Amtyo was on a fine walk through the Spiderhaunt Woods. Well, the best walk anyone could be on in this old place. Actually, he was searching for an item dropped by an acquaintance of his. The only reason he was doing this was the reward, a large sum of gold. What am I looking for? he thought. Ah, the amulet. His friend had described it as an expensive, gold-plated little amulet that he inherited from his grandfather.

As he continued his walk, or search, he saw many interesting animals and objects on the floor, but no amulet. He finally entered a clearing in the woods, and he saw in the middle of it, an amulet, just as his friend had described it. How could he lose it here? he thought. But as he was walking toward it, he was grabbed by an enormous rat! It dragged him away. "Help! Help!!!!" he screamed.

"Help! Help!!!!" Glaranduil heard as she was flying over the forest nad she looked down her beautiful silver eyes looking down to see a rat dragging a man away. She smiled and flyed down and her claws digged into the rat. The rat made a loud sqeaking noisethen went limp. Glaranduil's scales shined by the moon as she looked down at the man with no anger or no fear just beauty.

"Well...... What was a man like yourself doing out here." Her dragon smile played across her face again. As she looked down something got her eye and she turned it and saw a amulet. She walked over to it and picked it up with her claws and she was looking then after awhile she turned to the man handing the amulet to him.

"This must be yours." Was all she said and waited for him to answer.

"Oh, uh, thanks!" Amtyo replied. He took the amulet from the lady. "Yeah, this is what I was looking for..." He looked at the dead rat beside him and smiled. "I should get going now," he said, and tried to get up. The bruises from the rat stopped him, and his leg was stuck on the ground. He squirmed around, but it wouldn't budge.
"Uh, can you help me here...?" Amtyo asked the woman. "Please?"

The silver dragon laughed and grabbed the man with one of her front clawed foot and pulled him out and very carefully too. She sat him on the ground then said.

"So, I am Glaranduil, and I will help you till you are safe and out of this horrible place." The dragon bowed her head. Since she was a silver dragon she has to help people and its what they do, they are protecters of good and will help people who are in need of it.
