Beowulf - February 12, 2006 09:45 PM (GMT)
Beowulf stood in one of the many fencing circles outside the Academy of Arms. Ever since he had left Istan for training, to him, things had become increasingly boring. He sought to learn many fighting techniques and various magics, but so far Beowulf had only learned how to fight women. In all of his previous encounters, each of his opponents had been a female. The paladin shook his head at the bad luck he had. He was not sexest, but fighting the same type of person not only got old, but he gained no experience from it.

Beowulf sighed, pacing back and forth in the fencing circle, hoping that someone, preferably with some sort of weapon training, would come to duel. The paladin's eyes shifted around the area, studying all nearby individuals. Most of everyone that had been training when Beowulf arrived had retreated back to the Academy. Since his entrance, the temperature outside had dropped considerably, and clouds hung ominously over the Academy. "It seems that it will snow soon." Beowulf stated, thinking aloud. He crossed his arms over his chest, giving himself some warmth. I hope somebody arrives soon, or I might have to return to the Academy also. The paladin thought, shifting his gaze to the building.

Eden - February 26, 2006 09:35 AM (GMT)
The night air was cold and brisk. Eden was riding Pegasus, going about his daily training. The big horse seemed to have gotten used to the old routine and now easily endured it. It was time that he go through a harder coarse. People were started to head inside to their dormitories, so Eden decided to go to the outdoor arena. Hopefully no one would be there. Eden wanted only to train Pegasus.

He reached the outdoor arena and started to ride Pegasus fast and hard. The cold air sting against his face. The horse snorted…this coarse was harder indeed. As Eden rounded a corner, he saw a student standing, staring out at nothing. Eden brought Pegasus to a halt before him and asked, “Shouldn’t you be heading for your dormitory?”
