Adsero walked around the ruins. She had hoped to find something to do.

demus had herd of this place and noted that since he was new to this are of the world...he would need a place to stay at night when his powers were at their weakest....he decided to walk about and enjoy the sunlight b4 he began to search for a dwelling.....

Adsero noticed the person moving over there. She moved towards him, fingers twitching.

Mirazhe sat atop a seven foot wall, watching silently as the two figures moved around but not really caring if they saw her or not.

due to the decay of the buildings here the roofs had fallin in o the particular area he was wasting his time in, the walls on 2 sides had also fallin down..this said, his powers were at a rather high potentcy, his senses were hightened a bit due to it being natural light as well....he noticed a small faint cracking of some undergrowth ...he was slightly startled by this and quickly sheathed himself in his own shadow like aura, and hid in the corner of the two walls that still stood....he thought to himself...that for him to deliver the first blow if this were a hostile creature would definetly not be a bad thing....he thought to himself...."i pity the person who attacks me on such a beautifully lit day...why am i braging to myself.....im so conceited...but thats the way i like it...." he often talked to himself as he was used to being alone....

Adsero noticed the twitching and emediatly sat on her hands. "Must....resist.....theft.....grrrrr...." She stood and jumped out at the unknown person, dispite her better judgment.

Mirazhe slid off the wall, landing with her normal cat like grace while her liontail fell still behind her. Walking silently, she moved closer to the others.

demus noted to himself that the other humanoid had lunged in the direction of where he was before he had hidden himself and thought he should make his move now so as to make this as little of a situation as possible.....he had not killed in some time ...but he had not felt the need to do so either..nor did he now...but if it was nececery he would do as he felt needed......he silently spead his wings and effortlesly fired himself upon his target as if he were a arrow, and pined this person against the ground and begged of this intruder of his privacy that they give him their name ...so he would not have to resort to violence.....

Adsero banged her head against the ground. "stupid! stupid! stupid! Oh, Im Adsero Regno. Stupid!

demus returned to a standing position and askedher to do the same, then asked her what her reason was for atempting to attack him, then before she could have possibally answered, he asked her,"did i hurt you?....should i have?"

Mirazhe stopped when she was only a few feet away, a small grin on her face as she watched. "Well, considering the fact that she lunged at you- you had all the right in the world to hurt her..."

Adsero stood and stared at this man before her. "Should you have, mabye. Did you, no. Why I attacked, I have no idea. Nice to meet you." She extended a hand.

"just so you know if you draw a weapon, i will do my best to kill you here and now...as i do not like having enemies that are not dead...."

"ahh..nice to meet you as well....although i do not consider the company of a human as ~nice~....."

"I carry no weapons. Just your run of the mill theif." As her fingers twitched, she clasped them tightly behind her back. "'Ello Mirazhe. I have heard of you from a friend of mine."

"is that the others name" he thought to himself.....not that i car.....but it is more profitable to make freinds as to enemies......although feinds arent nearly as much fun..." hello Mirazhe"

Mirazhe looked over at Adsero, studying her curiously before shrugging. "I'll take a wild guess and say Bimestris..." She trailed off as she turned to study Demus aswell. "A pleasure to meet you, I'm sure," She said polietly while her tail began to flick back in forth.

demus in turn studied the other that had not attacked him....and was glad that she had not.....he would hate to have to fight such a creature....and replied to her"it is however a pleasure to meet you...i get along beter with the likes of yourself....humans seem too interested in the benefeit of themselve, and do not seem to mind stepping onto others head to gain a foot hold for personal betterment" he glared at the person he had fugured was a theif due to the absense of drawn weapons upon attacking him...and the serios twitching of her hands, which seemed nimble and adept....

"YEP!!!! Heheheheh!" Adsero looked up at the sky. Its better to be here then at the castle. No smoke. She looked at the man. "You do not like humans either."

Mirazhe smiled at Adsero, "Then it is a pleasure to meet you as well." She looked back at Demus, "My kind had never seen a reason to steal for our lives are good... Didnt even need to leave home," she shrugged, "Till now of course."

"actually i have a disliking towards all humans......your self included..but this is due to my past...it is not you...i just have a very strong bias against them , i take this in to considereation when dealing with humans...it helps me to get along if i consider this, also i tink it may have saved many a human that i kept my feelings to myself, and not let it cause a problem....."

"other species however, " demus casts a slight smile at Mirazhe and then returns to a glum diposition,"i have no problem getting along with , as long as they respect my veiws...."

Adsero looked at Mirazhe. "I don't steal for food or money. My life is fine right now. And as for humans. They have not done much to prove their worth. And, yes, I relize I am also a human. It is not something that makes me happy."

"hmmm...how very contradictory....just as all things in this world seem to be...hmm.....a human that might be worth while..interesting...."

"Yes, well, Im going to the inn. want to come? Lots of fights there." Before he could answer, she started walking away, picking things up along the way.

"well i am actually quite new here a tou8r guide might be just the thing, if you would do this i would be very gratefull...."demus could not beleive that he was saying this to a human.....

Adsero finally relized that she was carrying loads of rocks and droped them all before entering the inn. She went to a table in the corner and ordered some ale. "What is your name?" She asked the man she had met at the ruins.

"i am the one, the only....well im demus, you probably havent herd of me, im new to these parts, and apparently i am going to have to wait some time before i can get a proper weapon, so it is probably best for both of us that we did not battle"
demus glances at the pile of rocks, and wonders where and why the other was toting them about...."what the heck are the rocks for?"

"do you mind if i sit here awhile?"

(Toting? sounds funny)
Adsero smiled. "Sorry. I have the tendancy to take things without relizing it. You can sit here. I need to go buy a bow or dagger but it, too, will take time. Avoiding fights might be hard. Not many people like their things to be taken." Adsero's hands were no longer twitching but she sat on them none the less.

"you know .....i have nothing for you to take at this time, you dont have to sit on your hands...." he wondered if she did this for some kind of calming efect that it might provide her, or if she actually couldnt controll her theiving....hmm he added this to his long list of thisngs to ask her about at a proper time......"whats good here? i dont partake, so ale is out of the question....i like to keep fit, my powers are useless at night so i have to keep my physical strength up.....not that it helps much....im pretty useless at night, or any where with out lighting....."

"I know but there are flagons and daggers and other thing here i might take. iwould like to live for tonigh, so i wont get someone angey by stealing their things. I would say to try some pig but dont tell bimestris i said that. As for the way your staring i guess your wondering about the hands. if i sit on them they will go numb and if i cant feel them i cant move them so they wont take anything. And no i cant control if i take things."

"well that reminds me of my personal motto, complete self control, creates complete power" demus then turns the lantern that was placed on the table on , and pulls it close "you dont mind do you, i enjoy the light....."

"Light is fine." Adsero stared at the fire. Fire.... Not fire again..... She turned from the lanturn and looked out the window. "What powers do you have?"

demus placed his hand near the fire, as one would do so as to comfort, and coax an animal to come towards them, then, as normal as it was to demus, the others in the bar gave him strange looks, and some even seemed angry at him , possibly cause they could not understand it, the light seemed to stop shining upon the surfaces suronding the lantern and focused only on his hand, he then raised his other hand and it became near invisable, surounde by a aura of sorts, that seemed to absorb light around it making it seem to disapear, all that could be seen was a area or black, rather hard to explain, the humans about the are were obviosly trieng to decide the trickery behind it

demus then placed his hands around the fire, and closed them on it , exstinguishing it, as it seemed to bother the only human in the room he had any interest in, he asked "so there is a story here, tell me it,why does fir trouble you so?"

Adsero looked over and saw Demus playing with the fire. She stared as the fires light gleemed towards his hands. Her eyes began to become more and more orange, then red. She shook her head and her eyes returned to brown. She turned from the fire to Demus's face. He has done this before.....

"well?" "i am wanting to know the story......if you dont tell me ill asume that you were a firebug as a child and burnt your house down...."

Adsero looked at him and decided to tell him. "Where I come from, there are too kinds of people. Nubigena, born of a cloud. And Ignigena, born of fire. I am Ignigena.

"hmmm how intriguing..... where i come from there are also two kinds of people, owners, and slaves, i was born intop a inslaved family, but i escaped, at around the human age of 15, i had been alive for 30 years, but we grow much slower than humans......we learn at the same rate it would seem, but who can judge that...."
