Title: The Lakes
Ord - March 2, 2006 03:36 PM (GMT)
There she stood gently apon the lake as her eyes were closed and her hair
dancing in the wind. Ord's breath was calm and graceful. She felt
almost alive again. The humans that played at the edge of the water did not see
her there for the fog was heavy and no sun shown. The seemed like
the moons great glow was surrounded the lake.
She opened her eyes to look around, but nothing she could see the fog
was thick.
Darkness Brothers - March 2, 2006 04:01 PM (GMT)
He saw her standing there. Hair dancing in the wind. No movement nor
sound came form his body or soft lips. He sat there diciding on weather
to go to her or stay away. for 10 minutes he did this til he dicide to swim to
her. As he got closer he sunk deep under water so she did not see him.
Ord - March 2, 2006 04:12 PM (GMT)
She knew he was there. She looked down to see him.
and as she bend down she smiled at him.
Rishian Gleemer - March 3, 2006 02:52 AM (GMT)
Rishian walked toward the lake, using his staff as a walking stick. His odd wings were folded against his back as flat as he could make them. They often brought uncomfortable questions. Many people were ouit in the lake, covered in a dense fog. Rishian could make out the figure of someone standing, it seemed that they were standing on top of the water. He could see that it would not be easy for some one else to see them as the sun was hidden in the clouds and the rolling fog obscured tham to his eyes. He continued to walk toward the lake any way, making his way to the edge.
Propping his staff up on a tree, took off his tunic and laid it next to his staff. Sklowly, Rishian submerged himself into the lakes cool waters, and began to swim toward the mysterious figure. It did not opccur to him even once that it might be the least bit dangerous. As he approached, he noticed another person nearly submereged and heading toward the standing one as well.

A cold chill quickly crawled up her spin as he looked around to to the figure
swimming towards her. She stood up and with a blank expertion she waited
for him to come closer. "Whose there" SHe shouted towards the figure.
Rishian Gleemer - March 7, 2006 02:09 AM (GMT)
Rishian heard the call and answered. "Hello there. My name is Rishian," he said, once again taking no notice of caution. His curiousity had gotten him into trouble before, but he had never learned. "What is your name, ma'am," he saked as he conitued to swim. He liked to know peoples names, another little habbit of his. It would be hard to guess that this man was a feirce battle mage when it came the time to act. thouhg he did not have mny spells at the time. He needed to learn them. He did have almost all eternity. He was half dragon, half elf. Right nor, he was using his large, scaly wings to propel himself through the water.
When he finally neared the woman, he asked in quieter tones, "And how are you able to stand upon the water?" He would very much like to know how to do that. Not that it would help with anything, but uit would be a neat little trick.

She giggled abit a she alwas did when meeting people.
She reached out her hand to shake his. "Im Orb the wondering
feather of the winds" She said excitedly. She was very mischeivous
and love to play trick. But her heart was set on finding cures
and start wars between worlds. "Im pleased to meet you"
(((Sorry this wasnt long. I have to go))))
Rishian Gleemer - March 8, 2006 03:58 PM (GMT)
As he reached to accept her hand, he began to shake the water from his own wings. Starting them into motion, he rose above the water himself, taking her hand and shaking it. "Pleased to meet you Orb. I am Rishain." Looking around for a moment, he asked, "What are you doing here? Are you just traveling?"
(I'm having the same problem)
Ord - March 9, 2006 03:49 PM (GMT)
She smiled at the site of wings. She shook his hand and let go.
Orb looked downto the boy in the water and wondered when he
was to rise from it. "Ive come from my lands to find a feather
that has much power over the winds." Her face became seriuos.
The wind picked up asthough it heard her and was feirce as it blew her
hair from her face the fog lefted and she could see him better.
"My village was attacked a by a three headed beast that set fire to
my village and killed our leader and stole our princess... The story is the
beast came from the fire mountains twelve mountains over to the west"
She pointed the way were the sun was just setting and night was
beganing it journey over the dark-blue sky. She looked back to Rishian.
"Also the feather of eternal winds was said to be underwater in what
many say this one here." She smiled wickedly as the water began to
glow so bright that all the creatures ran. Sileints surounded them.
Rishian Gleemer - March 14, 2006 02:19 AM (GMT)
Rishian listened intrestedly as Ord explained her eason for being here. A magical feather to control the winds? That would be something to see. And it was said to be underneath the waters of this lake. "Do you mind if I help in your search? I would very much like to see this feather. Do you have any way of getting it out?"
Rishian waited in silence for the womans answer, pondering ways to retrieve such an item.
Ord - March 20, 2006 03:50 PM (GMT)
Were she stood a whirl pool began to form from under heras did
another one under the man. The portal to the winds is opening she
excitedly as the whirl pools began to rise from the water circling
them both. A wicked smile spread so fast across her delicate face.
"Stay still if you move the waters will throw you out and you will
never be able to come down the caverns.'' She said slowly be sure
that her vioce would throw her out. " The caverns was built under
the lake so that the fire beast could never get to it. It was made
by my 10th great grandfather and the king who surved the winds"
She looked down as the whirl pools began to suck them under.
Orb close her eyes and began to count to ten as they sake more
and more. The circling water pulled them fast under the water towards
the bottom. At the bottom a hole rest in the ground as the water
spun them into it. Finally when they past the enters they fell to the
ground.
