Title: The Newcomer
Description: -=Open to all that wish to come=-

Eve - December 17, 2003 09:12 AM (GMT)
Eve entered the city, stares from the locals as she walked through the livened town. Her lips were curled into an mischievous smirk as she lowered the hood to her cloak shaking her head and fluffling her trio of tied up black hairs. The sleeves slipping down to reveal the long blood-red painted nails as she scratched at her neck and wink playfully at a small group of boys who had been playing in the street and now stopped to stare as she passed by.

As yes, this place will do quite nicely. Indeed it will. A satisfied expression covered her face as her eyes glowed eeriely at the sight of the famous tavern she had heard so much about. It was still early in the evening when she entered the Elfsong Tavern, not many had yet made their way over after the long days work. No, this would be the opportune time to find the information that she had needed.

Cheekily making her way toward the bar, Eve had removed her cloak as she walked. Raising it high then dropping it over the barstool next to where she stood. Leaning against the bar, she watched as the bartender as he tended to his usually customers. After a moments time, she grew annoyed, irritated with the bartenders inadequacy and inefficacy and rapped her long red nails against the wooden bar, tipping her head back, rolling her eyes slighting while cocking her hips her as if trying to draw his attention. And she did so successfully.

Turning then searching for whatever the loud rapping noise was, the bartender's eyes fell upon Eve who had been tapping her nails against the wooden bar for a few minutes. She had noticed that he finally saw her and waved her fingers to say hello, standing up straight then leaning up against the bar once again a sadistic grin upon her lips. Sighing heavily as the old, overweight man made his way toward her she took out her coin purse and dropped it noisely onto the bar in front of her. Not raising her head, she looked up through her eyelashes at the man in front of her.

What'll it be? He asked Eve in a tone that she didn't quite like. He didn't appear to be concerned nor distressed at the sight of Eve which made her frown on the inside though her face remained emotionless.

Your best liquor. The mischievous smirk crossed her lips once more.

As he turned, he picked up a small shot glass then reached for the bottle as she cleared her throat, interrupting him. The whole bottle. The smirk grew into an evil grin as she threw the coin purse farther across the bar and stretched her arm out reaching for the bottle. Reluctantly, the bartender handed it over and placed a goblet atop the bar. Snatching up both and giving him a playful look she took up her cloak and made her way boldly across the center of the room, weaving through the few dancers and bards that were already on the floor for the evening. Bumping into a few then casting them a fiery stare as she proceeded to look for a dark corner booth.

The wooden table was stained and cracked and she couldn't have been more satisfied. Drapping her cloak over the back of a chair, she took a seat and poured herself a drink, turning so that she could watch the locals, she crossed her legs gracefully. Taking a long drink of her liquor while she studied the room through darkened eyes.

Kiranni - December 17, 2003 10:03 PM (GMT)
Kiranni stepped into the tavern in a rather casual manner. She entered quietly and few patrons of the tavern turned at her entrance. She strolled up to the bar and caught the bartenders eyes with a sickly sweet, fake smile. The bartender ambled over at a snail like pace. When he finally reached her, she dropped the fake facade in a second and the bar keep did not treat her the kindlier for it.

"What'll it be?"

The man asked in bored, monotone. He smelled horrid, Kiranni realised with repulsion. She took a noticable step back before she composed herself.

"Mead,"

She replied nearly gagging at the mans apparent lack of hygene. The Tender turned away to fulfil her request. He came back a few moments later with a glass brimming with mead. She took a big sip and paid the man with reluctance. She moved down to the end of the bar, (as far away from the bartender as she could position herself) and sat down in the semi-darkness, sipping her mead and eying the door.

Eve - December 17, 2003 10:37 PM (GMT)
Eve remained in her corner, watching the floor of people, the travels that seemed to never endlessly enter the tavern. Shaking her head, she rolls her eyes bored with the same tired scene. She rocked back onto the back legs of the chair, propping her leather boots up on the table, still sipping on her liquor. An evil grin passed through her eyes though her lips did not move as she watched as many of the locals and travlers seemed to whisper about her from afar. They were just out of reach of hearing, but she knew what they were saying. They were all saying the same thing and this pleased her. Some were fearful, others were worried that she was there to cause trouble. They were all right in one way or another. Trouble seemed to follow her at times, but most times, she did cause it. Settin the goblet down on the table, she picked up the bottle once more, pouring herself another drink. She clutched the bottle tightly, her long blood-red nails shining brighting in the dim lights of the tavern. Her left foot began to dance, but not to the beat of the bard, no, it seemed to bounce upon the table menacingly.

Eve was waiting for her moment to pounce, a moment that would define her in Talas and slowly seep to all of Imythess. This will be the night that thedark stranger would be known no more and when Eve Blacke would rise once more. Before she picked up her goblet once more to drink from it, she licked her lips seductively, showing off the long white fangs on either side of her mouth. Her tongue pausing to rub over reach of them, gently piercing through a thin layer of her tongue. The sweet taste of the blood made her grin widened. A woman had gasped, turning quickly and adverting her eyes from Eve. Yes, just as things should be. Now, for a victim. She laughed as whispers of 'Vampire' were muttered from either end of the tavern. Pitiful fools, I am no vampire she thought, her voice loud and booming within her mind. No, I am far more than just a mere vampire. She continued to sit in the corner, a mischievous look upon her face, her eyes laughing silently at them all as she sipped from her goblet, contemplating her next move.

Kiranni - December 19, 2003 09:53 PM (GMT)
Kiranni's attention was redirected from the unpleasant bartender to the woman sitting in a dark booth not far from her. The woman seemed on the brink of insanity, just her kind of friend. She smirked slightly seeing the fear this woman caused among the locals. The word 'vampire' passed around the tavern like a wildfire. She doubted this woman was just a vampire. The towspeople continued to give the female nervous looks, like she had lepracy or a disease equally as foul. Morons, she thought, self satisfied. She downed her mead in a last gulp, turning away from the woman. She was, intrigued. She, however, was not one to be all cheery sunshine and roses and start conversations. It wasn't that she wasn't outgoing, she was just slightly antisocial. Antisocialism suited her well.

Eve - December 19, 2003 10:43 PM (GMT)
The corner of her eyes kept close watch upon the woman at the bar. There were similarities, too many for her to list off even if only in her mind. She had not glanced over, nor did she stop from sipping from her drink. Eve had rather liked the spot that she was in. For a moment, the room began to slow, faces began to haze and she only heard the whispers. Those cold, harsh words that they all were throwing, even if they had not been watching her. Now her eyes lowered, deepened, consumed by the darkness within, as her fingertips went numb, the voices coming slowly, one by one. Clearly she could hear their words. What is she doing here? Why is she here? Where is she going? Is she a traveller? She isn't staying is she? Her eyes snapped open. Whatever color that could color her normal shade of black seeped back into her eyes as her surroundings became clearer and moved once again at a normal pace.

She shook her head slowly, setting down her goblet. A disgusted look upon her face, a harsh look. She answered their questions quietly, on the hissing of her voice could really be understood, unless you had been sitting at her table. I am here for my own reasons. I am not just your ordinary traveller. You fools, you poor pathetic races. You have no idea what is in store for you. And yes woman, I am staying, right here.. She did not speak on this intentions here or of her current plans here in the Tavern. She scowled at them now, her eye narrowing, her long leather covered arms crossed in front of her. The long painted nails tapping against the dulled leather, but not as loudly as it had done off the wooden bar. Now she sat, thinking of her next plan of the evening as her eyes seemed to grow distant and in an instand empty.

demus - December 22, 2003 12:21 AM (GMT)
demus had already been in the bar.....he had seen the delightfully corupt female enter, and sit at the table near where he had taken to hiding in the shadows.....he had been watching her, and wondering if she knew of his presence, he saw the look of buisness on her face, that she was not just here for a drink, she was here on some mission of sorts, he had to assume that she was up to no good, and this was just what he needed......he casually , so as to not draw attnetion to himself, walked out of his corner and removed his inate ability to hide himself within a self made shadow, as to allow her to become aware of his presence, he pulled a seat back , making sure not to use the one she had her apparel lying on, as if he knew her , and was the person she was waiting for, and siad with firmness, but so as to keep the conversation to the two seated at the table,"i can see that you might be in the need of assistance from someone such as my self, i am new here and have no freinds, nor enemies, but i dont mind making the later of the two....and im sure we could work something out, if you need my services, that is......""

demus - December 22, 2003 12:23 AM (GMT)
demus sat quietly allowing her time to think what he had just said over, and he thought to himself, "this is such a stroke of luck.... a person that i think might understand my veiws....so tired of these damned humans..."

demus - December 22, 2003 12:26 AM (GMT)
he then lightly tapped the table, walked to the bar aquired a shot glass, and returned placing the glass on the unbalenced wobbly table and proceeded to pour himself a shot of her drink....

Eve - December 23, 2003 08:51 AM (GMT)
The arm that had been resting so sternly on the table snapped out, her long fingers wrapping around Demus' wrist. I would not touch my drink if I were you. She did not remove her eyes from the room in front of her, nor did she show any other emotions on her face. Her eyes flashed a bright orange, then faded again into the black nothing that they were, but that was the only thing that changed. Her skin boiled, her fingertips numbed, the shining of her nails dulled in whatever light was left in the corner of which they sat.

Eve tighted her grip. Who does he think he is, sitting here with me, taking my liquor. Who in all the realms does this fool think he is? Her eyes narrowed, she did not release his hand. Setting down her goblet, she took the bottle from his hand setting it quietly upon the table. She picked up his shot glass, throwing it away behind her as she turned to view him. Glass shattered, the drink spilt everywhere. I do not remember telling you that you could have my drink. The words hissed out of her mouth, hot and tempered. The bright orange flashed once more as her grip got tighter still. Do you honestly believe, someone like you, could help someone like me? There was no joking in her tone, nor was there room for any mistake from the man that sat at her table.

The tavern had grown quiet. Eve had not lowered her voice to this man and with the crash of the shot glass against the wall, the bard had stopped playing, the dancers no longer danced. There were hushed whispers, looks of shock and surprise, mostly caused by their fear. Speak you pitiful man, speak now and do not waste my time.

demus - December 23, 2003 07:58 PM (GMT)
demus' eyes glowed a brite white, so white that the onlookers blinked in agony, as if they had chosen to look at the sun at high noon, demus though to himself,calm....calm....."i would ask if you knew who you were tempting with your angry words, but i know all too well, that no one in this land knows who i am, i prefer it this way, now,i shall give you one chance to let go my wrist, before i become angered...."or shall i, she has insulted me infront of so many people.."I do not feel the need to explain myself, but , however, i shall grant you this knowledge, upon going to the barkeep, i asked for a shot of his finest, he then withdrew a poorly aged liquer, that is not to my liking, and when forced to apaulogize for his insult, told me that you had taken the only reputable drink in the house..."demus removed a small hand full of gold coins from his pouch, and threw them at the demented female, some of them striking her, as well as the table , he then stood drawing his cloak from one side to the other, and placed his free hand on the pommel of his blade,"now, again, i suguest you un-hand me,before i become angry with you..." His eyes shone bright in the darknessi hope this one and i do not make enemies so hastely, she seems like the kind of person i would enjoy the company of..... he then looked at her face, his eyes casting light upon her skin as if the sun had risen inside the tavern that day,he grined in a way that not even the most chalenged vilage drunk could confuse for any sort of joy, or happiness..."

Eve - December 23, 2003 10:46 PM (GMT)
Eve did not unhand the mans wrist, nor did she move her eyes from him. As he spoke, she became infuriated. She hated men, that came along, thinking they were better than she herself. In all the realms she had travelled, she never had felt her blood boil so fast. Her eyes seemed to shine, a silver liquid leaking into them from the center, slowly swirling within the blackness before both her eyes seemed to be engulfed in the liquid. It shimmered in the light, as she narrowed her eyes even more. You will not tell me what to do. She stood, taking his wrist with her, throwing him back against the wall. I take the best for myself and myself alone. If I had wanted you to have a drink, I would have left the bottle for others to have. She hit his hand away from his sword, her nails were long and sharp now and she intended for him to bleed deeply.

Your money and your magic mean nothing to me and do not underestimate me you fool, you will surely spell your death if you do. With the hand she had free, she gripped his neck, her touch would have been warm, almost hot. Her nails digging into his skin as she lifted him from the floor. I suggest you leave me now. Not to provoke me any further if you have any sense in your brainless body. I bow to none other than the God of Fire, not even you could break me of this. Her eyes were serious, her aura was angered. She was not fooling with this man and she could not believe that anyone would approach her in such a manner. He will surely find his end if he is to continue this madness. I will promise him that.

demus - December 24, 2003 12:21 AM (GMT)
demus allowed the smile to widen across his entire face, he said,to the enraged woman,"I am a man of my word" he then opened his wings against the wall, his skin begining to glow in a way that rather than giving light to the world, seemed to steal it, and use it for its own doing, using the power of his wings alone, he pushed them against the wall , pushing himself, as well as the vampiric female to the ground in quite a hurry, he then said in an angry voice the words that caused his hands to increase in size and become shadow like, he , now in a position to attempt to harm the female, instead pushed her bottle of drink off the table waiting untill it smashed on the ground to remove him self from her, using his forearm to wipe the blood from his neck, which was not red as would be assumed, but black, as it absorbed the surounding light , allowing none to escape, his hands returned to their normal size and shape,he smiled in an attempt to insult the female temptress, and stood , offering her a hand so that she might do the same, knowing she would not likely accept it...

Eve - December 24, 2003 10:09 AM (GMT)
Eve did not like this man, not at all. Her eyes still consumed by the entrancing silver liquid she did not accept his hand. She would never accept his hand, for he infuriated her. Swiftly kicking his feet out from beneath him, she rolled to her stomach and jumped to her feet. She did not get into an attacking position, only stood there, over him. Her arms fallen to her side, nails still dull, skin still burning with fury. You dare defy me, you fool. You say I have no idea whom you are, but you forget something, I do not care. Her voice was louder now, booming against the walls within the tavern. Her eyes scanned their audience and a smile formed inside her. She glared at them all as they seemed to stare, her eyes piercing hopefully causing fear in the most of them. She did not look down to him now, she did not grace him with her eyes but spoke to him in a low, soft, growl like tone. You, will leave now. You have no business here, nor with me. You do not want to cross my path again. She picked up her goblet, drinking the last of what was left then tossing the goblet at the man on the floor. Pitiful fool, you think I am vampiric, I see this in your eyes, by the way you flash your light. You know nothing of me and never shall...

demus - December 24, 2003 10:21 AM (GMT)
demus stands, brushes him self off, and spreads his wings, knocking paintings and ornaments off of the walls of the usually quaint and boring building, and replies to her looks, with his own , simple , menecing smile, he cocks his head slightly, and says,"i think we shall be freinds.......and i think we shall meet again, i beleive i have seen you coming and going from a place near where i spend the nights.....yes we shall meet again....and maybe it will be on better terms.....as i believe that we may have certain goals in common....do you know of the god of day? or should i even ask...i doubt i am good enough for a response....i supose i should leave now before you injure me...."demus then laughed at his own statement....thinking to himself...had she wished to injure me i think she would have....she seems powerfull enough to do so.........demus then walked with his wings still half open, toward the exit of the small tavern, now in shambles from the twos display, as he walked past a man who had laughed when the female held him at the wall he plced his hand upon the mans neck and threw him against a wall that was ten to twelve feet away, not stopping to look at what he had done,he said to the female who had cought his interest so well.."i shall be waiting outsuide for a small time, i beleive we can help each other.....i shall wait if you wish to speak to me, then i shall leave...."

Eve - December 24, 2003 10:30 AM (GMT)
Eve did not give him another glance, nor did she acknowledge that he was still speaking to her. Walking over to the bar, she pulling out another small coin purse as she weaved through the onlookers. Her eyes shifted back to the blackness that the once were, her nails again shined in the lighting of the tavern as she leaned against the bar staring into the bartenders eyes who was now at the back of the bar. She cocked an eye brow, waiting for him to approach her and when she did, she tossed the coin purse at him again. Your best. Her voice was cold, harsh sounding as she seemed to demand what she wanted, forgetting the tavern and the many who stared at her in awe and fear alike.

demus - December 24, 2003 10:38 AM (GMT)
demus waited for a few moments out side hoping she would grant him a second chance to speak his mind to her, when he decided that he had waited long enough he couldnt help but think that she might still come out, he did not want to seem a fool, nor did he want to make a fool of himself, so he promised himself he would not wait more than a few more minutes....he looked inside the bar and watched as the female purchased another drink....his ego now crushed he decided that he would definetly leave if she did no emerge shortly.....fits of anger crossed his mind, in which he invisioned himself doing things differently than he had, some resulting in them speaking of his plans, and some resulting in him making his first kill in this town......

Eve - December 24, 2003 11:01 AM (GMT)
The bartender handed her another bottle, this was in fact the second best that he had, not his best but Eve did not care at this point. She took long strides, arrogant strides, back to the table she had once sat at. Stepping across the broken glass upon the floor from her previous bottle. The tavern was quiet and she gave them all a look as she turned, sitting in her chair again. What are you all looking at? Go on with yourselves. She did not give them another thought as they all slowly went back to whatever it was that they were doing. The bard began to play, the dancers dancing, but the evening was darker now. Pouring herself another drink, she smirked. Yes, now this is the entrance that I had hoped for, even if I did not get to harm the fool. She set down the bottle, picking up her goblet, crossing her legs seductively. She sipped from her goblet, peering over its rim, out the window at the darkness outside. Her eyes fixed on the figure that stood just outside, the figure that would be her new target, her new victim. Her eyes flashed wickedly as the plans formed within her mind. Setting the goblet back down, she tilted her head up slightly, satisfied with herself and the recent events.

demus - December 24, 2003 11:08 AM (GMT)
demus thought of the actions that hasd caused the inccident......but he did not see what he had done wrong...he could have done things differently....but he hadnt....he could not help thinking how much he would have enjoyed the company of such a person, so similer to himself...yet so different...he was glad that he had not let it progress any further...for some strange reason it pained him that she now hated him so...he had never cared of such things......normally, he would either kill, or ignore those who disliked him, he had never been made a fool of...it was a new experience to him...nor had he been shrugged off so easily by another...however much he didnt want it others seemed to find him interesting, and want his company......with this final thought he lept into the air and spread his wings, taking to the early night sky with a heavy mind.....

Kiranni - December 28, 2003 10:19 PM (GMT)
Kiranni watched the entire scene from her seat. It looked rather like a plea for attention. She watched Eve and Demus for moments before her attention waned. She shook her head, bored. The male seemed so cocky. So sure and full of himself. Their argument accelerated so that the entire congregation could hear. Kiranni had to stop herself from chuckling slightly. The woman really did seem mad, and Kiranni wished she would crush the man. But after moments their dispute climaxed and the man left the tavern. She saw him peek his head back in and then seemingly leave. She smirked. The woman ordered herself another bottle of liquer and returned to her table. Interesting, very interesting...

Eve - December 28, 2003 11:49 PM (GMT)
Eve had had her eye caught by the woman at the bar. She didn't remember when she came into the tavern, but she seemed to have been sitting there for quite some time. Eve took a long slow drink from her goblet, setting it down on the table when she finished. She wondered if she had watched the scene in the bar that just occured, she looked to be delighted with herself, nonetheless. Eve didn't like it, didn't like the smirk upon her face and didn't like the smell in the air, but she didn't say anything for the time being. Only sat and watched.

Damon Varius - January 1, 2004 02:56 PM (GMT)
-as warrior walked threw the streets evryone was looking at him.-
-Some with admiration, some with fear, maybe it was his big and strong apearance or the big blade hanging on his back, or maybe the scar crossing his eye-

-after a walking a while in the busy streets he felt like a drink and saw a inn-
-he entered and filled the intire doorpost-
-he walked to the bar and said "give me the strongest u have"
-while the bartender was getting the drink he looked around the room and saw some ppl chatting cheerfully-
-some ppl where watching him but he didnt care-
-after getting his drink he sat down at a table and stacks his blade against the wall at his table-

Mirazhe - January 1, 2004 03:20 PM (GMT)
(ooc- actually, just ignore this post ^^ thank ya...)

Damon Varius - January 1, 2004 03:44 PM (GMT)
when sitting at his table he sees a woman enter the inn, he swiftly whipes his silvery/white hair covering his eye to take a good look, he sees her smile and looks where the smile is going.
warrior sees a man with a overwhelming apearance, weapons hanging on his belt looking fierce and ready to go into battle.
warrior stands up and goes to the bar and asks the same drink he had before, making the tender look carefull.
but that was the strongest we had, aint u drunk sais the man
no i'm not and just give the drink now, i can handle it
the tender gives the drink and warrior sits down at his table again

Eve - January 3, 2004 02:18 PM (GMT)
Eve watches as warrior had entered the tavern. He was large, she would give him that, but all great things fell in due time. She sipped on her liqour as she watched him over the rim. The evenings events had boiled her blood and she now tried to relax in the darkened corner.

She leaned back in her chair, lowering her eyes as she now listened to the locals whispering about the newcomer that had entered the tavern this evening. She could only laugh to herself as some made comments of his size. That is the only thing he has going for him, as it appears right now. The laugh had escaped her lips, drawing the attentions of some of the locals that sat nearby.

She looked up, her eyes searching over their faces. There was a look of mischief in them, some small joy crossed her lips in the form of a smirk as she watched the rest of the room through her eyelashes, her head bent down slightly to enhance the sinster look.

Damon Varius - January 3, 2004 02:33 PM (GMT)
-warrior who had his eares shapeshifted from the moment he walked in the bar heard the woman laugh and looked at her and smiled-

-he stood up and walked over to her and said:so u like making comments about my sice

-while he said that the woman looked misplaced as she didnt now how he coult have heard that because he was at the other side of the inn-

Eve - January 3, 2004 03:14 PM (GMT)
She hadn't known what it was about this man that intrigued her so. She studied his face carefully as he sat with her. She had not been as defensive with him as she was with demus and she had noticed a few locals had turned to watch her next interactions.

She crossed her legs seductively, eyeing the man in front ofher. Her darkened eyes seeming to play with him. You must have misunderstood me, I do not make fun, it is not my style.

A playful smirk had crossed her lips as she took up her goblet to take another sip, watching him again over the rim. Setting it down quietly intertwining her fingers, her long red painted nails shining in the dull light of the tavern. Tell me, what brings you to this place?

An eyebrow was raised as the end of this question. Wondering if he new of demus and his 'cause'. Wondering if he had joined sides with him. If he had, her interest would quickly diminish and she would have to turn against him, something she didn't feel compelled to do at the current moment...

Damon Varius - January 3, 2004 03:21 PM (GMT)

so u where not having fun ey, it sure looked that way bt still i dont care about people having fun or not

-warrior smiled when he heared the question of what brought him here-

what brings me is nothin, i like to take long journeys espesialy since my tribe got attacked

-warrior seemed sad when he talked about his village getting attacked but quickly smiling again after that-

and what brings u here if i might ask

Eve - January 3, 2004 08:32 PM (GMT)
The playful smirk dragged its way further across her face as she laughed just softly. If I told you of my intentions, then I would have to slaughter you right here. Her lips turned into another playful face, a pout.

She toyed with him coyly, as a siren were to lure the sailor to the rocky shores. She wondered his reaction to what she had said, if he would take offense. He didn't appear to be one to take too much offense to words. It was a pity, for that would ruin her good fun.

Taking up the bottle, she poured herself another drink, not bothering to offer warrior any. She would share her company but that was as far as things could go. He didn't intrigue her that much. Placing the bottle down beside her, she took a long drink as she eyed him.

Damon Varius - January 4, 2004 11:58 AM (GMT)

whahahaha, u like to get under peoples skin dont u warrior laughed over the reaction of eve.

-warrior suddenly looked misplaced i'm sorry, i'll be right back, there's trouble warrior stood up and walked outside the inn and threw a copple of streets where a big comotion was going on. he pushed some people aside and 2 men where fighting. what is the mening of this he said just a little louder then normal.

-the two men stoped fighting and looked at warrior, sorry general, we wont do it again

i hope you wont other wise i will have to join you in your fight next time, is that understood

yes sir

good and warrior walked back to the inn-

Eve - January 4, 2004 04:54 PM (GMT)
As fast as Eve had become interested with warrior, she just as quickly grew tired of him. It is not about getting underneath their skin. She rolled her eyes while taking another long sip from her goblet as she had gotten up. While he was gone, she thought of many things like what he had left for so abruptly, whether or not she should continue this or not. In the beginning, it had seemed like great fun, but now, after talking with him for a few moments, she was rather annoyed by him.

Warrior reappeared in the tavern, her look had gone from playful and seductive to dangerous in the time that he was gone. Her eyes were steelly cold, one could tell that she was quite annoyed by the way she looked and the way she picked up her goblet, holding it in her hands then taking a long sip. This place is quite dull. Where did all the excitement go? Sighing heavily, she felt that it was her time to leave, to perhaps go back to her home in the ruins. She needed her rest, she had big plans for later on.

Damon Varius - January 4, 2004 06:41 PM (GMT)

-warrior was almost back at the inn when he saw his horse come at him, he was sure he left him at the camp so what was it doing here without someone on it-

-he walked to it and he saw it was quite nervous about something, he walked back to the inn with the horse coming after him, he said bye to everyone in the inn and jumped on his horse not noing where it would take him-

Eve - January 5, 2004 07:54 AM (GMT)
Eve had only rolled her eyes at warrior, annoyed with him at his last attempt for attention from those in the tavern. She gathered her cloak in one arm, picking up the bottle in her other, finishing off the last of the liquor that was in it.

She weaved back across the dance floor, bumping into the many dancers as they seemed to stand still in her way as she tried to make her way across. She hissed at many, pushing them out of her way, angered by their lack of manners.

Her final destination was the bar, the same bar that she had bought both of the bottle from, the same bar, that had the old, fat, slow bartender behind it. She waited for him again, letting out an irratated sigh as she waited, her face less friendly when he had approached her this time.

What'll it be? He had asked her in the same tone he had the first time, unfriendly, unwelcoming. Though she couldn't blame him, she did not like it. I want a room, for the night and perhaps the next. But perhaps you would prefer to have me take my business elsewhere seeing the attitude that you have given me while inside this rundown tavern.

She had motioned to the rest of the room, making a scene of it as she smiled inside. Her blood was quite war, but not boiling as it often did when she was angered. No, she was enjoying the scene she was making, knowing he would rather take her money than to spend it in another inn.

Then there were no more words said between them that night, only the sound of the bards and the cheery dancers filled the tavern.
