Hymwen Darkstar - February 4, 2006 05:26 PM (GMT)
A young wood elf walked in the tavern and looked around. Her hood was down sawing her face clearily. It was a beautiful face, young and loving. Her brown hair went to her shoulders, her gray eyes looked young and bright with happyness. Hymwen walked to a table next to the stage were bards sing at. the was a bard and was playing a beautiful moledy that reminded Hymwen of home. A bartender came over and asked what she wanted. After a moment she replyed.

"Milk please." She said in a gentle voice, and the bartender left. She looked at the bard and listened till her drink came. She gave the bartender a coin, then took a sip, and sat her cup down looking up at the bard. She heard a shout in a far corner and her head shot in that way to see what was going on, and a man was standing yelling in pain as his hand tryed to pull a dagger out of his gut. Hymwen standed and her hand was on her long sword. She walked over to the table with ten men laughing as they watche the poor man with the dagger struggle.

There was fear in Hymwen's gut as she walked up to themand said. "Do you find killing fun." She aid a bit of anger in her voice. The men stoped laughing and looked at her then they smiled and the one that looked like the leader said. "Why do you care what we do." He said in a nasty voice as the man with the dagger in him fell to the ground dead and Hymwen closed her eyes. She hated seeing people dead but she must deal with it.

"I don't like it how you like to kill rondem people for fun." She said angerily and the men just laughed, and in one swift movement of anger Hymwen pulled her long sword out and slashed the leader's head off, it fell to the ground with the body. the other men standed in alarm and they glared at Hymwen as they drewed their weapons. Hymwen looked at the weapons in fear and steped back. A man chaged at her and she lunged at him with her strength. What was good was that they were drunk so she would have a better adenvantage. She stabed the man and he fell to the floor. Hymwen's face still had the fear that anyone could see. More men attacked and all the people around ran for the door or hide under tables as the fight started.

Griffin Longheart - February 4, 2006 08:27 PM (GMT)
Griffin was walking along the street in the cold of the evening air when he came across the Elven Tavern he had grown so accustomed to. He stopped in his tracks, cloaked in his robe, his hood pulled over his head hiding his features from the outside world. Curiosity came over him as he observed several people run from the tavern shouting about a fight. He clasped his hands around the hilts of his blades within his cloak as he strode in.

A terrible riot had erupted and several men were attempting to take on one wood elf. How unfair. He thought a smirk coming across his face. He hungered for blood as he observed the elf kill one and fend off the others. She looked worried and angry at the same time and this only made him etch to fight at her side. She seemed so innocent with her beautiful elven features. But what if my identity is revaled. No, I must help. The thought strode through his mind as his grip tightened around his blades within his cloak.

He saw a man run at the elf from behind, his pitiful blade coming down in a deadly arc at the wood elf's back. In reflex Griffin slipped his blades from their sheaths within his cloak and lunged forward, driving his right blade through the mans chest. He heard a soft dieing gasp as he sensed the mans life leave him. Griffin's blade protruded grotesquely out of the mans front as his form went limp in Griffin's hands, behind the elf. He glanced at the outnumbered elf and her opposition from within the darkness of his hood, awaiting their reactions to his arrival in the fight.

Hymwen Darkstar - February 4, 2006 09:40 PM (GMT)
Hymwen sort of smiled when a man decided to help her, but it quickly vanished when a man cut her arm, and she droped her weapon, and there was a lot of fear on her face as she struggled to drew her Scimitar. The man was about to do a killing blow but was to slow and Hymen suddenly got her Scimitar out and sliced the head off the mans body. She watched as his head and body fell to the floor. Her face was grim, and their was fear. Another man attacked the newcomer of the battle, and another amn attacked Hymwen.

She slashed at the man, and the man block and he attacked again and Hymwen dodge out of the way and stabed the mans gut and he let out a cry of pain, and he slashed one more time that go Hymwen in the left shin and she fell to the floor in pain. she stabed at the man again and she got him in the leg and he fell in pain and she stabed again at the heart and the man was dead. Hymwen coughed up a bit of blood, but not that much. Another man was coming at her and attack with a Morningstar. She rolled out of the way and crouched and stabed at the man, but he blocked and was smiling as another man was coming at her back again. Hymwen standed and jumped over a table and almost hit Griffin, but she bearily maneged to get out of the way.

She turned and kicked out her leg at a man that was attacking her, and as she kicked out she slashed her sword at another man. Her leg hit the man in the gut and he fell back, and her sword hit a man in the arm. She glanced at Griffin hoping he will help more.

Griffin Longheart - February 4, 2006 11:07 PM (GMT)
Griffin glanced at the elf as he parried his own opponent's blows. She was a good fighter. He thought before turning to his own opponent. This was almost too easy. He thought as he knocked the blade from his opponent's arms in a strong block from his left blade while he drove his right blade through his opponent's stomach. Deep red blood flowed from the mans body onto the hilt of Griffin's blade and onto his pale skin on his hand. He slipped the blade from the man and pushed his dying form onto the ground. As he turned around two more men came rushing at him. His reflexes were extremely fast and these men's were much too slow even if they did make it up in strength. He ducked under a crude arc coming from one of the men while he slipped out his leg and tripped the other. He plunged his left blade deep into the still standing man's gut while he drove his right blade into his thigh. The man squealed in pain as Griffin kicked his bleeding body onto the floor. The man on the floor whom griffin tripped scrambled to his feet in horror, as he watched his comrade get killed. Griffin spun around and knocked the blade from his hands as his right blade slashed halfway into the drunks throat. Blood sprayed onto Griffin's black robes as the man died, blood flowing freely from his open neck.

Griffin glanced at the wood elf as she battled two drunks, before tunring his gaze on the remaining two. He raised his rist to his hood and slipped off the hood revealing his unique features. He stared at the men, his red eyes gazing deep into their souls and minds alike. He smirked as he watched them falter. He took a deep breath, the air was filled with the odeor of blood and battle. He sighed out of delight as he shifted his attention back to the two drunks who stood gazing at him in utter terror. An evil smirk curled his lips as he readied his stance and rose his blades. In one swift motion he moved like a shadow towards them. He was content on delivering the final blows and ending their miserable lives.

Temathil - February 5, 2006 12:45 AM (GMT)
Temathil walked intot he bar through curiosity. She wondered why all those people were running out. She had her wings tucked under her cloak safely. when she entered she saw two elves fighting 4 men. She then noted it was 2 on one for both of them. She unsheathed her sword and using her wings she was on one of the men fight the one she noticed to be Griffin, in a second. She landed ontop of her foe, driving the sword up to the hilt before jumping back, and flapped hard with her wings in midjump, only using her feet that just barely touched the floor to helpthe jump, she again struck at the one of the men attacking the woman. She thrust her sword into the mans back, the front protrudiing from his chest, and quickly swung it out, spinning she cut him down. By this time the other two were engaged with their foes, so she stood watching the surroundings, ready for suprises.

Hymwen Darkstar - February 5, 2006 01:27 AM (GMT)
Hymwen watched as the new women that came in killed the people in a swift movement. She killed the second and she watched the body fall as a tear seem to tickle down her cheek but she wiped it away with her sleeve. She watched as the other people fought the drunks. She tryed to walk forwerd but she fell to her knees, since her shin got stabed. She weispered something under her breath. Her sword fell from her hands, and her face was felled with fear at what she did.

More and more tears seem to come from her eyes. She wiped them away again. "What have I done." She said fear in her voice. "How could I do this." She said frightened with fear. She standed and limped back to her table hoping the men that were fighting Temathil and Griffin didn't see her as she limped to the table. She grabed her backpack and searched in it intill see found herbs and a bandege. She put the herbs on, then the bandege.

As she sat she looked over at the people fighting. She felt like she was going to black out but she didn't let it. She standed and then walked to her weapons and picked them up and seathing them. She was leaning on a little piller that was in the tavern, and was watching hoping they don't need her and hope they didn't mind that she left them to fight, but she couldn.t anymore her leg got stabed and she couldn't walk without something to keep her up.

Griffin Longheart - February 5, 2006 02:17 AM (GMT)
Griffin glanced Temathil out of the corner of his eyes as she took down one of his opponents for him. Through his killing frenzy he felt slightly annoyed at her. He wasnted to kill the both. No, she was only helping. Came a voice in his mind and he shrugged to himself as he sized up the last cowardly drunk. The smirk curled the sides of his lips again as he walked towards him. A dank smell of urine and blood came off him and Griffin frowned in digust. The drunk charged at him and brought his sword down towards Griffin's head. Griffin quickly brought up his right blade and stopped the attack while he plunged his left blade deep into the mans flesh. The man's eyes went wide and he gasped for air. Griffin smirked at him as he held his blade in the man. The drunk began to stumble and Gill brought his left blade into the mans chest as well. The drunk moaned again before Griffin slipped his blades from his body and let him fall to the ground.

He let out a breath and looked around. Good, Temathil was alright, he glanced about for the other elf and he caught site of her, a slight limp in her leg, but other than that, she was fine. His emotions were slowly beginning to flow back into his mind as his blood frenzy had met an end. He stared around at the many grotesque bodies lying on the ground of the pub. He spat onto one of the men. It was what they deserved. He thought as he bent down and wiped his blades on the clothes of one of the bodies. As he rose to his feet he sheathed them both in one swift movement.

Temathil - February 5, 2006 02:33 AM (GMT)
Temathil sheathed her sword and rolling her shoulders, she coaxed her wings back into a tucked position under the cloak. she looked down at the deadmen curiously. she hasnt killed many people and whenever she did she felt somewhat guilty, unless they were purely evil, then she reveled in it.
Turning she saw the young elf crieing. She walked up to her and put a hand on her shoulder. she wondered why she would cry when they had tried to kill her.

Hymwen Darkstar - February 6, 2006 04:34 AM (GMT)
Hymwen looked at the hand on her shoulder then wiped tears away.

"Am sorry that I draged you into fighting....... but it was my falt...... I just couldn't see them killing people for fun." She said more tears coming down. "And I must thank you too...... For I am still in training to fight...... and if you didn't help I bet I would be dead." She said sadness in her voice as she looked at a dead body of one of the drunks.

"They died...... I killed some of them." She weispered to herself falling to her knees and placing a hand on a mans back and weispered somthing then turned the body over to look at the face and it wasn't what she was looking for and she moved her hand then she standed again looking at the two people that helped her.

"Am Hymwen Darkstar training to be a fighter by Konahomaru, Konahomaru who is a fellower of the goddess of Blades." She said clearly now not looking at any of them but at a dead man with pity in her eyes thinking of the dragon attack and her brother Havax and sister.

Griffin Longheart - February 9, 2006 01:59 AM (GMT)
"Why do you care about the death of those who do not care for the death of others'. In my mind they deserve nothing, not even the steal of our blades. They are insignificant fools, arrogant and absorbed in anger and foolishness." Griffin's cold tone filled the air as he spoke aloud. He stood, his food on a dead body as he stared at Hymwen. "I am not saying you did the right thing by killing them, but you did not do the wrong thing either." He added as his eyes darted about the pub and took in the bloody scene. The floor was covered in bodies and blood, the air was choked with the aroma of blood, death, and despair. He glanced at Temathil then back at Hymwen before he began walking, stepping on bodies and the floor alike, he didn't care. As he neared them he nodded a greeting to Temathil then turned to Hymwen. "Let me see your shin." He said sternly, he could see the pain in her features.
