Hymwen Darkstar - February 28, 2006 01:21 AM (GMT)
Hymwen was soaked with water as she stepped in the Taras Library. She smiled. This was the place she met a werewolf, but he was nice and he was her first friend since she came the Imythess. She walked in and to a shelve and grabbed a book on the wild lands. She was a ranger and liked to read things about the other lands and its culture, and other races. She walked to a table and sat down and opened the book and started to read. She flipped a page and read and read and after about ten minuets she read 15 pages, she then heard a small thud and blood come from a hall of shelves. She tensed up a bit drawing her long sword and standing up she walked to the hall and saw a man on the floor and the blood spilling to her feet and on her boots.

She looked up and saw a shadow of someone stalking to the door. There was a loud crack of thunder and if you looked out the window it would look like it was night. A shiver went down her spine as she walked to the door. When she reached it she saw a man holding a dagger and was in the shadow. The man was watching Hymwen, he had red eyes, and Hymwen guessed it was a drow. Then without warning the man charged at Hymwen raising his dagger he swinged at Hymwen but she blocked it and stabbed the man in his stomach. He let out a gurgurling sound and then fell to the floor and blood spilled out. He was a drow, and was a assassin she guessed and pulled her sword free and wiped then seathed it.

People started to come around looking a bit scared of what happened and watched Hymwen as she wiped her weapon and as she walked to her table and she sat down and put her head in her hands whispering, "why do I kill, why did I leave home, why did I have to kill this man." Tears streamed down her cheeks, and her hair sticked to her face, but her eyes still looked beautiful as ever. "Father, why did I leave you and mother and sister, I hope you all are fine and I hope I will be home to see you soon, and I hope no more dragons attack." She whispered more. She looked up and saw some people pulling the dead people out and so then people could come and read without having to look at dead people.

Hymwen looked at the floor again and he decided to try and not think of it so she grabbed her book and started to read again and in her mind the thought of killing the man would not stop going through her head till she looked down again and a few more tears streamed down.
