Title: Traveling.
Zero - March 11, 2006 03:20 AM (GMT)
It had been a few days since Zero had left the city and all he had managed to do was just go a few more days without any food, since there hardly was any left to go around. As Zero rode on his horse he passed through the tall trees, the rock, and the small hills. He rode through many large shadows, so the forest was somewhat dark. He remained mounted on his horse and kept moving and began to hear the flow of water, perhaps a stream of some sort. Though Zero knew it had been the lake in Norwood. He had visited the lake in Norwood many times, so he was familiar with it. He debated on whether he should visit the lake or not but just then, Zero could have sworn he had seen a figure hiding in the shadows. He really couldn't see well, so he disregaurded the fact the he might have seen something.
Zero kept moving on through the large tall trees, when he had gotten off his horse to eat just a little. He pulled off a brown bag that had been strapped onto his horse and pulled out a loaf of bread. He tore off peices and stuffed them into his mouth. And again Zero saw the same figure as earlier and looked around but saw nothing. This time he didnt want to disregaurd it. He began to feel curious and wanted to find out what was sneaking around.
Kirana - March 11, 2006 11:52 PM (GMT)
Kirana was strolling through the woods, breathing the minty air, and the smell of dewy trees. Even from here, she could hear the sounds of the lake. This was going to be a good day, thought Kirana. She then saw a figure, walking with a horse and an eagle. She thought she could follow him, seeing as she hadn't had any company for a decade, it was pleasant to know she wasn't the only one on earth.
She followed the fellow, realising he stopped for food, and her eyes flashed. She was scared to greet him, or talk to him even because she had no one for a long time, and she didn't have anyone, other than her self and nature.
She was hesitant, as her light wings flikered and glowed because she was nervous. She had a weakness of love, and found the man to be incredibly handsome, as he ate a loaf bread.
She called to one of the birds around her. It was a pretty bird, with quite a long tail. She asked him if he could investigate this young man, and know excatly why he was here. She wiped her sweaty palms against her black dress and waited in the trees, while her friend investigated....

Amy and Gwen, her pet fox, were also strolling through the woods quietly as usual, she thought she was alone, until she spotted a women, her eyes growing intense as usual. Seeing her call her bird over, and then she saw it leave. Her eyes wandered to where she was looking at a few moments ago, and she then saw the man and a horse. Was she being curious? She figured the women told the bird to investigate him, but she wasnt too sure. She was most likely eavesdropping.
The different shades of black and white made it hard to make out what was around her, so of course, as anyone else would be if they couldnt see to well, it made her uncomfortable around two strangers and their familiars. So, she called over her fox who had been strolling behind her. Kneeling down next to Gwen, she told her to be on her guard.
The wind picked up slightly, and she looked back up at the women, then to the man. She could just watch, or just intrude, or maybe even just walk away. She decided to watch for now. She started to pet Gwen as she watched these two, trying not to get seen, but it didnt matter at the moment.
Zero - March 12, 2006 05:03 AM (GMT)
Zero stuffed more bread into his mouth and then put it away and have it saved for later. He didnt want to run out so fast when he had just a couple of days ahead of him. Zero was just about to mount his horse but then decided not to. He looked around and saw a bird fly around, but it was kind of hard to see, really. Zero watched the bird fly around for a moment then went on. He was not aware that there had been one or two watching him. It wasnt really clear to see anything, almost everything had been covered in a sheet of darkness since there was so much trees so close to each other.
Zero kept walking on the side of his horse and the flow of water could now be heard actually. He was close too. It was a long day anyways for him. He would have to stop some where and rest. And at the lake is where he would have to make that stop. He made his way passing trees and moving the branches away from him. And there it was, the lake. He stopped and tied his horse on a nearby tree and then he sat down next to a large rock. It felt good to just be relaxing there in front of the lake. Zero noticed the same bird he saw back where he had stopped for food. The bird must have followed him all this way.
Kirana - March 12, 2006 07:57 AM (GMT)
Kirana was still nervous when she saw her bird, watching the man. He finished eating and walked away with his horse. Kirana was hesitant to follow, but she had her bird, and she didn't want him to get lost...
She followed the handsome man through the trees. Looks like he's going to the lake she thought, as she pushed back a branch. Finally, they arrived at the lake. It was still, and beautiful, and the sun rose up above it, the reflection glimmering on the surface. She noticed the man stopped by the blue lake. She saw that he noticed the bird.
Kirana started to panic. What if her bird was found out to be hers? She wiped her hands on her dress again, smoothed her hair, and went towards the handsome man.
"Excuse me,"she said politely, reaching out to the bird.
"This is my bird. Was he bothering you in anyway?"

Amy was still watching the two, and she also followed them to the lake. She watched the woman talk to him, and saw her reach out to the bird. Slowly, she stepped out of from the trees, making herself exposed to the naked eye. Someone had made herself noticable, so she might as well do the same. Gwen was behind her, and eyed the bird playfully.
Her sea green eyes scanned the two, and then her lips parted, and she began to speak.
"So... you followed your bird all the way over here to the lake with the man and his horse? Were you planning something? Hmm? Because I saw you with the bird earlier, I suppose you told him to eavesdrop." I guess you could say she was messing with her mind, as she laughed inside her own head.
Gwen started walking towards the woman and her bird, and then stared at the bird with intense eyes. Quickly, she jumped up, her paw hitting one of the birds feathers, and she landed gracefully back on her four paws on the lush green grass with a playful look on her face, and Amy smirked.
What a joker Gwen was, and how adorble she looked.
