Title: Claustrophobia
Xion Flayle - January 14, 2006 06:47 PM (GMT)
The small beeswax candle flickered in the far corner. A yellow eye tracing it's every movement. Studying it. Focus. Focus... Dark. The light flickered out, followed by the splitting of Xion’s mouth as he left the void. He enjoyed fire, but he enjoyed darkness more. In the distance a strange form of large bat bleated, followed by many others and to his surprise even one from the roof above. Dirty little inn... Crossed Xion's mind as he stood up and stretched. Suppose I may as well go out. Grabbing his cloak from the dainty table by his bed he threw it over his shoulders and kicked the door open, making his way down the hall and out of the inn.
Noises from the busy streets were non-stop, and after a while just became an incoherent buzzing. So much like a hive it's filthy. I need to get out off this hole before I am driven mad! People would uncontrollably split up when he walked by, creating a foot width void between him and the people. He knew they were uncomfortable with him, but it had its advantages. With this fear of him he was not bothered by pickpockets or the peddlers that never stop trying to sell their gods to you if you meet their eye. It also created notice, which was not good with the lords and royals of this city, this...Hole.
Growling slightly, Xion came up on a group of people all in rags who did not move. Whoever they thought they were it ticked him off. As he came up on the group he stopped short, resting his hand on his sword-hilt, his eyes slightly glowing and his mouth parted with rage. "Get out of my way," he mumbled to who seemed to be the leader as he drew his sword but an inch from the sheath, "now." The large man looked at him with an arched eyebrow before laughing heartily and pulling out his crooked blade.
"You dare tell me what to d-" His sentence was cut off by a large blade protruding from his chest. The blade was normal at first glance, but with a slight motion of the eye it shines green. Gurgling coherently, the large man slid off the blade, revealing Xion standing behind him, eyes a full red at fanged teeth baring.
"I will kill no more if you run!" He yelled at the other bandits, who quickly complied as they screamed and ran. Xion smirked as he wiped his blade off on the corpse before him. The streets were now empty, good time to get out of this cavern unnoticed.

HAHAHA, I liked your style! Eynalis said.
When he was animated, somthing changed his soul. He is now complete evil!
I guess you were banned from communenty if you went down to this place.
I guess that now you are looking for a place for yourself, and other people like you.
The smelly undead said. Eynalis wonderd why the world is filled with evil villans instead of good heroes. No metter, the more villans, the more destroction they bring. Eynalis started to like destraction and chaos.
What do you say? Lets go up to the surface and kill some wretched humans just for the fun of it? Or you would like to slay some more of this pathetic drows and their pitty spider queen? Or maybe just walk around the world?
Eynalis liked the man. People who kills for the fun of it or for every small thing are the type he is looking for.
Midnight Dragoon - September 8, 2007 08:13 AM (GMT)
Kalarn walked into the cavern, "climbing" on the wals by his claws, just barely hanging on the walls so he could move. Once in the sight of the two "people" he fell of the wall and fell on his seat. He jumped up and pointed his wand at the two people.
"I don't trust n'either of you. I don't want to attack, I'm hunting a dragon in these here caves." He edged closer to them and crouched into a battle stance. He drew the hood of of his head and freed his arms from the heavy cloak. He placed both hands on it and decided to put it away.
the forsakend one - September 9, 2007 12:07 PM (GMT)
Eynalis looked at the one who just came in.
Who does he think he is?!
He just came and allready attacking with his words.
Allready... He had no idea what rouble he might get into.
Who do you think you are!? I am not afarid of you, and who are you to threat me?!
Eynalis said, and as usually, show no fear, but alot of anger.
Eynalis staired at kalarn. it was impossible to see his face because of the black hood he allways wears.
Then, his ugly, undead face with rutten flesh was free to everyone's sight.
After all I have been trough, you think that you scare me?!
Eynalis looked at him, with a threatning look, and then he took his staff, preparing to cast any spell needed.
Are you sure you want to finish it this way?
Eynalis said, and smiled.
Midnight Dragoon - September 9, 2007 08:58 PM (GMT)
Kalarn stopped.
"Hey, hold on, it just got here and you allready want to kill me? As The Forsakened One I expect something a bit more complicated. Immediate killing is for people with no sense of granduer, such as him." He points with his thumb to Xion. "From you I expect cruel torture and loss of several appendages including my wings." He flapped his wings to show. "Then you would send me off the tell the town of you, or is that someone else. Yeah, I think that's some one else."
He ran past them both before they had a chance to move and turned, with his back to the entrance to the dragon's cavern. "So now, I bid you adue." He turned and knocks right into the large chest of a adult blue dragon. As Kalarn falls the dragon looks at him. Kalarn looked up and smiled at the dragon, before slashing the face of the dragon and running behind Xion.
the forsakend one - September 10, 2007 11:30 AM (GMT)
(did you just killed the dargon?!)
Well, if you want to be tortured, I can get you somthing.
Eynalis said. He saw the dragon, but ignored. He knew that it would be fun to watch them fight, and kill the winner after it. He just looked at them. He then saw the chest, it was close to a small, deep hole. In a battle, it is allmost sure that the chest will fall, if its going to be a brutal hide and seek. Eynalis then looked back at Kalarn. What does that thing tries to do?!
Midnight Dragoon - September 11, 2007 07:09 AM (GMT)
Kalarn followed Enaylis's gaze onto the treasure chest. Kalarn had heard of the chest that a Blue Wyrm guarded that was filled with powerful spells once called Jutsu. As usual, it was twisted and made abnormal.
Karlarn jumped on the dragon's, now scarred, face and ignored its cry of anger and pain. He spun and landed near the chest. He could see the hole it was by and saw it had water in the bottom. If the chest fell down, the spells would be ruined. He unlocked the simple lock and opened it.
He was almost knocked unconious by the power of magic, that was trapped and builded up. He accidentily knocked it with his knees and the chest fell into the water. But, he grabbed on scroll. He unfurled it and read it. He saw and uninteligable script and he almost threw it away, but decided to put it in his pocket.
the forsakend one - September 12, 2007 09:36 PM (GMT)
A huge magic flash made of pure mana came up from the hole. The bright light made all of them to clode their eyes. Eynalis felt that there are some necrotic magics in this scrolls, but they are all desrtoyed. Then, something wierd happend - from the magic powers of the scrolls and the water, came a large water elemental, combained with magic powers up the hole. It was glowing with some arcane energies.
What the hell is that thing!?
Eynalis knew about arcane powers and elementals, but this is too wierd.
The dragon roared, and slaped Kalarn with his huge tail.
What was kalarn thinking by charging at this thing?
When the dragon was about to use his breath to kill everyone, the elemental sent a ray from his powers. They arcane rey did kill the dragon, but it took all the elemental's powers, and soon it turned into some water. Atleast the scrolls got their vengance for being locked into a chest and never being used.
Eynalis could have heal Kalarn, but it is more fun to see him suffers and bleeding.
Midnight Dragoon - September 13, 2007 11:29 AM (GMT)
Kalarn was whacked in the chest by the tail, although, it mostly glanced off, it hurt bad. He groaned and walked over to the puddle of water. He dropped the scroll into it and watched in awe as the water rose up and became a small sludge. The creature jumped around and shot a ball of mucus at a wall.
"So they are summoning Jutsu...Although, the elemental was strange, even by Jutsu standards. It could be...no...it can't be!" He turned to Enaylis, saying, "Ancient things are awakening. Things so ancient, they have almost been forgotten by the Draconians. This means the six dragon lords will awaken and retake their throne as rulers of humanity. Ceipheid, Lord of Wind. Parsec, Lord of Fire. Kalark, Lord of Water. Tarad, Lord of Earth. Aphelion, Lord of Night. And finally, Quasar, Lord of Day."
Kalarn waited for this to sink in as he continued. "This means the gods could be hunted down and destroyed. Or they would be stripped of all powers. The world would be flooded with mana once again."
the forsakend one - September 14, 2007 02:25 PM (GMT)
Flooded with mana? You think that I care? So the gods will be killed and dragons wll rule the humans. Why should it bother me? I'm sorry to tell you, but your nonsence doesn't interest me.
Eynalis really didn't care. So the humans will be rulled by dragons. He is an undead, or atleast an elf, but not a human. And as for the gods? Eynalis don't give a damn to the gods. And a world flooded by mana? Mana is an enrgy, so no one will be killed, unless this he will get too much of it, and he will simply explode. And by a lot of mana, Eynalis will get stronger. Even if he will have to flee to another world, he will get stronger. And in that world... He would be such a powerful tyrant!! Yes... He wanted this stuff to happend.
I am sorry to tell you, but this stuff are much more powerful than you are, human. There is nothing you can do about it. Now leave it, and let future happend. If not, I will make accept the raise of the dragon lords.
Eynalis didn't belived that thing would ever happend, but he wished it to be.
He will do anything to not distrub it, just incase it's real.
Midnight Dragoon - September 15, 2007 12:46 AM (GMT)
He shook his head. "No, they will kill all without a connection to dragons, which means a lot of people. If the world is flooded by mana, all that cannot fly will be killed instantly. It is almost too much mana for Quasar." He kicked the ooze which turned into a puddle of water once again.
"If this is done, the monsters that plagued Tottaus will be reborn. This will create the Black Wilderness. The elves, dwarves, halflings, Genasi, Plane-Touched and
humans will be remade." He drew his wand and scratched at the walls, reavealing a
rune that shown brightly.
He turned to Enaylis once again. "The runes shine brightly, this means the Dragon Lords come nearer." He stared glumy at the rune. He started wandering down the tunnels, and soon came back. He kneeled down by the dragon and tore of several scales, and most of the fangs in its ugly head.
the forsakend one - September 15, 2007 05:35 PM (GMT)
Destroy the world?! I will not allowed anything exept for me to do such damage!Come then, human. Lets stop that maddness.
Eynalis knew that if such damage will be dealt, he will not survive. Survivel, this is all he cares about. And beside, he might get some strenght buy doing that, now wouldn't he? But, what are the chances of succes? Oh well, he should try. This is the only way. Legends will sing his name, the name of the evil one that the world has forsakend. The evil one, that saved the world.
So what are you suggesting to do, human?
Midnight Dragoon - September 15, 2007 11:35 PM (GMT)
He scowled at Enaylis.
"First of all, stop calling me human." He looked back into the hole saying, "Too bad we lost the Summoning Jutsu, it would of helped us." He turned back to Enaylis. "We must seal the five portals, although, four are obvious while the last two, as they alternate between open and closed. It is close to the Age of Night. Hmm, we should travel to the elemental portals and then I while be able to tell which one we should go to next." He turned to Xion saying, "Is he supposed to stand like a statue?"
Ignoring an answer, he turned back to the rune that glowed brightly, he passed his hand over it and a layer of rock grew over it. He got out a peice of bread. Hi stomach grumbled, reminding him grimly that he hadn't eaten for a long time. He tore into the bread voraciously.
the forsakend one - September 16, 2007 08:21 PM (GMT)
Well, if you don't want me to call you a human, then tell me your name, human.
Eynalis said the human in the end in purpose, to be annoying.
He didn't really thought that they could actually do somthing about this five portals, but oh well. HE had to try. Maybe they can find an ally? Maybe... Maybe this whole prophecy was a lie, and then Eynalis would probely kill Kalarn. And if he would die on the way? Even if survivel is the most importat thing for him, it wasn't so important. Life is no fun for him(exept for the sweet moments of killing), and he had to face it - undead never die aging, the are killed. He will surly be hunted down for so much killing. So why should he care about dying again? Maybe this time, the killer will be wise enought to ruin the body completly.
Its a pity that you rather stay here and eat instead of going. Eat while you show me the way.
Midnight Dragoon - September 17, 2007 06:42 AM (GMT)
He smiled, this was the Eynalis he sorta knew. He quickly finished off the bread and said, "This way, so we can get out of here. Next stop, Memphian Falls. The place where the water mana iis strongest. Now remember, I don't want you to come if you don't want to." ignoring an answer once again, He still sat and thought.
The Fire Lord's portal would be in or near a valcanoe. This could be by the sea though. The Fire Lord did like to keep a close eye on the Water Lord. Or, even worse, it could be in the sea, above an underwater valcanoe.
The Wind Lord's would be high in the mountains where the winds howl, on in a deep crevice. For my sake, and his, I hope it is in a deep crevice, seeing as whatever is defending it would try to push us off if it was in a high mountain peak.
I'm not sure I want to know where the Earth Lord's is though. Probobly in a giant cave he made. There would be earthquakes when we tried to seal it.
the forsakend one - September 19, 2007 08:11 PM (GMT)
Then let us make haste!
If there is anything else you want to tell me, I don't care. Tell me when you get to the falls.
Eynalis didn't care what Kalarn has to say. He just started to walk. He knew that the portal guardians could give him amazing powers if he would help their master.
And if not, they will get killed. And if Eynalis can't kill them, then for his own good the necromancer who animated him shall do so again. And if kalarn lied? This is why they have the falls for - a long long fall to the ground.
Eynalis rushed to the falls, ignoring whatever Kalarn has to say, or do.
(new topic started at the falls)
