and that is where they would post a topic with their spells and pets so it would not take up room in their signature and they would just have a link in their signature to that page.

I was thinking maybe it would be a good idea to sort of use that idea with everyones complete inventory. It would make it so that many people would not have a ridiculously long signature and use that space in their signature for character stuff and the like.

Please offer any opinions you have on this matter and help me decide if we should give it a shot or not.

Yeah, if I do do this, I think it will be an optional kind of thing and you make the post yourself. It will be manditory to have a link in your signature to it so that I can find it if someone wants to buy something but wants it in their inventory page. Then that person can edit that post if they like (Give a description of their animal companion and customization stuff).

Athiyk, you could just copy everything in your signature and put them in an inventory page and it would go through little or no change. You wouldn't lose the descriptions of your animals or anything.

Well, I have decided that I'll give it a try. I will be putting the forum under character related and the basics on it are there.

I think I did it right, but anyways, I love it! I can add more description to my animals without making a ridiculously long signature.

I realize that you have already done this but I think it is a wonderful idea! I hate having to scroll through the inventory. No offense, it is all really nice, but once I have seen it, it just gets to be a hassle going through it all again to get down to the next post and such. Matter of fact, I was just thinking this last night hehe. How odd is that? Well, I hope this works out well and I think it is a really nice idea because we will be saving space in our topics and we will be able to be even more descriptive with out companions and weapons and such!

Yeah, its a great idea! I think its cool that its optional too for people like Kuya, who likes to see their inventories.

I think this is an extremely useful new option. I hate scrolling through pages that are mostly taken up by peoples lenghty signatures, no offense to those who have chosen to make their signatures long. It just seems like a waste of space. This way it will be easier for all.

This is an excellent idea, in my opinion of course. There are a few signatures where people take up more than an 800X600 page. Which can be very annoying to some who just want the facts. This would also make it easier for Laoura, so if someone wants a picture added, or something of the sort, she can simply go to that thread, instead of having to do the signature.

As Athiyk said as well, this allows people to add further description without taking up too much room. To be a matter as well it helps with the lag the site currently goes through when loading a new page, due to the long signatures the speed of the loading is much slower than it would be without all the pictures.

This is my thought to it anyway.

Yes that is better Kuya, but if I might suggest something? Unless you like this part of your signature of course, but turn the swords the other way? As if having them lay down in your signature? I don't know if this is something you would like to do and it is all up to you, but it could shorten your signature a little more ~if that is what you are looking for~ while still keeping them there.

rotfl, Kuya, do whatever you want with your signature, this is fully optional. If you want everything there, then have everything there. If you don't want it there, take it out of your sig and put in it's respective board.
