Title: The Viking...

Rurik the Dragon - March 19, 2006 04:40 AM (GMT)
Towards the back of the tavern, a lone individual has situated himself at one of the tables. His appearance along makes it obvious he is from a place far from these lands. He pays little or no attention to those around him, only sending his attention towards the mug of ale in his hand. He raises the mug up to his lips, drinking a bit of the ale. As he drinks the ale can be seen seeping down the corners of his mouth, the ale being mixed into his beard. He sets the mug back onto its resting place on the table as he raises his arm to wipe the ale from his mouth. To the right of his chair rests his backpack, which contains all that he owns. On his hip hangs a katana, firmly placed in it’s sheath. After a moment or two his blue gaze shifts about the tavern and then moves back to the mug of ale. He takes yet another drink from it, downing the rest of the ale.

Rolkinar - March 21, 2006 11:21 AM (GMT)
Rolkinar wandered aimlessley down a road he did not now what to do with himself he was bored and had nothing to do. He spotted a pub a little further down the road and decided that perhaps a sit down and a mug of ale might clear his head. Entering the tavern he looked about the place was pretty packed wandering other to the bar he ordered a large lae for himself.

Then turning about he spotted a table with only a single person on it he looked pretty wierd foreign and yet he had an oriental weapon it was most extrodinary and peeked Rolk's curiosity. He headed over to the table placing his mug down he asked "Do you mind if i sit here sir?"

Nariwa Kona - March 21, 2006 04:08 PM (GMT)
Nariwa Kona, sitting on the opposite side of the tavern, observed the two rather new people. One had th unmistakable scent of a viking. Konahomaru had had enough run ins with those to know what stench they had about them. Then, another stranger walked in and appeared to be very freindly to the other. He seemed to be a somewhat experienced warrior by the way he carried himself, but many people carried themselves that way these days as well.

Reaching to the table in front of him, Kona gripped a glass of water, brought it to his mouth and sipped it. The glyphs on his forehead reflected off of the surface of the water, and made it shine just like the rest of his body did. He stared at his emerald green hand for a moment. Kona would never get used to that, he decided. He liked it better when his skin was a slight silver. That was the price to pay to have a celestial inhabit your body, he reckoned.

Rurik the Dragon - March 22, 2006 09:25 PM (GMT)
"I don't mind"
For a few moments he is silent as he looks around the room. Right now he has been spending his time thinking, trying to find his way in this strange world, or atleast strange to him. His blue gaze shifts back to Rolkinar, which is when he speaks again.
"Would you happen to know where one could buy a map around here?"
His attention is centered towards Rolk, and so far he has not noticed the other being here.
