Can you control a charcter that has no one controlling it
eg. I go into a bar and i read the bar mans mind or i make him give me a drink. Because I wasn't sure because its not really god moding because its not really a character. I dont care if i cant.

You can control NPCs (non-player-character) like that. At least I'm pretty sure you can...
