Again he found himself yet again in these blasted woods, would he ever escape their wondrous bind, or did he enjoy them too much to seek refuge elsewhere? Whatever the case was, it really hadn't mattered. He was here for certain reasons, this time not to defend himself, or converse but to simply hone himself with his newly found powers. It was something he had neglected for some time now, but he decided it was time to accomplish his goal. Almost as an insurance marker should his attackers come again, but this time with more conviction than the last group.
The night's air weighed thick with a dense fog as it lingered above the dark languid waters. Visibility had been reduced greatly from the average, but it was still fairly easy to see except at great distances. Though the moonlight did tend to help with that as it engulfed the surroundings in its scintillating light.
Stepping out into the clearing, his dark hues traced along the surroundings, until landing upon the lax waters. This was the perfect place to commence his training, but the question was as to where to begin, big or small? Pondering for a few moments, he decided to begin small and work his way up. Drawing his right arm up in front of him, the tip of his middle finger placed itself on his thumb. Clasping the two together, he snapped his middle finger away from him, watching intently as a few sparks emitted from the friction his digits created.
A slight grin crossed his slender lips, as his hand rotated slightly turning itself palm up. Concentrating his energy upon the hand, a soft glow emitted from his hand, soon taking a sharp of a sphere in the palm of his hand. It wasn't of great size, but it was enough to do damage with and that's all that mattered to him. As long as he had the knowledge to use them he could bend them to do as he wished later on, whether it was to intensify the strike or increase the size.
Slowly he began forward and towards the waters edge, where he gazed down at the reflection of himself. For a long while he stared at the figure in the water, the ball still placed in his grasp. Simply shaking his head, he allowed the it to fade in his grasp, not wanting to use the stored energy for he had a more grand purpose and a more upbeat training for it to provide useful for and that was his most powerful spell at the moment.
Lifting both of his hands in front of him, he placed them palm together and up against his chest. Uttering a few words of non-native tongue, he gradually pushed his hands outwards, but making sure to keep his index and thumbs pressed together to create a triangle shape with them. Keeping them poised in that position for a few moments, they sprung to life in a magnificent display. The actions were unknown to those around him and probably looked like some sort of dance, but it was really air written script that he did with different shapes of the hands, twisting this way and that way. The air written script was his incantation to call forth such a spell.
It wasn't often he did it by this method, but he had better control through these means other than calling forth the spell and hoping it would hit its designated target. Though in battle, he would never have time to do such a thing, so he only used it through his training, which was probably for the best so he wouldn't scorched the entire forest in order to acquire his knowledge. As he made the last movement to finish the script, all fell still, nothing threatened to move or make a noise during his intense concentration. Though, as soon as he finished, a few red glimmers shined high in the air almost as though glistening beads in the night lined sky.
With time they came into view entirely, exposing themselves as small chunks of earth that came from high in the earth's orbit. As they plummeted to the earth, they illuminated in a brilliance of radiant red hues that cascaded across the surroundings. Suddenly his hands picked up again, moving this way and that, but not as they were before, but instead moving as though they were controlling the descent of the rocks. Soon as they reached the final lengths that seperated them from their final resting place, they were all aimed directly for the dark waters. Roughly each of them hit with a hard splash, followed by a sudden sizzling sound as they threw steam and water into the air. It was truly a magnificent display. Silently he watched the rocks submerge themselves within the depths of the water, enjoying the soft sizzling sound that followed shortly after; however, he enjoyed the magnificent displays of red hues that cascaded across the glassy waters moreso than anything else. As the final rock found its resting place, all fell silent once more. Shutting his eyes for a moment, he reminisced over the past, thinking back on the days when he was known as a destructive force throughout his lands for his fire power. Though, there was no pun intended for it was very true. There was no one that could contend his fire bending abilities, at least until it was taken from him by a heartless beast. Now....Now he was gaining it back again and it brought a smile to his face to know that it only would be a matter of time until he would have it all.

The light and almost palish lady walked through the forest. Her eyes intense, they were always like this. Sea green filled her eyes, as she was colorblind also. Shades of black and white, she was like this due from a recent incident. She didnt want to think of it right not, especially in the forest, anyone could come out an attack. And it disturbed her. The grass was barely smushed and then came back up to life as she walked. Her feet were moving at a steady pace, and also qiuet.
It wasnt until she realized she didnt hear anything, and she knew someone was also here - or something. Usually, she would at least a bird or two chirping, or flying past. They seemed not to be afraid of her, and admired her. Her eyes moved around the forest, and was trying to find something unusual. Nothing was the result - she wasnt too good at this - due to her being colorblind.
Continuing on, she walked further, clearing trees from her view. Further on, she found flowers, and fireflies were untop, she admired them for some reason. She believed it was that something so bright was alive. Continuing on, she heard an owl, and was sure she was safer than before. At least the animals had shown themselves, and again, it was them admiring her.
Her lips moved slightly higher - it wasnt a smile - though most people would consider it one. Gently getting up, she began walking again. As she cleared even more trees - she saw a man standing in the distance. She wasnt sure what to think of him, so she stared at him. Her intense eyes keeping close watch on him. It had fallen night, and it wasnt safe for her to be out. And it made her more intense when she couldnt make out what he was doing.

((OOC: Sorry, probably not along my better posts, but I'm tired and I won't have time tomorrow to post, so I'm gonna do it now while I still have the time.))
Shutting his eyes, he concentrated his energy again, feeling it begin to pulse through his veins. Gathering the energy into the palm of his right hand, a red eerie glow began to engulf it. Slowly it twisted this way and that, binding and constricting about his hand before finally being sucked to the palm of his hand. As it gathered, a red ball formed, emitting its array of red and orange hues, cascading their eerie glow across his features as the hand remained poised before him.
Slowly his eyes slid open and turned their watchful stair off to his left flank, turning slightly as he had so his gaze fell upon the woman. For a long while he stood there simply studying the woman, before finally offering a few words, “I hope I entertained you.” Simply shaking his head, the ball dissipated within the palm of his hand as if it never existed. Dropping the arm back to his side, he turned back to gaze out over the waters, “I could have hurt or killed you if I wouldn't have known you were there.” He paused for a moment, thinking over the thoughts that flooded his mind at the moment, before continuing, “Out of curiousity, how long WERE you there exactly? And why exactly are you out here?”
He wasn't the kind of man to take kindly to eavesdropping. Sure, he was easy to get along with, but when it came to his privacy or his safety then it was a whole new matter entirely. Normally those who did such a thing ended up hurt simply because of self defense. Since he became a hunting man, all those who snuck around him seemed to pose their own threats and he'd just asoon act first and ask questions later when it came to those kind of people. She was among the lucky variety, that and he was feeling nice tonight. No less the fact that he was too tired to care much about what kind of threat the woman posed to him.

Amy simply stared at him. No, he was actually boring her out of her mind. She was almost in a trance, spacing out into her own little world, her eyes falling down slowly. The feeling of her falling into the dreamworld, made her flinch and snap back into reality. She was exhausted after not having much of a good nights sleep. Yawning, she began to answer his questions.
"No, sir, you didnt intertain me. In fact, its quite boring to tell the truth. I hope you appreciate honesty besides some other people I have met before. But thats besides the question." Stretching her arms, and reaching up into the sky, she smiled. Slowly, her arms came back to her sides.
"Yes, you could have killed me. But im sure you have some control over yourself, and if not, then well, I dont know what to say buddy. And if your wondering how long I have been here... im sure not as long you have been." Her eyes traveled across the sea of black and white colors.
[[Nah, its fine. Besides, it fine for me. Like your first post... there is not way I can match that at the moment. Posts like that are just fine.]]
