Title: Flaw for skill exchange on hold.

I should have mentioned this a long time ago but I've been distracted and busy and who knows what else :lol:
When Laoura created the flaw for skill exchange idea a long while back, she forgot to finish developing the idea. We were left without a decisive method on how to exactly do this, and what regulations this rule should have. I haven't had time to think about it yet, so I've been putting all purchases regarding this into the temporary purchases needing attention forum. I would like to officially announce that we are not allowing flaw for skill exchanges at this time. I will be working on finishing defining the regulations eventually, and when I do I will let everyone know and once again allow this exchange. Until then, you'll just have to buy extra skills when you have the gold, and all previous orders for this exchange are on hold.

From what I understand, if you make your character with the flaws/skill thing, they can stay that way. You just can't buy them in the shops and whatever flaws you have you are most likely going to have for quite a time. You can buy extra skills and feats at the shop though, for Prestige Classes and such.
