I've made this suggestion before on Arda but I think Imythess would benefit more from it. I think that Imythess should have a special shop with abilities for fighters and knights etc. that are only usuable if the character has few spells (say, less than 3 spells).
There are so many spells open for spellcasters and Paladins and other magic-users but there aren't many options for Barbarians and Knights, so a fighter shop would balance the equation so to speak.

Actually this is already implemented in a way. Not only are the tons of specia weapons out there to buy but also weapon enchantments and let us not forget the icing on the cake, the martial feats. Martial feats effectively cover martial techniques. If you think that there is still a big gap, you may suggest some extra feats.
There are still plenty of options for those who avoid magic. There are feats, skills, pets, equipment and enchantments to consider. There are also prstige class, though I would agree that Imythess needs more 'martial' prestige classes.
As for the requirement of " no more than X spells", I'm quite against that idea. If you look through the shops, you'll see that there aren't many other requirments for pruchases beyond prestige class and enchantments. You can even have an epic spell as your first spell. Also you should consider that even the most martial of dieties owns a few spells here and there. Let us also consider thosebarbarians that do dabble in magic. The only reason you would need a requirement on the number of spells known would be for some anti-magic prestige class or somthing of the like.
