seemed to enjoy her sudden amounts of attention.
Nyla - August 9, 2007 04:27 PM (GMT)
Nyla scoffed at his comments and folded her arms, what was so wrong about being young, besides he didn't look too much older then her. "I'll have you know you don't look much more then two years older then me! I'm not a child!" She said angerly, turned to walk away, and then remembered his comment about feeding...What is this guy.... She thought to herself, and then turned back around, feeling that she may need to be wary, and turning your back wasn't a good way of doing that.
"My name is Nyla, what's your's?" She asked perhaps if she got a name out of him she could figure things out, and as he stood she realized how short she really was. Craning her neck up to look at him, she took a step back slightly intimidated, but not enough to want to show it, she squared her shoulders and had a look that wasn't quite stern but not too trusting either. In the pools of her purple eyes swam her caution and curiousity, like two sides of the same coin.
StallionThunder - August 9, 2007 04:54 PM (GMT)
He smiled at her words of saying he wasn't much older then her for it was not true in any sense at all. "My name... My name is Stallion Thunder I am a vampyr, or in otherwords a vampire. It is a great pleasure to meet you Nyla." He noticed her sterness, and how she had taken a step back but took no heed over it, he had no problem with her, and no will to fight.
His eyes scanned over her gentle body and he smelt her blood. Her blood was not the type he wanted, in fact he thought it smelt bitter. He sat down on the ground and Shadow jumped into his lap. Shadow studied her with his eyes. Stallion smiled and looked up at her. "So how old... are you?"
Nyla - August 9, 2007 05:08 PM (GMT)
Nyla heard the word and was puzzled, she had never heard of such a thing. "Excuse my ignorance, what is a vampire?" She asked and blushed embarassed, she had only heard tell of demons, and elves, and dragons and the like, she had never heard nor seen of a vampire. "And I'm 19, and you don't look much more then 21." She said a little more confidently.
Considering he wasn't making any attempt at attacking, Nyla relaxed a little, and sat her legs crossed, she laid her ice spear on the ground behind her, as she folded her arms on her knees leaning in, her curiousity about what a vampire was, was getting the best of her. She pulled her back pack round and pulled out Coal, a small sloth bear, and scratched his head as he slept.
StallionThunder - August 9, 2007 05:58 PM (GMT)
He laughed slightly at her ignorance. He had never heard of anyone not knowing of a Vampire. He studied her and now the sloth bear before he began his explanation. Just thinking about explaining what a Vampire was made him laugh. "A vampire... Is a being who feeds off the blood of other beings. To make it short and sweet thats what I am. The only thing I consider food is blood. Coincidently we also contain the power to make other creatures vampires too. But our power is also a curse. We must feed or else we will die. Which means we must kill. I am Immortal because I am one of the most pure Vampires still alive. Pure vampires are known as Vampyr which is what i am called. But my age and my experience have let me learn to control my feeding and my powers."
He leaned back and used his hands to hold him up. He watched for her reaction. He hadn't said half of the horrors of his curse, but that shouldn't matter. "As for my age... I am four hundred and twelve years old. Just a little older then you."
Nyla - August 9, 2007 06:09 PM (GMT)
Nyla blushed a deep scarlet red as she stared horrified at the age. "But you look so young!?!" As she took in the rest of what he said she felt herself slip on edge again. Before remembering stories her mother, out of the loving depths of her seemingly black heart had told her.
A demon may live to be hundreds of years old, but will retain the appearance of their younger self, and unfortunatly you will live the same life span. You and your broken eyes will see only darkness for hundreds of years to come, and feel the sorrow and pain of knowing that you shouldn't be alive.
She shudered at the recollection of the lecture her dear, sweet mother had given her at the tender age of 9. Then the possibility of how young Stallion looked became understandable to her, sighing, she shook her head. "Sorry about that, it just shocked me at first, but really I'm almost like you. I'll be 200 years old some day, and some one will make the same mistake I just made." She laughed at herself, and realized how young she really was, and how little she had seen. "A pure vampire...then that means there's half vampires, like demons, and half demons?" She said utterly facinated with the new subject of what he was.
StallionThunder - August 9, 2007 07:13 PM (GMT)
"Well thank you. Well yes there can be half vampires. You can even be born a half vampire." He looked at her ears and realized she must be some sort of half demon thats why she could live so long. "Are you really that fascinated with my race?" He asked grinning, she seemed so giddy about it. She was cute for being young. He had no idea someone could so interested in what he was, usually when people found out they ran in fear or became very distant. But here she was asking him more questions.
He smiled and pet shadow, "Is there anything else you'd like to know?" He asked
Nyla - August 9, 2007 09:11 PM (GMT)
Nyla smiled and put a finger to her chin, thinking of questions, and wondering what else there was to know. "Do people hate you for it?" She asked remembering the disdane in the voices of people as they talked to her and about her, and even her family. The low hushed voices on the out side of her window, about how terrible she was to be the spawn of a demon, but then again it was also often said how dirty her mother was for being with her father. Even the voices she heard from the door, her parents were disgraced to have a child confined to darkness, and poured all of their hate on her, and left her in a small room. They turned their love and attention and comfort on Ylana.
"Like when people know what you are, and do you hide it, or can you? Oh Do you enjoy the day's warmth?!?" Now more and more questions poured out and she was leaning closer and closer, realizing she had so much more to learn about the world, and then again she felt like she was being annoying, but pushed that thought out of her head, and continued to fix her eyes on Stallion, waiting for the answers. The last question wasn't really meant to be related, she was just naturally curious about the light, even though it scared her quite terribly, shuddering at the thought of the wretched stuff. She then pulled out a large jar and fed the groggy sloth bear a few small sweets, popping a coupled in her own mouth.
StallionThunder - August 9, 2007 10:07 PM (GMT)
He watched her gently as she became more and more excited. "People would kill me for being what I am." He watched as she fed her Sloth-Bear, and continued on. "I am always draped in cloth so the sun cannot touch my skin. For the sun, or at least to much of it, is deadly to me. I always have to live in the shadows so no one truly know who I am in the daylight, for i know many humans that would gladly wish to kill me for the death of their kin or friends... But there is no use to go on about that. Now Shadow on the other hand has never tried to kill me. She holds no grudge against me and looks to me as her father I guess."
He shifted his position so he was now in indian style, Shadow who was quit comfortable was very irritated by this sudden change and situated herself on his lap. "Now tell me a little about yourself, your smell seems to be that of a demon descendant, and human though i have been wrong before."
Nyla - August 9, 2007 10:59 PM (GMT)
Nyla's smile faded quickly and she sighed, it was what she got for asking many questions. "Your nose does not decieve you, I am from human and demon, and for it demons wish my death for my impure blood, and human's wish me dead out of fear and ignorance. My family hates me for a curse bestowed upon them, and I too am confined to the darkness, and shunned by light in general. Though it doesn't cause my skin harm, I quite enjoy the warmth, and wish terribly that you were not so unfortunate as to not be able to feel it as well, my eyes are no good during the day time hours. Fire light causes great harm to me in terms of pain, but will not kill me, even still it is a terrifying thought the sun and such." She said sadly, and sighed as she broke from speach, and looked at the rabbit and continued.
"That sounds much like my little Coal here, he's so sweet, when you're quiet, just don't upset him, though he hasn't hurt me, I've seen him nearly kill people who inturrupt his napping." She said laughing a little as she looked at Stallion, she didn't mind him.
"I don't see why people can't be more civilized about these things, Coal doesn't care what I am, and Shadow there seems quite comfortable with you...people can be so cruel!" She said in an almost tearful voice, as she induldged in another candy, and offered one to the rabbit in Stallion's lap. Sighing she smiled yet again.
"But I suppose there's no changing the mindset of that many people. Luckily human's can't tell what I am with a hood on, thank goodness their noses are terrible, demons on the other hand are much harder to fool..." She said her voice dropping a little. Looking up at the familiar stars and moon, she realized how much time had past, it was still quite a while from sunrise, but she could smell moisture in the air, and she didn't know where any caves were, but figured that the tree would do well for cover.
StallionThunder - August 9, 2007 11:19 PM (GMT)
Shadow jumped a little and ate the candy greedily that she had offered. This made Stallion smile and he looked at her eyes they were different from any he has ever seen before, he thought them very pretty. "I don't judge people for i have been judged to many times before, and it disturbs me. People hate creatures that are different, or that are rarely seen. Don't worry if you stay with me you will not be judged, people may even run in fear." He laughed to himself. Shadow chewed and pulled on his pants leg showing she had finished her candy and wanted more. Stallion brushed Shadow off and smiled. He reached behind him and pulled out a jar of candy. He then took one and fed it to Shadow.
His eyes traced the ground, till he reached back to Nyla. He looked up and his eyes met hers, he tilted his head and smiled closing his eyes for a short duration. He opened them again and looked at Shadow who seemed to be slinking off in a direction trying to be sneaky, as if she was stalking something. It made him smile for she was very clumsy.
He looked back at Nyla and smiled. "I'm glad I confronted you this is one of the best conversations I have had in a long time." He said and moved back so he leaned against the tree once again.
Nyla - August 9, 2007 11:38 PM (GMT)
Nyla smiled and felt much more at ease with Stallion. "Yes I know it is quite nice to just talk for a change, usually I only have my pets to talk to, and they don't have much to say..." She said laughing a little, as she watched Shadow eating a jar of candy that Stallion had. She felt the gentle grass on her legs, and watched the little bunny scooting off, and Coal lumbering off after her, but he didn't get to far without falling asleep she laughed, and put him back in her pack.
"It seems as though it will rain, water doesn't hurt you does it? Like you won't melt will you?" She said realizing that she didn't know what all he could and couldn't be near or in. Now noticing how pale he really was, and how tanned she looked compared to him.
Standing she let her ears twitch and move to get a better listen to the area, the rustle of the leaves. A few distant drops of water, she did hope that he was able to be in rain, that he wouldn't melt.
StallionThunder - August 10, 2007 01:09 AM (GMT)
He smiled at this silly thought of hers, it made him laugh as he laugh he shook his head replied "No of course not. Besides the sun, I am pretty much Immortal to a natural death." He watched as she stood, she was quite pretty and very petite. "Her ears are so adorable" he thought as they twitched.
He looked at the sky and as the stars were covered by a shroud of gray clouds. He got up and picked up Shadow and put her in his bag. "I dont want you to get wet." He said quietly in a cooing voice. He walked back under the tree and pat the ground next to him. "Want to join me in the tree? Or you gonna stay out there and get wet." With saying this he leaped once and landed on a heavily covered tree limb.
Nyla - August 10, 2007 01:26 AM (GMT)
Nyla looked back and felt stupid at the question, and then quite agilly she jumped up to the tree branch, still keeping a little distance between him and herself. "So have you ever shared your 'curse'?" She asked wondering if she had over stepped a boundry of personal knowlage, but really the question had been nagging her since he had mentioned that it could be done.
As she sat she swung her legs setting the branch a bounce as she fidgeted. I wonder if any one has acctually tried to kill him....probably...he's almost ancient... Her thoughts wandered as her ears continued to twitch at the sounds of the rain drops closing her eyes she sighed, the sounds of the small water droplets was some how soothing.
StallionThunder - August 10, 2007 01:49 AM (GMT)
His flinched at her question and his eyes looked at the branch he was sitting on but seemed as if they were looking through it into another dimension. "This curse I have always thought was to terrible to share, and shareing would be the most irresponsible thing i could ever do. I have enough pain why would I want anyone else to go through it?" He thought of times where he had lay alone waiting for something, anything. Then he would sleep for years waiting for something to wake him.
He took his weapons and stuck each one into the tree. Not far from him just within his reach. He laid down and stared at the leaves protecting him from the feeble attempts of the rain to make him wet. Thinking of it like that made him smile.
Nyla - August 10, 2007 02:00 AM (GMT)
Guilt washed over Nyla, as he answered, to her he sounded distanct. He had lived so long and he must have seen so much, she found herself facinated. "Do you....really enjoy company...?" She asked as she also found herself somewhat idolizing Stallion for his years of life, and the experiences he must have had.
"If so...then would you mind me traveling with you? I'm small, and I can keep up, and even though I'm blind, I can fight in the day!" She said defending herself as she felt as though she was imposing, looking at the ground, and glancing up every now and then to Stallion.
StallionThunder - August 10, 2007 02:15 AM (GMT)
He thought for a moment. Images running through his head he did enjoy this girls company, so he smiled and agreed. "Yes i do really enjoy company. As for your other question you can come with me. But you must not try to stop me when I feed. For that is one thing a creature should not do is come between a vampire and his food."
He smiled and looked at her winked and closed his eyes, listening to the pit pat of the rain on the leaves above.
Nyla - August 10, 2007 10:10 PM (GMT)
"So long as I'm not a meal, I won't stand in your way." She smiled at him, she could live with what he was, if he could live with what she was. It was a nice understanding, she came to realize.
As the sound of trickling water began to subside she jumped down to the ground to examin it, the flower was closed shut, and she sighed. "Did you see the flower that was here?" She asked looking back up to Stallion, the flower had been a wonderful highlight of her night, and she wanted to share it, but now it was gone. Sighing a little depressed she let her ears twitch too and fro locking onto harmless sounds and identifying them. Wild rabbit, owl, bat, bug, bandit...Bandit?!? She thought as her eyes narrowed and her ears twitched once more to verify the sound, and soon voices did comfirm it. Jumping up to the branch silently she made a motion to Stallion to be quiet. If they waited the bandits would pass right under them, and they would all avoid confrontation. Though Nyla wasn't afraid to fight she didn't make a sport of it, and so she sat silently in the tree legs pulled up to her chest so as not to be seen.
StallionThunder - August 10, 2007 11:09 PM (GMT)
"So long as I'm not a meal, I won't stand in your way."
Stallion smiled and began to realize they might be great companions. His eyes closed and the wind blew through the leaves of the tree of which he lay. He thought about letting himself dose off, when she asked another question.
"Did you see the flower that was here?"
Noticing she had jumped down, he was just about to answer the question in her direction, when he heard a twig snap. His eyes shot open and he saw that Nyla had heard something of the same or something that had gotten her attention. She jumped back into the tree and gave a hand motion. Stallion recognized this and sat up into a comfortable yet small position. If he waited like this as she was, then they might not even have to fight.
They passed under quite loudly not trying to be stealthy at all. Stallion thought they were in the clear, when a loud squeak and ruffling came from his backpack. The bandits stopped and looked around. Stallion, grimaced and smacked the side of the bag, the rumaging rabbit stopped. The bandits continued on as Shadow squeaked one more time, she could not pass up the chance to be defensive at the smell of foul strangers.
At the second squeak the bandit turned and stared directly at Stallion. He pulled his blade and heading back in the direction, they didn't see Nyla yet.
Nyla - August 10, 2007 11:23 PM (GMT)
Nyla knew she had a little bit of surprise on her side as the bandits both went after Stallion, jumping out they both hollered at one another. Daggar drawn she let it sink deep into the flesh of the closest bandit, and felt the warmth of his crimson life slip past her hand, and also a sharp pain in her shoulder. Giving the daggar a loving twist as she jerked it out of the bandit's stomach she landed near the twitching body, and sliced through the soft flesh of his neck. The movement stopped as Nyla reached up to her wounded shoulder, and pulled out the daggar that the man had tried to kill her with. Lucky my aim isn't as bad as his was... She thought rather coldly as she looked down at her blood stained clothing, and heard yells from the same direction that the two had come from. Thinking and acting as quickly as she could she pulled out her ice spear and froze the body of the bandit, hopfully it would confuse them long enough to buy time to make a better plan, as se thought of ways to stall what sounded like 10 more people she pointed the spear to the ground and froze it.
After she did this she looked up to make sure that Stallion had faired as well as she had, though bloody she was alright.
StallionThunder - August 10, 2007 11:52 PM (GMT)
Stallion gathered his weapons and jumped down. He stood next to Nyla, towering over her, he looked at her wound and grumbled, "I'll fix that later." He stomped on the ice body shattering it to many pieces. He pulled out 'Slicon', his two handed axe. He held the grand weapon easily as if it weighed only 10 pounds. Stallion Muttered words to himself and the axe began to grow a deep red color which showed the 'Cause Fear' spell was working.
"Are we going to fight or run... Besides if we fight I might get a good feast off of one of these lucky creatures." He said this not looking at her as if he was talking to the bandits, but then he turned his head towards at her and smiled. The axe held by his left hand gently occupied his left shoulder as his right hand held 'Cranark', his own name for the double-edged sword called 'Graceless.'
He then remembered there was a second bandit, he scanned the area to find him hiding behind a tree in the opposite direction of the approachers, probably because his companion was mercilessly murdered and he wished not to share the fate. Stallion swung the mighty axe cutting the small tree in half along with the bandit. The blood stained the mighty forest floor as the tree came tumbling down next to Stallion, who did not flinch.
Two arrows came from the crowd of bandits one missing stallions wide-brimmed hat by a foot the other glancing the back of his right arm. This made him drop 'Cranark' to the ground.
Nyla - August 12, 2007 11:50 PM (GMT)
Nyla turned to the bandits, and sighed. "Well it seems as though they are as persistant as they are stupid, and doomed." She said, ignoring his comment about fixing her shoulder, she could do that on her own, casting ice with her spear she froze a bandit who was close and a tree as a result of being startled by the weapon hitting the ground. There were several scents in the air now, the dead body of a bandit who lay motionless, and the scent of Stallion's wound, not to mention the several enemy's, it was now obvious that her nose would be of great use in determining who was who and who to attack, even if it was slightly confusing. Throwing her spear into a tree, she pulled out a daggar and her bandit's sword, and charged eyes closed, they only got in the way when she fought...and walked.
Blood splattered her clothing as she came into close contact with three of the bandits, they got the occaional blow in, and as it seemed their comrads were loosing two more of the determined bandits joined in attacking her. Shoulder throbbing she gave up on using the daggar and decided to rest the injured arm as she fought. The clash of red tarnished silver, the sounds of metal on metal, she heard the death cry of some of the men that surrounded her, and felt several sharp pains in her ribs as a fist came crashing into them knocking the breath out of her, a most inconvieniant thing during battle.
As she regained her breath she finished off another unlucky attacker, and then another, slashing her blade at neck hight. She felt the warm thick blood as it splattered, and flew from the dying bodies panting she opened her eyes to see how well Stallion had faired. She had no doubts about him, if she could kill 5 then certainly he would have no troubles, breathing was made difficult by the continueing pain in her ribs, and her vision blurred as the adrenilin flushed from her body. The pain in her shoulder was made very apparent and she reached up with a blood covered hand to cast a heal spell, the veins and artieries healed first followed by muscle and finally flesh. Sighing from releif she was made ever aware that the man had done more damage to her ribs then she had thought, and she didn't have enough magic to heal them, deciding to ignore it she laughed. "Well that was enough excitement for me!" She said still chuckling.
((OOC: sorry it took so long, i was sick and had to work *dies*))
StallionThunder - August 14, 2007 09:22 AM (GMT)
The pain fed him, as the drops of blood hit the ground the smell from the other dying bandits was intoxicating. A hungry vampire and many creatures to choose from. He felt like a child in a candy store. He dropped his backpack. His grip on the axe loosened and it fell to the ground. His eyes turned deep black, deeper then the night sky itself. They seemed to be endless if you looked into them. The flesh on his face grew tight and gnarled and seemed to crawl over his facial bones. His fangs grew long, he opened his mouth and let out a full hiss as he stood up as straight as he could. He picked up 'Cranark' and charged, his movements so elegant and graceful.
Blood flew onto his once gentle facial features, as his blade struck the throat of a close by bandit, who was loading and clumsily aiming an arrow with his bow. The arrow and bow fell to the ground next to the lifeless body as Stallion moved on to the next target. His steel met the iron of another bandit and Stallion leaned in close and smiled a toothy grin bearing his fangs and hissing. He spun around him and stabbed him in the back.
He glanced worringly over at Nyla, and smiled. Her pain was visible but yet she still stood strong. He turned to see a mace smashing into his face, Stallion fell to the ground and lay there for a second eyes closed. The bandit whose blow succesfully hit said some words about being a better fighter and turned around to gloat. Stallion opened his now blood filled eyes and stood up, he grabbed the mans scalp, tilted his head to the left and his teeth conncected, then penetrated the mans soft flesh, draining his blood. The bandit became limp and Stallion withdrew his fangs letting the man fall to the ground. Stallions now have a dark red tint to them his face slowly regenerated and he smiled. The other bandits looked on in fear.
Nyla - August 18, 2007 01:46 AM (GMT)
Staring aghast Nyla was slightly horrified by what she saw when Stallion fed off the man, though she had no inclination to help him at all. Sighing as the last of the men fell she was bloody and she laughed a little though her lungs still hurt she didn't want to cause worry for Stallion.
"Well, exciting as that was I think we should move before more come, it would be troublesome to loose my life tonight." She said slightly breathless, as she took short gasps of air, still smiling as she looked for the best way to leave so that no one would be able to track them.
"Do you know anywhere safe?" She asked panicking a little inside, her ears twitching violently.
Nyla - August 21, 2007 12:21 AM (GMT)
((OOC: Hello you seem to be quite new and have no welcome topic! So WELCOME TO IMY, also if you wouldn't mind next time maybe looking over your grammar and spelling.))
Nyla's ear twitched at the voice and her nerves were shot, as she whipped around and pointed her spear in his direction. Narrowing her eyes she spoke in a growly voice. "Who are you to say what I am?!? Do you fancy yourself a psychic?!?" She asked in an even more hostile voice than she intended and put a hand on her hip. "And if you think you're so smart than you'd know I was only a half demon." She said in a more acidic voice her hands shaking as some of the adrenaline flowed out of her veins, and still more poured in from the startle of the stranger.
